Reply to the letter of a former Egyptian comrade

The Comintern (SH) publishes the related letter of the former Egyptian comrade in following this Statement

Actually, it is a waste of time to reply to your letter. Basically, you are only distracting us from our revolutionary work.

Nevertheless, we consider it our duty to inform our comrades about your anti-party behaviour. This is also the only reason why the party publishes your provocative letter herewith. The party comrades should read what you have written.

If you think that we are now going to engage in an endless political dispute with you, we are sorry to disappoint you. We cannot and will not do you this favour. What do you want to achieve with this? Do you want to convince us and prove to the public that you have a correct political standpoint and that the party shies away from an argument with you?

If criticism of the party is justified, we are grateful for it because it allows us to correct our mistake. But with you, the case is different. You have made such a kind of "criticism" by which you intend to expose the party and accuse it of a departure from its principles. So there is one criticism to help the party and another "criticism" to harm the party. Every comrade will quickly recognise this difference in your letter, because your "justifications" (defamations!) are all too obvious.

A comrade starts to insult the party when he has run out of arguments against the Party.

We don't need to hide from you. We represent our political point of view in public, just as we have explained our political point of view to you within the party, because you have deviated from it (far too often).

In today's war situation, where a sea of Palestinian blood is flowing, we simply refuse to elaborate on your provocations against our party.

We deeply abhor your dishonest intentions.

Calling us enemies of the Palestinians and friends of the Zionists is simply inexcusable and unacceptable. In your letter, you behave like an agent provocateur not only towards us, but also towards the Palestinians and towards the whole revolutionary Arab world.

No, the party will not be provoked by you!

In the past, you have distanced yourself more and more from the party. Now, finally, with your last letter, you have shown us your true face. Your break with the party is obvious. Now you have started to put yourself ""above the party and act as the supreme judge. You are abusing the party's point of view to turn it against the party. This is what only party enemies do to bring confusion and division in the party. We have already been warned about you before you joined the party. Now you have exposed yourself and confirmed to us that the warning about you was not unfounded. In your letter you have exposed yourself as an agent provocateur. You have harmed the counter-revolution by your emotion and carelessness and have done a great service to the party by giving us clarity about yourself.

Your letter is a swan song of incantatory prophecies that we are supposedly beyond saving and that we ourselves are to blame for our downfall if we do not listen to you. We shall see, dear comrade.

You pretend that it is not us, but only you who are concerned about the Palestinians. If it were so, why did you keep silent about the Palestinians for months and instead only felt sorry for yourself all the time ? As a representative of the Comintern (SH) in the Arab world, it would have been your duty to write solidarity articles for the Palestinian cause all the time. Instead, the Central Office had to do that for you, mind you, in the time when you were still a member !

We know that it must be unbearable for you to read here what we think of you.

We know that you are disappointed in the party because it does not take pity on you. We have not been going into your self-pity for a long time. It is an unworthy spectacle that we despise.

You present yourself as a poor comrade who feels misunderstood and is now trying to take revenge on the party as a last resort.

Everything is documented - all your letters to us are present. Your identity cannot be denied.

You show the typical behaviour of a petty-bourgeois intellectual thrown off the track of his life, tossed to and fro by doubts and self-doubts. Yes, we have tried to show solidarity and understanding towards your problems, have always encouraged you to fight on. Now we have noticed more and more that the courage to fight on has left you.

"First for the party - then against the party" - this is not an isolated case for petty-bourgeois intellectuals like you. We have experienced this not only once in the history of the communist world movement. It is not sad about it. The party strengthens itself by getting rid of unreliable elements like you.

It has always been about yourself and not about the whole. Anyone who wants to can read in your letters that everything - from beginning to end - revolves only around your person. It is an imposition for the party to have to read such things all the time. Again and again you have practised "self-criticism" and sworn "improvement". But instead you have disappointed us again and again and have not kept your promises. We tolerated this for far too long and finally stopped listening to you. Who can blame us? The only thing that differs in your last letter from all your previous letters is that you have now exchanged your constant "self-criticism" of the past with denigrations of the party.

Even our bitterest enemies dare not deny that we stand faithfully by the side of the Palestinians in word and deed.

But what is our former Egyptian comrade doing ?

Did he translate into Arabic our appeal from the Egyptian section, in which we called on the Egyptian people to open the border with Gaza to allow humanitarian aid ? No, he did not do that.

This is nothing new. There was hardly an important document of the Comintern (SH) from the beginning of your membership in our party until your resignation that we could not publish in Arabic without pressure on you, partly without threatening your expulsion from the party. Yes, we finally expressed in our public publications our determination not to tolerate your deviations from the Party line and your refusal to implement it in practice. Yes, it is true that the party advised you to leave the party. And it was then that you finally took the decision from us yourself. The party took note of the notice of your resignation, but for the most part continued to publish your contributions and thanked us for them.

Instead of translating our calls and statement, our communique and theoretical articles on this into Arabic so that our voice is heard not only by the Palestinians but by all Arab peoples, you insult the party.

The Comintern (SH) has clearly expressed its stand on Zionism in various publications.

It is therefore unnecessary to repeat our position in a letter of reply to you. Therefore, it is not our task to detract from it or even to retract it.

There is nothing more dangerous than your letter, because it disarms the party and demobilises its ranks. If such letters remain unanswered in our party, we may face the danger that all our successes will be destroyed. We owe our successes in the Arab world to the fact that we have worked and fought under the banner of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha. And thus, despite your letter, it follows that we remain faithful to Stalinism-Hoxhaism until the end. The revolutionary world proletariat is firmly convinced that the Comintern (SH) is the leader of the world proletariat. We are proud of this. This means that the world proletariat is ready to support the Comintern (SH) to the best of its abilities and possibilities also in the future. And your letter imposes on us the great duty not to be provoked by agents. The world proletariat expects us to justify our struggle against provocateurs and this obliges us to work better and fight better for the final victory of socialism in the whole Arab world and for the victory of world socialism. Until the last we will remain faithful to the cause of the Palestinians, we will remain faithful to proletarian internationalism, we will remain faithful to the cause of the fraternal union of proletarians all over the world, we will remain faithful to the world socialist revolution, we will remain faithful to the banner of the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism.

This is the letter from Egypt to which our statement refers:

Letter of a former comrade of the Egyptian Section to the Comintern (SH)

Dear Comrade,

I will try to be as friendly as possible regarding what you might call a criticism.

and I will answer it part for part, and not for the sake of arguing, but I just want to give you the essence of my stand and point of view, which I think any other Internationalist might or even might not agree with, however I will forever stand by the banner Socialist Palestine for all the workers, instead of the illusion of "Socialist Israel".

Hereby I will clarify a few points regarding your criticism.

First of all, tracing my history with the Comintern (SH) and on top comrade Wolfgang, who I dearly consider him a good comrade, have never had any former obvious "opposition" to the fact that I have repeatedly opposed the so-called "Israeli Socialist State/Revolution". Comrade Wolfgang never in his life did have anything to me or to the Arab communists on this regard, he was just nodding with his head on our rejections, and later he went OVER AND OVER, to stand in "solidarity" with the Israelis. At the same time he honestly stood with the Palestinians, but this kind of stand doesn't speak sense, how could you show solidarity with an oppressor and the oppressed at the same time? How could you show solidarity with settlers who took over the place and killed the fuck out of the people, burned them and the same time you go declare solidarity with those who were killed? such a position will put you politically and morally (as a Communist and Internationalist) in front of many questions, especially from the Arabic working masses, who are due to the fact that they have a unified national emotions (based on the language, geography, history, economic relations, etc) and who are developing a huge sentiment against Zionism represented in Israel and those who stand behind it.

Considering the fact that there might be some sensitivity which naturally comes when one discusses such a topic, especially when it's about the Jews who have seen (with the many other "lower races") the hell of the Nazi Regime which still prevails in it's spirit and it's support for world fascism including world Zionism, but if you think comrade, that we the communists of the region would give up our people's JUST NATIONAL CAUSE for the sake of how YOUR country/nation sees things or how it might become "fearing from seeing it repeating itself", then I assure you that ceasing to not support the ending of the Israeli state as an entity in our regions brings against us many question marks and confusions, and gives our Nationalist enemies many opportunities to demagogically and with slandering open fire against us as a "traitors for the nation". such is a concession and even giving up the class struggle and it's linking with this heroic national cause: which means to do as comrade Hoxha did, to turn the Heroic Anti-Imperialist Popular war into a socialist revolution, and how that comes? Does it come with denying this national problem under the pretext of fighting for the social revolution? I don't think so, and history says that every oppressed nation that marched towards socialism which we aspire to achieve have linked between the national cause that it had against it's occupier and enslaver and marched towards it. but no heaven will be achieved unless all of the disasters of world Imperialism/Capitalism gets liquidated, not only the Israeli state in itself, but ALL of the Arab capitalist state should be destroyed for the fact that they are too proxies, agents and whores of world Imperialism.

You fail in understanding the related conditions which the Arab communists are putted in front of, many fascist parties and nationalist "democratic", and even some heroic Jewish anti-Zionists elements are calling for ending this state (everyone of his own "way").. except you comrade (!) even the social-fascist parties of Israel speaks how hard it becomes for such a fragile entity just to continue, for it attracts the eyes of the region's people with it's actions against the Arabs of Palestine, it just brings more shame and hastens the end of itself with it's own actions. such a state, such an entity was never created just to "stay in it's place without movement", it was created by world Zionism to swallow the region, to fuck it up for the sake of the foreign Imperialist profits and to use it for itself. thus your position which openly consists of allowing the source of the evils in our region puts not only us, but puts not only us but also puts you, as a Communist International which wants to gain popularity and a respectful influence among the broad strata of the working masses in the Arabic world, and hopefully on a world scale.

Your calls for peace and collaboration with the Israelis isn't reasonable, for you see for example, the working class of Israel, or even what you call the peasantry of Israel, who are being fed by their bosses and their foreign Imperialists like the pigs, they are the first ones who are being moved against their over their OWN FUCKING CLASS BROTHERS, the Arab workers, the Arab peasants (I have shown that in my last article which will for sure not be published for containing anti-StalinistHoxhaite texts and which violates the general line of proletarian Internationalism), you just wonder "why don't this Egyptian (petty bourgeoisie if you would like to call me) doesn't support the construction of an Israeli section?".. I will help build every section in this world for the Comintern (SH), except for an illegitimate state like Israel, I won't (in any way, no matter how you argue) accept that you consolidate the illusion of Zionist Socialism over our people's shreds and bodies, unlike this position I will support the Communist tradition in our region of opposing the so-called "two-states" solution, which is being propagated as an illusion that even many responsible Imperialists like those of England and the whole of Europe and the Hypocratic Imperialists of USA propagate for the Zionist expansion in our area and region (one should be blind if you do not recognize this fact!). we (as a communists) won't allow the people of our country to ask the healthy stands of ours, we will stand with the oppressed, and we will crush the oppressors, let them be capitalists, imperialists, fascists, occupiers (from our side, or from a foreign one towards us or towards any other oppressed people or country, we hate and detest all oppressors, we are COMMUNISTS).

Enver Hoxha would have had no respect from the Albanian people if he left his weapons the "German lebensraum" untouched without armed resistance , and if he would have cried over the dead Germans and the Italians, who were also brought from the lowest classes and the proletarian class just to die for the glorified 3rd Reich or the Douce, the Jews who were influenced by Zionism were truly poor, among them the workers, among them who had nothing, but they came to our lands as the Germans and the Italians came to Albania, they came as an oppressors, and they became rich and they are living a life one wouldn't afford from the Palestinian or the Egyptian working class for example, they are living the European life standard, while we are eating shit and drinking shit, it would be a shame if we didn't open fire against the Zionist lebensraum and defeated it, it would be shame on you too if you ever request from us to take any other position than that.

This Zionist occupier who should have worked as a revolutionary Jewish to liberate himself and his class brothers (and we do not negate that by the way, many Jewish communists remained firm as the mountains in their homelands with their belief in proletarian internationalism and hatred for Zionism), have went here to Palestine, he occupied and murdered Egyptians and slaughtered them like animals, he went even to bombard the schools of the children, now he's not only bombing the homes of his class brothers who is supposed to defend instead of killing for profits, but he's also bombing their churches, their mosques and their hospitals. What a brother! What a fucking brother!

The Zionists, despite their propaganda, cannot find a problem to the fact that there's many Israelis, especially those who have double nationalities, are fleeing every time when a crisis occurs, what kind of belonging do they have? unlike the Palestinian worker and peasants who were killed, bombed, massacred and raped, they remained, they know they have a right to defend, a homeland to protect and to retrieve, but the Zionist deceived one came here thinking it will be his heaven, but he found nothing but fear installed into him by those who had their lands taken and swallowed by this dreamy entity of his, which left him no feels of safety.

Today David became the tyrant, Goliath is the oppressed and who's fighting!

You either become with the oppressor, or the oppressed, the "in between position for Israel and Palestine" at the same time, under the pretext of the holy concept of Proletarian Internationalism will be met cynically from the broad masses of the region, and I will not allow myself to get into Zionist doubted positions, I am just informing you comrade, because I respect the noble cause which you fight for, and the noble cause which all of our comrades have gathered for, and I think that you will get my point of view fully and you will understand it, and hopefully you will change your mind on this concern, I ask for you not to change the guidelines of the Comintern (SH), I ask for you to apply them creatively on every political situation you have in every country and continent to assure that you are taking the right steps on the road of the victory of the World Socialist Revolution, we need not only to repeat ourselves, we need to truly understand the nature of the given conditions we have, and we don't hate Israel just because it's Israel, but because we understood it's crux and essence, be it if any nation in the world would have faced what we have faced from this cancerous entity.

Proletarian Internationalism would be achieved only if:

The Jewish worker wakes from the Zionist deceiving, rise up, understand that he fights for a wrong cause, joins the ranks of the workers of Palestine and the Arabs and the whole world proletariat.

The Jewish soldier stop shooting over his Palestinian brothers (that if he really considers them as a humans!) and started to give up the Zionist bloody dream and went to defend the oppressed of the world and not only Palestine, and considered himself a soldier in the red world army, then proletarian Internationalism would be achieved.

But the objective reality tells us that those who are influenced by Zionism are in slumber, they only see what their Zionist Imperialist masters want them to see, and not only them, but those who even go to the side of Zionists by heart under many pretexts and "reasons".

Thus, the only way to wake the proletarian spirit among the Jews is to:
