She meets him when he visits the library and she can't reach for a book that she wants to read in her break. So he grabs it and hands it to her. She doodles him on a piece of paper and accidentally leaves it in the book he handed her, put it back and went back to work. Ratchet is curious about the book she read and decides to read it too, only to find a drawing of himself. He takes a liking to Harper and visits the library more often to chat a bit with her, until one day when he asks her out, to which she gladly says yes.
