it was 4:00am, i was EXHAUSTED. my parents woke me up and told me to get ready for the airport!! i quickly got up, had my breakfast and had a shower.

i went to my vanity and did my makeup!! i didn't want to go too crazy since i would be on a plane for 5 hours😭

"em hurry up!! we will miss our flight" my mom shouted upstairs. i told her im coming and immediately headed downstairs. "I'm really gonna miss this house" i thought, i had so many amazing memories in this city, most of them in this house, i grew up here, i never thought i would have to move, im going to miss all my friends and family, but my mom got a very good job opportunity in texas, and im glad its in the wonders city! i hope nothing is weird between me and nidal. hes had a few public girlfriends and i can't even imagine how many he's had at his school. i've fallen out with him lately since his girlfriend told him to block me, which he did. i'm incredibly angry with him right now but im so glad i have jiji, my bestest friend ever! we have spoke nearly everyday the past 2 years and i know nothing will be different between us!!

we drove to the airport, i was listening to frank ocean, travis scott and sza ofc!!
we arrived at the airport just in time, enough time for me to browse in sephora! i ended up buying a few bits in the rare beauty section, but not a lot since we were in a slight rush. i made it to the plane at 6:00am and i snapped jiji, she was over the moon that i was moving to her city, and honestly so was i! i can't wait to meet up with jiji, nidal on the other hand.. not so much.

o.m.g. IM IN TEXAS!!
i cannot wait to see my new house, and especially jiji! it was around 11am now, we arrived at our new home! it's so beautiful, and it's really big! much larger than my old house in LA! i got dressed since i was still in my airport outfit.

you do your makeup and get ready to see jiji! your mom comes and tells you that jiji lives opposite our house!! i was so happy to hear that because i know her house will be my second home!!

i'm ready and it's around 12pm, i can't lie im so hungry so hopefully me and jiji will get some food!!
i arrived at jijis house and i was so happy to finally see her!!

:: jijis pov ::

embreigh knocked at my door and i was so incredibly happy to see her!! i missed her so much and facetime was not cutting it!! i led her up to my room after she greeted my parents. my parents love embreigh, mostly because she has been there for me and my family through everything ever since i was little.

:: embreighs pov ::
jiji took me to her room and we sat on her bed gossiping, talking about EVERYTHING. an hour goes by and by now i am STARVING. i didn't want to say anything since i didn't want to be a bother but then the door opens, at this point im hoping a life sized chicken wing would appear and the door. i'll tell you something, there was definitely wingstop.. but right there in front of me was nidal holding wingstop. NIDAL. NIDAL WONDER. yes, the one and only boy i've been ghosting for months and the ONE. person i was hoping not to see today.
he just stood there staring into my soul for a good 10 seconds but i didn't dare look away. jiji snaps us out of whatever just happened.
"guys? are you okay? nidal just pass me the wingstop im starving and please leave."
"unless you want to see embreigh??" jiji says and then winks.
nidal smirks and passes her the wingstop. nidal says hi to me and leaves. but why did he smirk when jiji said that? he's acting like everything with us is cool right now? well he guessed WRONG. i'm so incredibly frustrated with this boy right now i couldn't even let out a smile to him let alone a simple response back to him.
