It's been three months since he last saw her, only receiving a few letters here and there. He was working out in the lab with Bruce, trying out a new upgrade on the Iron Man suit. "Tony, Fay's plane lands in 30 minutes." Jarvis informed, Tony dropped what he was holding and rushed to his room to take a quick shower. Leaving Bruce confused, "Fay? Who's that?" "It's Mister Stark's girlfriend. She is finally coming home." Jarvis answered the question, "He has a girlfriend? Where was she?" Bruce asked, skeptical, "Yes. Surprisingly, I know. She was overseas in the military. I believe that Miss. Fay is a sniper." Bruce's eyes got wide, "Wow, he actually has a girlfriend that's a keeper. Wow."
Meanwhile Tony was scrambling to get dress and ran out of the room. He rushed to his car and Floored it to the airport, making only one stop before going there. He paced back and forth until he saw her. He ran at her, not paying attention to her arm, and swung her around laughing. She giggled and pulled him in for a passionate kiss. That's where she hissed in pain when he touched her shoulder. He looked at her questioningly, "Hehe well....I may or may not of got shot?" She said quietly, he looked at her in shock, "How?! No I don't wanna know. Just...sigh let's just get to the car. I have a surprise for you." He said with a smile, as she buckled up with some help. He handed her a box a chocolate covered strawberries. She gasped, "You remember." He smirked, "Of course I do. I am Tony Stark after all." Fay just rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Drive us home lover boy. I am tired." She said with a slight smile, "Of course milady, anything you want."He replied with a wide smile. They kiss a final time before heading to the Tower.
