Dazai Osamu x Chuuya Nakahara

Might as well get the most popular one out of the way, huh?

I,,, have mixed feelings about it tbh??

On one hand, it's the most mainstream bsd ship and that immediately makes me like it less bc I'm rarepair trash(in other words a fucking hippie), but on the other hand I like it-

Their relationship is complex and meaningful, and it's obvious that they trust and care about each other- but Dazai kinda pushes everyone away, and Chuuya is too tsundere to admit that he cares about him

Personally I think their relationship is good enough platonically- but it's cute romantically too, tbh.

It's not my otp or anything, and I have plenty of other Dazai/Chuuya ships(I ship Chuuya w/ literally every single character?? It's prob bc I project onto him a lot which is kinda sad-), but I do like it, and it's not toxic.

If they were to actually get together it'd be a slow, complicated progress, but it wouldn't be toxic.

So yep yep, good ship, and I think their dynamic is rly interesting and worth exploring, but I don't love it
