23 Years of struggle 

 
As 2023 passes into 2024 the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists) marks off another year in the fight, the fight for the liberation of the world proletariat, the poor farmers, all who toil under capitalist exploitation and fascist oppression, the fight for “The happiness of all mankind” as the great leader of the German proletariat Ernst Aust put it. Today we stand on the brink, world imperialism has increasingly torn away at the peaceful mask it has worn since 1991, War in Ukraine, genocide in the Middle East, the threat of war in the Pacific and the ever present threat that any one of these wars of world imperialism could throw us into the Third World War. But the third super power is awakening, a superpower far more powerful than that imperialists of east and west, the world proletariat is once again on the march, It sees clearly that the future under capitalism is clear, there will be no future. They will exploit us and oppress us and the whole planet until there is nothing left but a barren rock hurtling through space that once contained mankind. We are no longer looking at the old slogan “World Communism or World Barberism'' increasingly it is becoming clear that what we are looking at is “World Communism or World Destruction” only under the banner of the Comintern/SH, this great international party that has refined and steeled itself over the course of 23 years not counting the years of the Marxist-Leninist Movement, can world communism be achieved. To all who have toiled all your lives just to fill the coffers of the capitalists your home is in our ranks and join the fight for a better tomorrow, one free of exploitation and oppression one where we work side by side not to fill the pockets of the capitalist but to build a new society one free of classes one that works on the motto “to each according to bis needs from each according to his abilties”.
And to all of our fellow sections, our comrades in the fight for a world socialist republic we raise to you a hardy Red World Front.

Solidarity with the imprisoned refuseniks

In Israel and Russia the refusal to slaughter your proletarian brothers for the sake of imperialism and the wallets of the capitalist class is met with the full force of the law. In israel repeated month long sentences are given out to those who refuse to serve the imperialist war hawks and in Russia the imperialists too are handing out lengthy sentences to those who refuse to kill in the name of greed

Comrades fight to free all those across the world who have bravely fought against imperialist slaughter, those who for the crime of refusing to murder in the name of oppression and exploitation, now sit in jail cells across the world

Only when the red battalions turn their rifles on the capitalists will the wars of the world cease to be for oppression and exploitation and become class wars for the freedom and happiness of all mankind.

Only when world communism is achieved will the title of the “refuseniks under capitalism” be shown the respect it deserves. You refuseniks have bravely refused to slaughter your class brothers and for that you languish in prison, you are labeled as traitors But you can rest with your heads held high. You are shining examples of proletarian solidarity, you are no traitors to your class and your willingness to fight back against imperialist wars is that of the highest degree.
The Comintern (SH) and the ICS call on the draft evaders not to stop halfway, at passive resistance, but to take the next active step, namely forwards to the world revolutionary war against imperialist war!
