Another TulHin cause why not.

Tul POV
For the first time in a years genuine happiness coursed through my veins despite not being near my son. My Hin is here and he looks so good. Scared as of now but still so good.

I wanted to jump at him and hug him but then I remembered that he was the new director here. I don't want to be more of an inconvenience in his life than I already am.
"How have you been Hin?" I ask very casually when in reality I just wanted to bombard him with questions. When did you come back? How was Europe? Did you date someone? Are you dating someone? Will you date someone?

"I have been fine... Sir?" Hin replied still awkwardly looking around at people staring at us. He was always cute.

"Are we strangers Mr GonHin? Or do you feel compelled to call me sir because of the people around? Because I don't like that." I voice my discomfort.

"No, I work here under you sir. I am acting exactly how I am supposed to." He mumbles nonchalantly. I sighed heavily and dismissed the meeting. Everyone including Mr Walker started leaving. Hin didn't even spare me another glance.

Hin used to call me Tul or 'Khun Tul' to tease me. As kids, Hin used to come to my school gates as soon as his school is over and we used to spend exactly half an hour together before my driver would come to pick me up. I used to lie that I had abacus classes that half an hour. My stepmother wasn't happy when she figured out I actually don't know abacus at all.

He knew everything about me. I told him everything and he never judged. Hin was the only one who facilitated and adjusted his life to fit me even before I had anything. Oh did I have something, arrogance and he bore all of it.

When we got into college, and he finally got a mobile phone. I used to call him at absurd times like in the middle of the night he would always pick my call. Hin never once complained about how pushy I was or how I didn't let him have any friends other than me. I was always the one to get upset at him and he would do everything in his power to make up with me. Once he broke into our house and almost got arrested when our gardener found him trying to sneak into our room.

I still remember how cute he looked running around screaming "Tul! Tul! Khun Tul Khrap! Save me Khun!" while all the workers chased him. But the only time Hin did get pissed he left. And I didn't do anything to pacify him.

I stay in the empty room for a long time thinking about how this is another chance at life for me. Hin was near me now and I'll just have to make sure he stays. It's selfish but I can't help it, I am a bad man.

I get out of the meeting foyer to go meet Mr Walker or maybe sneak another glance at Hin wherever he was. But to my surprise, I found both of them in Mr Walker's office seriously discussing something.
I decided to eavesdrop.

"No, you don't understand sir I can't work with Tul, sorry Mr Medthanan around." Hin exemplifies with hand movements and everything. Cute.
"He seemed to be very friendly with you. How would that be a problem?" Mr Walker asks to which Hin was just about to reply when Mr Walker beat him to it.

"Look, son, in the paper I might be the CEO of this company but that's not the reality. Not just this one he owns major shares in two more production companies and countless other corporations. Not to mention he is the brother of the Medthanan's heir. It would be very hard for you to work in the U.S and have a feud with such a powerful family."

"I don't have a feud, sir! It's just I-" Hin takes in a deep breath. "I'll leave the U.S.A then. I can't work here."

Leave? Again? Hell no!
"You can't leave Hin. It's in the contract that once you are hired officially you cannot leave the company before 2 months notice." I interject their conversation while walking into the room. Mr Walker stands up while Hin just glares at me. I gesture him to sit down.

"I am still on 'probation period' or something, I am not hired yet I can do whatever I want," Hin informs brusquely.
"Well, you are from this minute on," I tell him internally enjoying that flare of rebellion I see in Hin's eyes.

"Says who?"
"Says the major shareholder of this company, your boss." I declare now smirking.
"I don't want to work for you," Hin said defiantly unconsciously pouting a bit. He is a grown man and yet can't stop acting like a toddler. My cute Hin.
"It's not a choice anymore Hin. Don't worry I'll take care of you. Personally." I look at Mr Walker. "Mr Walker I hope you don't mind taking a vacation for my sake?"

I know he was dedicated to his company but this is about my life I have to have Hin. I have a lot of other things to do and sitting here full time for two months would be stupid but I have to get stupid for this man.

Mr Walker sighed deeply. "Yes sir."
Hin looked scandalised.
"You- you can't do that! Also, he is older than you why is he calling you sir."
"Oh, you don't like that? Okay, Mr Walker please call me Tul." Mr Walker nods confusedly." But I already did what I did Hin, so..."
Hin kept looking between me and Mr Walker.
"But- but"

I shush him with my finger on his lips. So soft, I wish I could feel them with mine.
"Enough Hin, I would listen to you but looks like you don't want to be my friend anymore."

"No, I don't sir. You are right. It's in the contract. I'll take your leave, sir." He responds with all the aggression put into 'sir'. He then gets up and leaves as I keep watching him.

"I don't know what you are trying to do. But please don't run the company you helped rebuild to the ground, sir." Mr Walker says.
"Please just call me Tul I don't want I anger him more," I tell him.

Sorry! I just don't know why I didn't update. We'll go back to Tin Can for the m next chapter!
