The Russian Section congratulates you on the 23rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaist)!
This year, 2023, was not an easy one for the whole world, Russia included. Every year, world capitalism fans the fires of wars and conflicts even more strongly, and anti-communist propaganda grows ever stronger. But we, the real communists, have an answer to this. We are guided by the modern science of the working class - Stalinism-Hodgeism - and it is on the basis of this science that we will be able to resist the reactionary forces.
The imperialist, invasive war in Ukraine has been going on for two years now. In this war dozens, hundreds and thousands of young people of Russia and Ukraine die. But at the same time the Russian and Ukrainian bourgeoisie is becoming immensely richer. The ruling class of Russia and Ukraine steals from the inhabitants of their countries for the sake of this predatory war. Both there and there the roller of fascist repression against all those who disagree with the imperialist interests of the ruling class of the bourgeoisie is constantly intensifying.
"Gift" for the new year for Russians was Ivleeva's party, which frankly showed the bourgeois culture of the "colour of the nation". Many may be outraged that while Russian soldiers are dying in Ukraine, Russian elites are having rich parties. But what right do they have to do this in peacetime as well? While millions of Russians are forced to take huge loans in order to somehow survive and feed their families, the Russian bourgeoisie steals their last money and builds crazy palaces and buys huge yachts. What so-called "national pride" and so-called "Russian world" does Putin dare to talk about, when there are 2 directly opposite "Russian" worlds (as we could see at this "party").
For every new year, the bourgeoisie presents all the peoples of the world with new problems, conflicts and wars. And there is only one and only one way to stop it once and for all - the World Socialist Revolution!
In the passing year an important event took place - the Russian Section was re-established. Although its membership is still small, we are confident that, guided by Stalinist-Hoxhaist principles, we will be able to further develop our section! We Russian comrades have a great responsibility to the working class of Russia as a constituent part of the world working class - to re-establish the vanguard party of the working class. The only possible vanguard of the working class can only be the world Bolshevik party - the Comintern (SH).

In the new year, guided by Leninist-Stalinist principles, we think we will successfully carry out a year-long campaign on the centenary of Lenin's death! The writings of the great 3rd classic of Marxism-Leninism, Lenin, are still relevant to us, because capitalism is still in its last stage - imperialism. Further there can be only 2 ways - either socialism and communism or barbarism.
