Quirk: Half Decay and Half Absorb: On his right he can Decay and on his left he can Absorb.

Decay: On his Right. Decay allows Kokori to destroy anything his hands or feet touch, making it crumble to dust as long as he can touch them with all five fingers. Whether the target is organic or not, Decay will work without fail. As such, this Quirk is extremely lethal against living beings, having their flesh rot away if hit by it. The speed of the disintegration has developed from slow to almost immediate, eventually spreading through their whole body if a victim doesn't amputate the decaying body part.

Absorb: On his Left. Hokori can absorb the Quirks, energies, memories, knowledge, talents, personality and physical abilities of another human being through physical contact on his hands. But He has to use all five fingers to activate it. In absorbing another person's memories, Hokori also gains the emotional responses connected to them. For the transfer of abilities to be accomplished, Hokori’s skin must contact the skin of her victim. Hokori can only absorb abilities and memories from living organic beings. He can possess the powers of several Quirk Users at once. No upper limit has yet been determined for the number of Quirk Users beings whose power he can maintain simultaneously, or for the amount of power that he can absorb. Hokori can even absorb gross physical characteristics from a victim.

Fun Facts: 

Personality: Hokori has a malevolent and warped personality. He was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game. But when he is calm he can be very sweet and kind and seems to be a very happy person, but only when he is calm or when he is around people he is close with. So when he is angry he is a Slytherin but when he is calm and around friends and family he can be a Hufflepuff.

Isn’t a fan of gore movies. It’s gratuitous and only made to make people squirm in their seats. Quite frankly, they’re poorly done but he can see the appeal of it. 

Has a secret death wish. He just wants peace. But he also wants to change the world. It’s rotten and broken, the system is messed up and has no hope for any type of repairs. Might as well just throw it all away and build it again. Properly.
