Cynthia's pov:

"Cynthia honey wake up"I heard some one shake me.

I groaned as i started to rub my eyes.

"yeah?"i said.

I opened my eyes and waited a second until they adjusted.

"mom!"I said hugging her.

"hey sweety"she said stroking my hair.

"mom! isnt today Cody's court day?"I asked.

"yeah that's why I woke you up"she said

I got up and got my phone from my nightstand. It was 2;24

"I slept that long?"I asked her

"yeah"she chuckled.

"new recorded"I mumbled.

I got up and walked to the bathroom. I looked at my reflection my eyes were big and puffy.

*sigh* I took my clothes off and took a shower.

I grabbed my black dress it as strapless, tight around my stomach but then it went loose until it hit my knees. I made my hair into a high pony tail. I grabbed my black flats. I didn't feel like adding make up. I grabbed my purse and walked downstairs.

"hey"i said to Pattie she looked really nice so I guess she is coming with us.

"Is Justin coming?"I asked.

"yeah"She said.

We waited for a couple minutes then he came down. He was wearing some black baggy jeans, a red shirt black supra and he was hair was perfect. But he had glasses on. I wonder why he didnt want us to see his eyes. Maybe because he got punched in the face. I thought.

"well lets go"my mom said. we all walked to her car. Pattie sat next to me mom. Leaving Justin and I in the back. I sat as far as I could and looked out side the window. The whole ride to the court was silence besides our mothers talking.

"here we are"my mom said as she turned of the engine. Justin got of before I could even react. Which surprised.  I unbuckled my seat belt and walked out side next to my mom.

we walked into this room where it had chairs everywhere and in the front there was a judge already sitting there.

"I have to go and meet up with Cody"my mom said getting up. I sat next to Pattie.

"So Cynthia what College are you planning to go too?"Pattie asked me.

"yesterday I got my letter from Stand ford ad they accepted me so I am going there"I said.

I made up my mind. I want to leave Chicago at least for College. I want to start fresh. I will still keep in touch with my friends and stuff. I am planning to come back after college.

"ohh so you heading towards California I see"she said.

"yeah pretty much"I said.

"and you Justin?"she asked,

"umm I am going to stay here and go to Northwestern University"Justin said.

"so I guess you guys wont got to the same college"she said.

I looked up and saw Justin. But i regretted it. He took his glasses of and they were red. Was he crying. They showed pain in them.

"I guess"we both said.

Just then Cody came in.

~later~

"yay"Pattie clapped as everyone got up. Cody won but with some conditions which were he had to pay for Maddie car and he had to be with her and blah blah blah.

"congrats"I told Cody as I hugged him.

"thanks"he said.

I walked back to where I was sitting.

then my mother came.

"how did i do?"she asked taking  sip out of my water bottle.

"mom you did great"I said hugging.

"thanks honey"she said kissing my forehead.

"we should go celebrate"Pattie said popping out of nowhere.

"yeah!"my mom said.

"we should go to Olive Garden"Pattie said.

"no lets-"i said.

"yeah! I haven't ate there in a long time come Cynthia"my mom said.

She looked soo happy I didn't want to ruin it

"fine"i huffed.

We walked back to the car.

"mom are we going home?"justin said.

"no were are going to go to Olive Garden"Pattie.

Justin looked shocked t first but then he returned to his  pained face. He looked at me for a second then returned back to his phone. I am officially guarantied that we aren't going out anymore. I should speak to him. But not now I don't want to ruin this day.

"here we are"my mom said.

We all got off and walked inside.

"I already made a reservation"Pattie said.

"reservation name" women said.

"Bieber"Pattie said

"oh ok come along"she said

This time she took us to the right side o the restaurant. I wonder if Tumblr boy is working today.

"here are your menus some one will come and attend you"she said before walking away.

"we all took a seat. this time I sat next to my mother. I looked down at the table knowing what I already want.

"hello what would you like to order"someone said. I remember the deep voice. I looked up it was Tumblr boy. I couldn't help but smile.

"Penne Senese"I said.

"the same'Justin said with out looking at me.

"I would like Chicken Giardino"my mother said.

"i would like Shrimp Scampi"Pattie said

"ok appetizer?"He said

"umm Coke"Justin and I said.

"bread and soup"i said before he could ask making him blush. Wow I actually made a Tumblr boy blush! One item in my bucket list complete!.

"ok coming right up"he said as he walked away.

"why did you both say the same?"My mom said.

"because we came here yesterday with-"

"ohh as a date?"My mom asked.

"no mom not as a date we came with a group of friends"I said

~after eating~

We walked out towards my mother car.

"wow I am stuffed"My mom said.

you know how you get this sudden feeling that something is about to happen? Yeah that's how I am feeling right now I felt like crying like something bad or painful was going to happen..

I walked and sat in the couch next to Justin .

'yeah"i said.

He looked at me before talking .

"Cynthia before you go to California to college which is in 1 weeks, I need to tell you something"he said.

"ok"I said swallowing my tears breath in breath out.

"when you came here I hated you soo much. But I felt happy at the same time that you were going to stay here for the summer. Then over the course of the days. I started to realized that you weren't bad as I thought. Then I made a huge mistake making a bet. Which I dont regret in a way. You might be thinking why but thats when I realized that you were a nice and caring person.. I shouldn't of have done the things I did to you. Yesterday when I saw you talking to the dude at Olive Garden Jealousy rushed over me. Thats when I realized that I love you soo much."he said wiping of his tears.

I will not cry.. I can't cry in front of him anymore.

"but when you left I went back then everyone made me realize a thing I never did before"he said.

"what is it"I said wiping of the tears.

"they told me the truth the things that I never realized. And this is what I realized that I am not the right person for you. You deserve some one better for you. Some one whodoesn't causes pain for you . And thats what I did"he said taking my hands.

"i made you cary day by day. I made this summer horrible for you and thats what I regret. I hope some day you can forgive"he said crying. I couldn't stand it any more. I started to cry.

"dont cry"he said hugging me.

"I dont want to ever see you cry. that's why I m braking up with you. I know probably you already thought we weren't going out. But I thought we were. But know your free."he said kissing my forehead.

"Justin..i"buts that's I could say. What he told me stunned me a lot. I never thought he would ever say this to me.

"promise me two thing"he said wiping of my tears.

"one, when you go to Standford College if you meet another person please be careful so that he doesn't hurt you like i did"he choked out

I got up and ran to my room. I opened in and laid on my bed. I couldn't stop crying. I didn't want to leave Chicago. I love him. But I can't stay here. I have to try to forget about him. Like he said he isn't the right person for me... i changed into my pj's and feel asleep.

~the next day~

I got up and walked towards the bathroom.

I brushed my teeth. like I expected my eyes were puffy from crying last night. I still can;t believe what Justin said. I changed into a black tank top. I grabbed a sweater. Then I changed into some yoga pants. I made my hair into a messy bun. Then I walked downstairs. I entered the kitchen. Justin was eating already. His eyes we also red and puffy. He looked up at me.

"good morning"I smiled weakly.

I walked into the kitchen and grabbed my plate then sat down.

"when..when do you have to go to California?"he asked

"tomorrow"I said.

"yeah because I have to find a place to stay at and buy my supplies and get to know the place and stuff"i said.

we finished our breakfast in quite.

After we were done cleaning after our selves we walked to the living room.

"soo what do you want to do?"i asked.

"getting ready Cynthia because we are going to learn how to skate"he said.

I widened my eyes.

"No"I said.

"ok"I said. as I walked into my room. I grabbed my shoes. Then I grabbed my phone.

"ready"I yelled as I walked to the living room.

"i cant wait until I teach you how to skate. Its going to be soo much fun"he said smiling widely

He looked so adorable.

~at the skating area~

"wait I dont have skating shoes"i said as we entered.

"dont worry they let you borrow"he said.

"ohh like in bowling"I said.

'exactly but THIS  is better than skating"He said.

"yeah suree"I said. we walked to the back an there were poeple trying on shoes.

We grabbed the shoes and changed into them.

We ran for a couple of minutes.

then I heard laughing. crawled to the side of the rnk and got up. Then I saw Justin laughing.

I walked then I walked faster until i was running ! I chased Justin around the rink. Until I catched up to him.

"see I told you! your a fast leaner"he said.

"i know"I said proudly.

"tag your it"I said tagging him and  running off. I looked back. Justin started to run after me but then fell. i waited for a moment but then he didn't get up.

"Justin!"I yelled

I skated/ran back to were Justin was.

'Justin"I said kneeling next to him.

"Justin Please wake up"i said starting to worry.

"ahh!"i yelled.

"faggot!"I said as I slapped him arm.

"come on lets go home"He said

"what time is it?"i asked.

"its 5"he said.

'"that fast"I asked shocked.

We walked back. This day was going by fast. i wish it din't have to end..

"want McDonald's?"He asked.

"yeah"i said.

we drived through the drive thru.

we ordered our food then went back home.

"lets watch a movie"He said.

'ok"i said.

We walked to the couch and sat down next to each other.

"lets watch fast and furious"he said.

"the whole series?"i asked.

"sure i you want to"he said scratching the back of his neck.

"ok"I said

"he typed in the movie and we started o watch it.

"here"Justin said passing me my Mcdouble

"thanks"I said as I unwrapped it and took a bite out of it.

We started to watch the first movie then the 2nd one then the 3rd one until darkness took over me.

Justin's pov:

"Cynthia it's 12 you should go to sleep you have a long day tomorrow"I said.

but she didnt respond back. I looked down she fell asleep in my arms.

"I wish you didn't have to leave"i whispered. As I picked her up and OK her to her room. I laid her down and pulled the covers over her.

"good night"I said as I kissed her cheek. I went downstairs and turned of the tv. I picked the garbage and threw it away. I walked upstairs. I took my shirt off and laid down. Then I fell asleep.

~the next day~

Cynthia's pov:

I woke up and stretched today is the day that I will leave this house. The house were I learned many things and that caused me so much pain. Just thinking of this made my stomach go in circles in less than 4 hours I will leave Chicago. the place that I have been living for 18  years. But I will come back. This is my hometown and I will never forget about it. I got up and went to the bathroom and took a shower.

~after the shower~

I walked back to my room. I changed into dark jeans, a blouse that said #Chicagoan I made my hair into a neat pony tail. I grabbed my black vans and put the on. Then there was a knock on my door.

"come in"I yelled.

"hey"Justin said.

Seeing him made me want to cry. i sure was going to miss him .

"hey"I said.

'its 9 soo I thought maybe I can help you pack"he said.

"sure"i said.

I took out my suit cases.

"thanks"i said.

"for what?"he asked.

'for everything"I said.

"no problem"he said.

"soo are you ever planning to ever come back to Chicago?'he asked.

"nope"i lied.

His face fell.

I grabbed one suit case while Justin grabbed the other one. We walked down and I saw my fags.

"you better come and visit"Maddie said. I looked around Ryan wasn't there. I know I am mad at him but I thought he would at least come to say goodbye..

"lets go"I said. I picked up my suit case. We all managed to fit in my mothers car.

on the way to the airport. there was only crying and yelling. I tried my best to not cry.

"come on"my mom said as she parked. we all got out and walked into the air port. I checked the time it was 10:56.

"first call for flight 566 to Stanford California"a person said.

"i guess this is it"I said.

"by baby don't worry. I am going to come and visit you"my mom said kissing my forehead.
