Kitsune's POV
I hear the male genin across from me groan. I sit up and wait for him to fully wake up. He rubs his eyes and takes a look around spotting me, he jumps to his feet and pulls out a kunai knife "Who are you" I stand and put my hands up "hey calm down sasuke" Using his name was a bad idea as he grabed two more kunai knives. "how do you know my name!?" I sigh and then he throws the three kunai knife at me, the direction was a none leathal one but still. I jump up and land upside down standing on a tree. He stares at me for a moment before grabbing a few shurikens "calm down will you?" He launches the shurikens at me and i groan. I shinshun behind him and restrain him, he struggles for a while before whipping his head around to look at me with sharingan.

I jump back starring at him, an uchiha? I thought they were all killed. I see wolf and sakura coming back from the river "you never told me you had an uchiha on your team" Wolf looks up to me then to sasuke "Calm down sasuke there a friend" Sasuke straightens his stance and relaxes a bit. I jump down and walk over to him. His sharingan had long gone when he saw wolf, i stare into his eyes. I see him grow awkward with my stare and speak up "Hey can i see them again?" He looks down and steps back "no" I sigh and tackle wolf "let me see yours then" He laughs from underneath me "jeez your still are so energenic" He pushes me off him and stands up "but the answer is no" I groan and lay down in defeat. "So who is that?" I look up at the uchiha and wolf answers for me "He's a rogue nin were bringing in"

"Hey! i'm coming in willingly" I say mimicking his earlier words making wolf look at me and roll his eyes "sure" The male genin speaks again "so whats your name" I sit up and smile from behind my mask "you can call me kitsune" Wolf hums making me look at him "what?" He looks back at me "I not in the anbu anymore" I go to speak but the only sound i can make out is "oh" I look down and wolf speaks again "ya.." I manage a few words out this time "so what should i call you?" He offers a closed eye smile "kakashi" I nod "okay kakashi" I stand up and stretch a bit cracking almost every bone in my body. I go to speak to find the two genin starring at me "what?" I hear wo-...kakashi laugh from behind me and sakura speaks up "why do your bones crack like that" I hum light before responding "torture"

They're eyes only get bigger but the uchiha quickly covers it with a emotionless look. His face held no emotion but behind the numb look his eyes held anguish and hurt, i hum. Sukura speaks again changing the subject "you hum a lot" I nod "ya that's because i can't usually talk when im aiding teams so i hum to myself" She nods and w-...er kakashi walks over to me facing his genin "we should start moving but we're gonna change the formation because we have a temporary member" He turns towards sakura "sakura your on the left side, sasuke your on the right" I nudge him "am i in the front like old times" He gives a closed eyed smile and nods. We get into the diamond formation and we start heading back towards the hidden leaf. As we approach the hidden leaf i start feeling the usual increase in chakra activity.

Slowly the gates of the hidden leaf get clearer and about a hundred feet before the door i stop 'this is the closest i've gone since i left' Kakashi turns back to me "come on were almost there" I shake my head "i-i can't" Kakahsi walks over to me "come on its just ahead a bit" He reaches out to grab my shoulder and i flinch back. I look up into his eyes "you know what they did, how can i go back" He sighs and his two genin now approach the two of us. "we'll do it together like old times" He reachs a hand out waiting for me to grab it, i hesitate but take his hand "y-ya" The two genin give me a confused look but go with it. As we get closer to the gate i feel myself pull back more and more but kakashi's hand stays firmly on mine. We get to the door and i use kakashi as a shield of sorts as we enter.

The village looks the same as when i left "kitsune?" I look to the guard post to find an older man "y-yes?" The man smiles up at me and walks over to us, i move to protect myself but wol-gah kakashi does it first "he's been on a long mission and is tired we would like to check in quickly" The man nods and moves back behind his post giving us a sign in sheet. Then we move towards the hokages tower, we move on roof tops to avoid people but i could hear them talking about me. Once we reach the tower we go up to the top floor to find two ANBU guards, they look past kakashi to me "kitsune?" I look to kakashi "why does everyone know my name?" He chuckles "you do know your a legend in the village right?" I stare at him "what? why" He shakes his head "jesus you are blind i'll explain after we see the hokage" I nod.
