Physiology: All Boltreaver Astalos are male as the female counterparts are not seen. Boltreaver Astalos has a slight turquoise tint on his scales and shell. His wing claws, tail pincers, and head crest are all much larger than that of a regular Astalos. In his default state, he has the appearance of a fully charged regular Astalos, although he can charge himself even further and change the color of his electricity from green to blue.

Behavior: Boltreaver Astalos is much more aggressive, compared to normal Astalos. He is always attacking a foe, even if that foe is out of his sight. Due to this, hunters are required to have a special permit in order to hunt a Boltreaver
