I was greeted by my best friend Savannah.

She has long red wavy hair and she is much tanned and is shorter than me. I am 5'6

"Oh my gosh! Cynthia today is the last day of school I am going to miss you! But we can hang out some time during the summer right?' she said almost screaming.

"I will miss you too and sure anytime" I said cheerfully

"You should be happy no more Justin and his friends bullying you!' she said. She was and is the only one who knows about it.

Flashback:

"Cynthia lets go inside the pool!" Savannah said    

 "No it’s OK you can go!" I said 

"Come on it will be fun!" she insisted

"Fine" I stared to take of my shirt when if remembered about my bruises. But it was too late Savannah already saw them

“Cynthia what happened does your mom hit you! Is she a child abuser because if she is! UUuu watch what’s going to happen."

"No! It’s not her It’s Justin!” I cried

"What!!!!! How come? Why didn't you tell me” she yelled.

"I don’t know I was scared. He started hitting me a couple months ago but didn't I tell any one because I am scared things will get worse. I don't know why he does that to me" I whispered.

“Its ok if you want I won’t tell anyone! Okay?" she said she came hugged me tight.

"Come on your late for school" she said pulling towards the school.

I walked towards my locker and quickly grabbed the things I needed for the first half of the day then headed towards my first class.

I walked into class a minute late.

"Glad you like you join class Ms. Gutierrez" Mrs. Garcia said over reactor.

I walked all the way to the back of the class and took a seat. I started to take out my books when I heard the voice I didn't want to hear.
