Personality: Tae is a mixture of a lot of things; he's cunning and ambitious when he can be, he can be a flirt when it suits him, and he can be quite the kleptomaniac when needed. Above all, he still deeply cares for those he's close with.

Other: Tae is the adoptive son of a pair of assassins who lived in Black Marsh - they had been part of a group that worked for the king, before it had gone extinct after they left so they could raise Tae.
He spent most of his life learning magic and honing his assassinating skills thanks to his parents. After their deaths, Tae left Black Marsh in search of a new life - leading him to Skyrim. There, he traveled first to Riften to join the Thieve's Guild, followed by joining the College of Winterhold, and finally the Dark Brotherhood.
During his travels, he came across the White Phial in Windhelm, and ultimately he wound up helping the former owner, Nurelion, with finding and repairing the White Phial. This led to him falling in love with Quintus Navale, the new owner, and the two got married after several months.
Tae now lives in Windhelm with Quintus at the White Phial; he regularly visits his best friend, Ja'mara, whenever he can.
His health issues include an allergy to skeevers, and an addiction to sleeping tree sap.
