The fascist Joe Biden and the American bourgeois, essentially the armament manufacturers, have decided to send culture bombs to Ukraine. Cluster bombs are one of the weapons which ranks up with poison gas and mines in terms of its sheer brutality and ability to make a region completely uninhabitable for a large period of time.
When the Russian imperialists used cluster bombs in Ukraine they were declared to be the worst criminals mankind has ever known, the media raved about the massive collateral destruction that these bombs can cause. Now, however NATO (the self appointed “good guys”) have begun shipping these horrible weapons to Ukraine and suddenly the tune has changed all of those who beat the drum so hard against the Russo-fascists when they used cluster bombs now declare that the United States is saving “Ukrainian democracy” and that there is nothing wrong with the cluster bombs. 
When a worker blows their hand off and can no longer provide even a subsistence level living to themselves or their families does it matter if the bomb was made in Russia or America
When the poor farmer blows themselves up on a “dud” when working in the fields what does it matter if the bomb was sent by the “peace loving leaders” of Russia or America

When a child blows their leg off and can no longer enjoy the happiness of youth does it matter whether the bomb was supporting NATO fascism or Ruso-Fascism
Comrades in Ukraine and Russia, comrades the world over the only way out is to turn the rifles around

The United Nations convention that banned the use of cluster munitions was signed in 2008, but three of the most militarized nations in the world refused to sign: the United States, Russia, and Israel. The United States used these munitions against Iraq in 2003, and supplied them to Saudi Arabia for use in Yemen. Israel violated understandings with the United States and used cluster munitions against Palestinians. Russia has used them extensively in Ukraine with substantial civilian fatalities and casualties.
