The atmosphere in the training area was thick with anticipation as All Might stepped into his role as the villain. He looked the part—towering, intimidating, the very symbol of power and invincibility. His eyes locked onto mine, a predatory gleam in them that sent a thrill through the air.

So, he's taking this seriously.

Good.

It'll make my victory that much sweeter.

All Might: Midoriya, as the hero, your objective is to either secure the weapon or force me to surrender. But be warned—I won't be holding back.

I couldn't help the smirk that tugged at my lips.

He's trying to intimidate me.

How quaint.

Me: Wouldn't want you to, All Might. Let's see what you've got.

As the exercise began, I knew one thing was certain: I wasn't going to win this through brute force. Not against All Might. But where others might see an insurmountable obstacle, I saw an opportunity—a chance to outsmart the man who everyone believed was unbeatable.

Time to show them what money and brains can really do.

I started by scanning the room, quickly mapping out every corner, every possible escape route, and every potential weak spot in All Might's defenses. I had to stay one step ahead, keep him on the defensive, and use every tool at my disposal.

The bomb is in the center of the room—he'll expect a straightforward approach.

But straightforward isn't my style.

All Might wasted no time. With a burst of speed, he charged at me, his fist cocked back for a punch that could level a building.

No way I'm taking that head-on.

I ducked and rolled to the side, narrowly avoiding the impact as his fist slammed into the ground, leaving a crater where I had just been. The shockwave sent dust and debris flying, but I didn't let it distract me.

He's fast.

But speed is nothing without precision.

As I got back on my feet, I pulled out a small device from my pocket—a custom-built hacking tool. With a few swift taps, I accessed the building's security systems, triggering the sprinklers. Water rained down, slicking the floor and reducing All Might's footing.

All Might: Cheap tricks, Midoriya!

He lunged again, but I was ready. I threw a handful of cash—yes, actual yen bills—directly at his face. The money fluttered around him, momentarily blinding him.

How fitting, I thought, watching as the symbol of peace was obscured by the very symbol of my power.

Me: Keep the change, All Might!

While he swatted away the bills, I sprinted towards the bomb, my fingers flying over my device. I had programmed a virus into the security system, temporarily disabling the bomb's fail-safes and allowing me to override its controls.

Almost there...

But All Might wasn't done. Recovering quickly, he charged again, but this time I was ready for him. As he approached, I pivoted on my heel, using his momentum against him. I dodged to the side, simultaneously pulling out a stun baton—a little toy I'd had custom-made.

With a swift motion, I jabbed the baton into All Might's side. The electric current surged through him, making him stagger. He grunted, but didn't go down.

All Might: You're better than I expected, Midoriya. But it's going to take more than that!

Oh, I'm just getting started.

He came at me with a flurry of punches, but I parried each one, my black belt training coming into play. I moved like water, fluid and unyielding, redirecting his strikes just enough to avoid them. I could see the frustration building in his eyes.

He's not used to this—being outmaneuvered, outplayed.

Finally, I saw my opening. All Might overextended with a punch, and I sidestepped, using his own force to throw him off balance. In one fluid motion, I swept his legs out from under him and sent him crashing to the ground. Before he could react, I was on top of him, the tip of my stun baton pressed against his throat.

Me: Checkmate, All Might. Surrender, or I'll make sure you won't be getting up any time soon.

For a moment, there was silence—complete and utter silence. Then, slowly, All Might's lips curled into a grin.

All Might: Impressive, Midoriya. You've proven your point.

He raised his hand in a gesture of surrender, and I stepped back, letting him up. The exercise was over, and I had won—without a scratch on me.

There's more than one way to win a battle.

And sometimes, the best way to win is by never letting the fight begin at all.

As I turned to leave, the class erupted in applause, shock, and awe evident on their faces. Even Bakugo was silent, his usual arrogance replaced by something that looked suspiciously like respect.

All Might stood, dusting himself off, and looked at me with a mixture of pride and something else—something darker.

All Might: TSK! Fair played.....You've got potential, Midoriya. But remember, a hero's path isn't paved with gold or money. It's earned, one battle at a time.

I gave him a nod just for him to finally shut up, but inside, I couldn't help but smirk.

Maybe for you, All Might.

But I've already paved my path.

And it's lined with more than just gold.
