Dear comrades!

We sincerely congratulate our comrades, supporters and sympathizers on the upcoming New Year 2025 and the 24th anniversary of our world Bolshevik party - the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaists)!

This year was not easy. It was filled with significant events for Russia and the whole world.

First of all, we would like to note the increased offensive of far-rightists. Openly Nazi organizations began to make themselves known, especially in the second half of this year. They staged a series of attacks on "left" activists, beating and even killing some of them. Even before the start of open attacks, the Russian section of the Red Front Fighters' League warned of their possibility in its founding declaration. In fact, we can counter the successes of the Nazis who raised their heads with the very founding of the Russian section of the Red Front Fighters' League on July 29, 2024, which became the starting point for the development and consolidation of genuine anti-fascist forces in Russia into the Red World Front.

In previous years, Putin's ruling clique purged any opposition, finally legitimizing its defeat after the start of the "SMO". Now the authorities have launched a rapid offensive against the rights of Russians, not seeing any serious obstacles along the way. In the first half of the year, VPNs and any information about them were banned, paving the way for further blocking. And in the second half of 2024, they banned YouTube, the largest video hosting site in the world, which, despite some restrictions, still allows communist agitation and propaganda. The ban on YouTube was needed, among other things, to establish a monopoly with Russian services — VK Video and Rutube, which completely ban any opposition activity. In the fall, Discord, an extremely popular messenger among young people, was also blocked. In fact, with these bans, Putin's government has reduced its popularity among young people, which the Russian section should take advantage of by explaining to young people that an avatar stating that you are against blocking and supporting Western imperialism will not solve the problem. In addition to YouTube and Discord, Cloudflare was blocked for refusing to provide data to the FSB. After this, half of the Russian Internet stopped working. And at the end of November, Roskomnadzor conducted exercises to completely disconnect the Russian Internet from the global network. Thus, the threat of isolation of Russians is becoming extremely realistic.

The general crisis of capitalism, caused by the war in Ukraine, the confrontation between Western and Eastern imperialism and the insane, stingy greed of the bourgeois class, has also affected Russia. The ruble exchange rate is falling in conditions when Europe is refusing Russian resources, and Eastern "friends" are demanding lower prices. In this regard, the Central Bank decided to resort to a not very effective, but accessible to the bourgeoisie form of regulating the exchange rate - raising the key rate to 21%. This has affected mortgages - now young Russians who want to buy an apartment will have to pay several times longer and much more. Inflation is also not pleasing the people - the average annual price increase was about 10%. The fare on public transport is rising. Not seeing obstacles in the form of large strikes (they are essentially prohibited in Russia, impossible to hold), the bourgeois class amended the labor legislation, allowing even greater exploitation of workers - now it is possible to leave workers for overtime work up to 240 hours a year instead of 120, of course, for a penny bonus, and also to fire workers for more reasons.

The contradictions of capitalism are intensifying as never before. The fire of the third world war is drawing ever closer. History shows the impossibility of "unity and reconciliation" between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. And in these conditions, we, the Stalinists-Hoxhaists, must redouble our efforts to prepare for the socialist revolution both in our countries and throughout the world! We, the Russian Bolsheviks, are responsible to our working class and to the workers of the whole world for organizing that great force that will break the chains of capitalism once and for all and establish the world dictatorship of the proletariat!

In the new year, we will intensify agitation and propaganda among the advanced strata of our society, we will continue a thorough study of the revolutionary theory of Stalinism-Hoxhaism in close connection with constant and daily revolutionary practice - this is how we differ from all the bourgeois revisionists who have paralyzed the communist movement in Russia.
