I woke up the next morning with a big smile on my face, remembering the kiss. It was amazing. Not how I had planned it, but still just has amazing.

All I could do was hope it wasn't just a dream. That Rachel had really accepted my feelings. After getting ready, I went downstairs and saw the girl I love sitting at the counter drinking a cup of herbal tea. We looked at each other and blushed. I walked to the fridge and saw a note from Rita saying that they left to work earlier.

It had been almost a week since Rachel was finally going back to school. People kept on asking questions about what happened, but we ignored them. I made myself a breakfast and sat next to Rae.

It was pretty awkward. We didn't know what to say. "H-Hey" I said. She glanced at me, still blushing.

"H-Hey" She simply answered, stuttering. We stayed silent for a while. I then placed my hand on hers, making her jump in surprise.

"I-I really liked it" I said, my voice practically inaudible.

She placed a piece of her hair behind her ear. "The kiss?" I nodded at her. "I quite enjoyed it too"

"I'm glad it's not just a dream"

We gazed at each other. Ocean blue meeting emerald green. "Me too" It was real. I was finally with the girl I love. I loved her and she loved me back, I couldn't be happier. Still holding her hand, I got closer and placed a soft and small kiss on her lips. Rachel blushed and smiled at me.

15 minutes later, we were entering the school and going to her lockers. We placed our bags in the lockers and took our books and crayons, ready to go to class. Both of us were in the same class in science, so we sat next to each other. We couldn't help, but give each other glances the whole time. Dick also was in the class and obviously saw it all. So when the period was over and we all left the class, he went up to me. Confusion written all over his face.

"What was that?" He asked suspiciously.

I didn't understand what he was talking about. "What was what?" I asked confused.

"The glances you and Rach gave each other. Did something happe-No don't tell me you confessed?!" My face went red. "Oh my gosh you did" I nodded. "From what I saw I suppose she accepted your feelings, right?"

"Yeah" I simply answered.

He smiled at me. "I'm happy for you" Kory and Rachel came up to us and the red haired girl gave Dick a big bear hug. "Kory.. C-Can't b-brea-eath"

Me and Rae laughed as Kory released the poor Richard. "Sorry"

I passed as much time as I could with Rae today. I was just so happy, I still couldn't believe it.

It still wasn't official since it hadn't even been a day, but we were together. We loved each other. Some things came back to her. It made me happy, but the fact that she forgot didn't bother me as much as before. After what she told me, I knew it didn't matter since she would still love me. But I still wanted her to remember, obviously. It just wasn't like before. I didn't ask her if she remembered something, she just told me 'cause she wanted to.

Being with her was amazing. We hangout together again. It was so unbelievable to me. After all that happened we were finally happy, together.

We were taking a walk near the beach. Holding hands. "I still can't believe it's not a dream" I told her. The purple haired girl chuckled at me.

I caressed her cheek and leaned in to kiss her. She kissed back. The kiss was amazing. It was filled with so much love and passion. It was pure love.

When the kiss ended she hugged me. I obviously hugged her back. Holding her tightly, but not too much, scared to break her. Her hand on my chest. I stroked her now mostly black hair. "I love you so much" I murmured to her.

I could finally say it without fearing the worst, without fearing rejection. "I love you too" Hearing those three little words come out of her mouth made my heart feel warmer. It was what I had always dreamed of, but this time it wasn't a dream. It was real.
