The Palestinian workers' youth is fighting for the liberation of Palestine by drawing the entire labouring youth into this struggle and dragging them along. Both for the whole period of the liberation struggle of the Palestinian workers' youth in particular and in the world revolution in general, it is necessary to draw the entire labouring youth into the struggle for communism.

The liberation struggle of the Palestinian people is a proletarian struggle, just as the struggle of the Palestinian labouring youth is a proletarian struggle.

The goal of liberation from displacement and enslavement, the goal of ending the Zionists' war of extermination and avenging the genocide committed by the Zionists is inseparably linked to the revolutionary social liberation of the Palestinian people, is inseparably linked to the revolutionary struggle against the capitalist system of exploitation and oppression.

The national liberation struggle of the Palestinian people is the lever for the socialist revolution and is therefore subordinate to the socialist revolution. The leader of the socialist revolution is the Palestinian working class and its vanguard, the Palestinian section of the Comintern (SH).

And it is the task of the Palestinian section of the Comintern (SH) also to create a Palestinian section of the Young Communist International, as a reserve and as a school of the revolutionary Palestinian proletariat.

The first and most important precondition for the victory of the world proletariat is the existence of a section of the Comintern (SH) and a section of the YCI (SH) in every country, including Palestine.

What Lenin understood by a communist youth organisation also applies to the Palestinian section of the YCI (SH):

In the most general sense, the task of a communist youth organisation is to learn communism and is thus an organisation of communist education, namely an education based on the proletarian class struggle, a communist school of the toiling Palestinian youth in the revolutionary liberation struggle of the Palestinian people and at the same time a preparatory school for the socialist revolution of the Palestinian working class under the leadership of the Palestinian section of the Comintern (SH).

At present, the main task of the revolutionary workers' youth is undoubtedly the revolutionary war of liberation against the Zionist murderers of peoples and their lackeys in both the Israeli and Arab camps. The Palestinian workers' youth has already played a leading historical role in the first and second Intifada. They must continue to play this heroic role in the third intifada that is now beginning. The Palestinian labouring youth is and remains the shining flame of the Palestinian revolution.

We are in favour of proletarian military training for the Palestinian working youth - proletarian, mind you, and not bourgeois or religious military training. This means that military training must be in the hands of the Palestinian working class. And as long as it is still in the hands of the Allah-fascists, it must be fought against, it must be snatched from the hands of the Allah-fascists.

The study of Stalinism-Hoxhaism in general and the study of the liberation war of the Albanian people under the leadership of comrade Enver Hoxha is of tremendous importance in the Palestinian liberation war.

And here it was the Albanian workers' youth in particular that contributed to the victory of liberation over Hitlerite fascism. And it is precisely this contribution to the victory of the Palestinian war of liberation over the Zionist fascists that the Palestinian workers' youth will also make.

The revolutionary workers' youth of the Palestinians is the most heroic section of workers' youth in the whole world!

The Palestinian workers' youth is today the hottest and inextinguishable flame of the world socialist revolution!

The Young Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) calls on all revolutionary youth of the whole world to show solidarity with the Palestinians !

No power on earth will stop the world revolutionary movement of the communist youth!

In essence, the Young Communist International ( Y C I ) did never perish, is still alive and vital, and will be victorious in the future, because it is guided by the invincible teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha - the 5 Classics of Marxism – Leninism !

In the struggle against neo-revisionism the young revolutionaries will be guided by today's Stalinism-Hoxhaism, by the theory and tactics of the world-proletarian revolution in general and the theory and tactics of the world dictatorship of the proletariat in particular.

The program of the Communist Youth International of the year 1928 is a shining star to today's revolutionary youth, a great historical treasure for the globalized world communist youth movement and its implementation in practice is an honorable commitment to every young communists around the world.

The world-revolutionary youth of today and tomorrow will fight with full force for the full performance of this program, will develop it further by applying properly to the currently changing conditions of globalisation.

Certainly, in the 85 years, the world, the youth has changed, but our communist ideals and goals have remained still the same. The need to rebuild the Communist International and its International Youth Organisation is an urgent need and the necessary conditions for its realisation have never been better. It is an imperative task which has to be fulfilled in practice.

The world-proletarian youth has no other weapon in the struggle for its liberation than its world-revolutionary organization which unites all its fighting detachments in all countries centrally. The world-Bolshevist Youth is equipped by the well-known organisational norms and rules of World-Bolshevism.

The highest and most advanced form of the new organised young-proletarian world movement is the Y C I (Stalinist - Hoxhaists)

The Y C I (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) is the conscious bearer of the Stalinist-Hoxhaist class movement of the world-proletarian youth.

The Y C I (SH) is committed to continue the glorious tradition of the Y C I, the Komsomol of the Soviet Unionin times of Lenin and Stalin, and the heroic tradition of the AYLA of Albania in times of Enver Hoxha.
