MIKS POV:

I looked at Gwen saying, "Why didn't you tell me?" Look, I simply looked at the clothes I was wearing, I just wore a simple oversize shirt and jogger pants

I Asked Denise to have dinner with me outside, I don't know why maybe because I felt so comfortable when I was with her. I also want to repay her for all the help she did to me

"Hi, I'm sorry I didn't know you were here. go ahead and just enjoy yourself" I felt so awkward I was about to turn around and go back upstairs

"Hi, Come Join Us. dito ka oh!" Aya said while tapping the empty place beside her, They are sitting on the carpet because they are playing jengga

I walked towards them and sat beside Aya, I looked at her, Sobrang Simple niya lang, she was only wearing loose clothes and wear Light make up that suits her Innocent and gentle face, she just lets her messy hair hang down, sometimes she will turn the part of it to the right sometimes to the left
and she does that in a very attractive way.

"Matunaw!" I heard jho spoke

"Huh?"  I saw them looking at me, apart from Aya who was busy playing, I immediately remove my eyes at aya ang look somewhere

"Yung Ice cream, kumuha kana kase baka matunaw" Coley said

I ignore them and get a slice of pizza

"Let's Play with a Twist!" shien said and then she explain her game

"When you get the piece of jengga wood safely, you have to say anything about yourself and when you fall the tower we will ask you truth or dare"

"Gusto ko yan!" coley said.

Interesting, I'm in! so get ready, I might know your little secret mama mary!

"Wait, coley she's here" Aya said, she stood up, I look at coley, Gwen patted her shoulder and she nodded reason for coley to stood and follow aya.

It didn't take long for them to return with another woman

"Hi guys! This is mayie my bestfriend!" Aya introduce the girl to us

"Hello Guys!" mayie said

"Hi Mayie nice to meet you, I'm gwen" Gwen said, mayie look at gwen and took a glance of Coley "Coley's cousin" gwen continues

"Hi, I'm Miks, coley's cousin and gwen is my sister" cold kong bati

"Hi ako naman si ..." coley was about to introduce herself but mayie cutted her

"Coley right? I know naman, I don't forget" mayie said with her best smile

"I'm Shien" shien said while fixing the tower of jengga she didn't even look at mayie

"I'm Jho" Jho said while texting didn't bother to look either

They are rude tho.

"Tara na upo na kayo let's play" Shien said ,
Aya is Explaining the Game to Mayie

Shien started it, next is Jho, then Me then aya then mayie then coley and lastly Gwen

Shien quickly took the piece of wood simply because she was the first, it was really easy

"I have special talent, I can bend my thumb!" and she show it to us. hahaha  interesting right?, she said and I was shooked!

Next is Jho, Like shien she easily took the piece of wood.

"I want to say, That I might leave the band soon, And focus on the campaign as Student council pres" Jho said while looking down

"aw jho! hindi ka naba mapipigilan?" aya said . i can feel her sadness gusto ko siyang hawakan para i comfort pero hindi ako makakuha ng lakas ng loob

"It's okay guys hindi naman permanent eh!" jho said giving her best smile

"Your turn" Aya said while giving me a glance, 

My god miks kalma Nilingon ka lang e

I smile at her then I concentrate getting the wood piece. How can I concentrate knowing that I got her attention

I saw mayie glances at aya. they are starring at each other like they are communicating

"It's your turn now" I glance at Aya and do what she did to me earlier

I saw her smirk.

God aya! don't do that to me ever again!

"Piece of cake!" aya said after she get the wooden piece of jengga
"Okay, For me I love Midnights, that's all" she continued

What? that's it? Midnight? don't tell me you're also a fan of Midnight Phatom

"You mean midnight phantom?" gwen asked, thanks gwen diko alam paano itatanong yan e

"Hmm yes, They are good! why aren't you guys a fan of them?" She asked

"Not me, but coley she's into that band's bassist, she even made that Phantom M as her Phone's wallpaper. right coley?" gwen said

"Really?" mayie said

Coley Smiled and nodded as an answer

"You're not fan of them? bakiiit?" Shien asked

"Ou nga bakit? sobrang dami kayang supporters nila, magaling naman sila ah" jho said

"Yeah, Magagaling sila tama. The Voice the talent, every song they make, Top hit agad. I just saw their new MV for their new song, I watched it. I just can't feel their emotions kase diba they are wearing masks"

there was a little silence after gwen said that,

"It's my turn right?" Mayie broke the silence

She put out the wooden piece at the tower easily and said
"I had a deep admiration for someone I had met a year ago"

I saw gwen looked at coley, so I took a glance on coley, I saw pain and sadness in her eyes .

Okay? Am I Missing something here? Something that Coley and Gwen knows

"My turn" coley said

After she took a piece of jengga she said "I am interested in you mayie, if you give me a chance and if you allow me I would like to know you more"
Mayie was surprised by what Coley said

I also got shocked! Shit bro! that was so smooth, I wish I had courage like you!

"Phhheeeww!" I heard shien whistle

"Shit bro!" jho's reaction

"Hey, didn't we talk about this?' aya said to coley

"Yes, that's why I'm asking her for permission, right?" coley in her serious tone

"Wait nanunuyo lalamunan ko, nakakabigla ka naman kasi" mayie said

"Here drink this" coley open a can of softdrinks for mayie

"Sorry kung nabigla kita, you don't have to answer naman, I understand" coley said giving her best smile

"My turn!" Gwen said as she broke the awkwardness in the air

As Gwen continues to play she safely removes the piece of wood without destroying the tower

"I hate people the most yung pa fall, giving me mix signals tapos uncertain" gwen said.

"Woah! this looks interesting, do you guys want to drink?" shien excitedly said

"Let's go!" most of them answered

"I thought you were leaving? aren't you leaving?" aya asked me almost whispered

"Yeah, pero mamaya pa naman yun, I think?" I answered her without looking back at her because I knew she was still looking at me, I didn't want to put myself in an awkward situation again. I'm too distracted

"Tumugtog muna tayo, ayusin lang natin yung line up tapos chill na tayo" Jho said.

"Tara sama ka" Aya stood up first, she asked me to join them, she even reached out her hand to help me stand up. I was ashamed to refuse so I accepted.

I felt strange when I held her hand, it was cold and very soft. I feel like I'm going to throw up because my heart is so nervous, what did you do to me?

We went upstairs and enter at coley's room, It's my first time entering coley's room ever since I came back, I saw a secret room inside, And to my surprise It's a Mini Studio

It has Electric Drums, keyboard, bass guitar, 2 electric guitars and 2 stand mic. Complete set

"I don't know, you have this" i told coley

"Hindi ka naman kase nag tatanong" she answered

Gwen, Mayie and I sat on the couch while they stand on their position

Shien, on drums
Jho on bass
coley lead guitarist
aya on vocals

They started the soundcheck. and they start.

"Hello this is the first song we will sing on the list" aya started to sing

They finished the song, I was fascinated by the beauty of aya's voice, I don't know how I feel mixed emotions.

"Gwen, Mayie and miks? do you know  how to play? tara jam tayo!" Shien asked

"I can play Keyboard" Gwen said

"Mayie. ikaw na dito sa bass oh!" jho said

Coley immediately looks at Mayie and jho,
"Magkakilala ba kayo kayo?" coley's wondering question "and you know how to play bass?" coley continues she seems confused by what is happening

"Ahh ano kase ... uhm napanuod ni jho yung video na sinend sakin ni mayie before,.. ano nga yon mayie? battle of the bands ba yun nung high school kapa? tama ba?" Aya said

"Oo tama hehe" mayie agreed and went to jho, as jho gave the bass guitar to mayie,
Jho got the other electric guitar.

I stood up, and about to go out of the room but aya stopped me

"Don't you know how to sing?" Aya asked me while adjusting the other microphone

"No" I shyly said. actually i do know but i can't

"Tss! Marunong yan! baka nahihiya lang she used to be a singer nung mga bata pa kami, lagi siyang may special performance at school" coley said

Great Thanks huh!

"Guys we're playing High by the Speaks" aya said to the group

"1, 2, 1, 2, 3" Shien counted as the start signal, Coley started the song Intro by plucking

I acted cool but deep inside of me, I'm dying, The moment we sang together was so much fun, the way she looked at me, it was as if something was between the two of us, My heart felt like it was going to come out of my ribcage from being so nervous. This woman has a strange effect on me, Okay I'm going to admit it, I can't deny it anymore I'm starting to like you!

"I like our singing, I hope we do it again, I hope it's not the last" Aya whisper

"Ang angas naman non!" Jho said while her face was amazed!

"Ang galing nyo! bagay kayo," Mayie said causing my cheeks to turn red

"Yieeee! Pero Ikaw din Gwen ang galing mo po," Shien said,

"Kayo talaga puro kayo kalokohan! Tama na siguro yun, ayaw kong mapatungan yung moment. Ang galing kase ni Miks e, sayang yung memories kung mapapatungan lang," Aya said said causing my cheeks to turn more red, Shit!

We left coley's studio and I still can't hide the blush on my cheeks and the joy I feel,

"So let's drink? dun nalang tayo sa Garden, Ipapaayus ko nalang" coley said,

"Wait, I forgot wala palang stock nang kahit anong alcoholic beverages sa fridge, let's buy it first, who wants to come?" coley continued

They decided that they would all go with except aya . and before they left with jho's car I heard coley called manong cesar to arrange the garden, she also ordered manong to put a big carpet and bean bags,

I went upstairs to get my phone, because I forgot that Denise and I talked about going out, I check the Time it's 4:14 in the afternoon, The time we talked about was 6pm, it was still early so I went down the stairs and looked for Aya, I saw her already sitting on the bean bag that manong cesar arranged for us, She was holding an acoustic guitar, paper and pen, I think she was writing a song, I approached without her noticing,

"Hi, akala ko ba ayaw mo matabunan our memories earlier?" I asked gruffly while raising my eyebrows with my arms crossed. I heard her chucked, 

"Hello Conyong sungit!" she said, 

"What? Ako? Sungit? Hell no!" I said. I sat down beside her

"May I see that?" I pointed the paper she's holding. 

"Hell no din! It's private and hindi pa tapos" She said I peeked at the paper earlier, I know she hasn't really written any lyrics yet

"Haha! You are Such a lier! I know you haven't written anything yet" I said while laughing softly

She pouted! She's so adorable, 

"What's the matter?" I asked as I heard her deep breath 

"I can't think of anything, nothing really, nothing at all" she said while pouting

"Do you take advice from strangers? I mean, sometimes it's better to ask a stranger for advice because he/she won't judge you and here is my advice, Don't push yourself, Just trust the process, if you can't think of anything, then don't write , because if you force it, it will only make it ugly, it will lose its meaning, Just like a movie when you force it, the ending becomes ugly, cringe" I said in a serious tone 

"Strangers huh," she said raising her eyebrows

"Haha! Well, Ehem!" I cleared my throat
"Hi! I'm Mikha you can call me Miks, Can we be friends?" I said it In the intimidating way

"Hello Miks, I'm Aya and I'm willing become your friend" she said preventing the smile from appearing on her lips

We shook hands, The hand that was so soft that I didn't want to ever let go.
