Message to the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH)
and to all Stalinist-Hoxhaists of the world
on occasion of the 38th anniversary of death
of comrade Enver Hoxha

April 11, 1985 – April 11, 2023

We greet all comrades

of the Albanian Section of the Comintern (SH),

all Albanian communists, workers and poor peasants,

all Stalinist-Hoxhaists, revolutionaries, workers and toilers all over the world !

Today, we are in mourning over the grave loss of Comrade Enver Hoxha, the Fifth Classic of Marxism-Leninism, whose heart stopped beating on April 11th 1985.

Today, 11 April 1985, we mourn Enver Hoxha for 38 years and tomorrow, 12 April, we celebrate the 100th birthday of Ernst Aust.

Not only these two consecutive days connect both comrades, but also their common year of death - 1985.

But it is not only the formal date of death and birth that connects the two comrades.

Above all, it is the close friendship between Enver and Ernst that connects the two comrades. And it is not only the Albanian and German comrades who keep the friendship between Enver Hoxha and Ernst Aust alive forever.

This friendship is part of the friendship of all Stalinist-Hoxhaists around the world.

The friendship between Enver Hoxha and Ernst Aust is a living expression of proletarian internationalism, of the solidarity and friendship that unites the proletarians of all countries and welds them together into the invincible revolutionary world proletariat.

What did comrade Ernst Aust say ?

Comrade Enver Hoxha is the greatest living Marxist-Leninist of our time.

And just as Marx and Engels do not belong to us, the German people alone, so today Comrade Enver Hoxha no longer belongs to the Albanian people alone, but to the peoples of the whole world.

Any attack on the People's Republic of Albania is an attack on us, and we will respond to it as our Spanish fighters responded.

The building of socialism in Albania is a battle of the world socialist revolution won !

Albania is the beacon of socialism throughout the world.

May the storms roar, may threatening clouds temporarily darken the horizon, may the waves of capitalism, revisionism, imperialism crash against the borders of Albania, the Albanian people stand as firm as the rocks, as the mountains of their country. 

The PAA is at the head of the Marxist-Leninist world movement because it is the one that best fulfils the three criteria: Bolshevik unity and unity, deep, indestructible connection to the people and unswerving adherence to the principles of Marxism-Leninism.

Enver Hoxha has shown the communists of the whole world the way of unshakable adherence to Marxism-Leninism and uncompromising separation from the revisionist traitors. He has not only propagated Marxism-Leninism, he has not only said what must be done, he has himself gone ahead, has himself taken up the gun.

What can we as German communists learn from the Albanians?

There are very many things, but I would like to emphasise three in particular.

First:

The unconditional adherence to the principles of Marxism-Leninism.

Comrades, without having defeated opportunism, without having defeated revisionism, without having removed the large part of the working class from its influence, we will not be able to win here in the socialist revolution. But that is why it is important to hold clearly to the revolutionary line of Marxism-Leninism and to defend it against any attack, wherever it may come from.

Secondly:

We must rely on our own forces.

Comrades, the quality of our party, whether it is the vanguard of the proletariat, is decided by none other than the working class itself. If we make the right policy, it will follow us on the road of revolution. That is the only criterion. We are very happy about the invitation to the People's Republic of Albania, about the close ties of our party with the Albanian people, their party, their party of labour and comrade Enver Hoxha, but this is not what proves us to be the vanguard of the working class of our country, only our theory and practice can prove that, only the fact that we are rushing forward on the road that the German working class has to go until the revolution.

Thirdly:

We must stick to the line of armed struggle.

Our Party considers it a great honour and obligation to be united with the glorious Party of Labour of Albania in a close fraternal community of struggle.

Comrade Enver said that the German people are an industrious and disciplined people. He pointed out the great merits of our people, the great tradition of our working class, Marx and Engels, Bebel, Liebknecht, Luxemburg and Ernst Thälmann.

He asked us to extend his fraternal fighting greetings to the German working class, to the sympathisers and comrades of our party, to all of you. This trust that the PAA places in us is a high obligation for us, means for us to increase our efforts in the struggle, to redouble them.

Long live the Albanian people and their glorious Party of Labour with comrade Enver Hoxha at its head !

To learn from Albania and Enver's party is to learn to win.

What did comrade Enver Hoxha say ?

Dear comrades !

I thank you for the fraternal greetings and congratulations sent to me by the Central Committee of your Party [KPD/ML] on my 70th birthday. I consider them an expression of love for our people and of the fraternal internationalist relations between our two brother parties. Always holding high the victorious banner of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, we will successfully overcome all difficulties and obstacles on the common road of revolution and socialism. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you ever greater victories in the struggle against German imperialism, against social imperialism and against modern revisionism of all shades.

The German Communist Party/Marxist-Leninist is the true heir and worthy continuator of the glorious revolutionary traditions of the German proletariat and its most outstanding representatives.

In these situations of great conflicts and confrontations, our brother party, the Communist Party of Germany/Marxist-Leninists, has made and continues to make an outstanding contribution with its struggle as the vanguard of the German proletariat against the German imperialist bourgeoisie and world imperialism, against German social fascism and Soviet social imperialism, and against modern revisionism in general and world reaction. This is a victory not only for you but also for the whole communist, Marxist-Leninist world movement.

Your Party's struggle for the triumph of socialist revolution throughout Germany and for a united, independent, socialist Germany will continue to have the complete support of the German toilers and of all Marxist-Leninist revolutionaries and revolutionary people in the world. It also has the flaming support of the Party of Labour of Albania and the Albanian people.

May the relations of friendship and fraternal cooperation between the Party of Labour of Albania and the Communist Party of Germany / Marxist-Leninists on the basis of Marxist-Leninist ideals and proletarian internationalism be strengthened even more.

And to comrade Ernst Aust, Enver Hoxha said:

You have been here on other occasions, you know our country and our party and you know the feelings we have towards you.

West Germany is the strongest capitalist state in "United Europe"; the richest country in this monopoly capitalist union. West German imperialism is a brutal imperialism, an ally of the United States of America, an ally in NATO and a member of the European Common Market. After the United States of America, West Germany is the "ally" that plays the most important role in NATO and dominates in every way in the Common Market. The other members are afraid of it, consequently contradictions arise among them.

This domination, which is also felt by the German people themselves, at the same time gives West German capital the opportunity to show itself a little more "generous" towards the proletariat. And in fact the standard of living in West Germany is higher than in the other countries of the "United Europe", its currency is stronger, the demagogy of pseudo-democracy is more pronounced and German technology is among the most highly developed.

There was something special that connected

Enver Hoxha and Ernst Aust:

the re-foundation of the Comintern !

For Enver Hoxha and Ernst Aust, world communism and the Comintern were inseparably linked - the highest goal of Marxist-Leninists to strive for, but difficult to realise at that time, given the initial stage of the young Marxist-Leninist parties.

If we look at the current situation of the communist (Marxist-Leninist) parties of Europe, it seems to us that, besides good results achieved in their consolidation, they are still not as politically, ideologically and organisationally consolidated as necessary, especially since some of them are still young.

We need assemblies first of all to exchange experiences, to coordinate the most important activities in a certain situation, we need assemblies of militant character where unity prevails and not assemblies to quarrel and divide.

The holding of these assemblies depends on the seriousness of the parties, on the problems that require common solutions and on the time at which they are to be held. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the slogan of a "General Assembly of Communist Parties (Marxist-Leninists)" must not be issued without having weighed it well and having previously determined the problems to be discussed.

We must steel our parties daily, arm them with our Marxist-Leninist theory, preserve and consolidate the Marxist-Leninist ideological unity of the party. Only in this way can and will we orient ourselves correctly in this so involved but glorious struggle, because this is the great struggle for the liberation of the peoples from the capitalist yoke, this is the struggle for the victory of the proletarian revolution on all continents.

The world communism of the present must be characterised by a revolutionary militant spirit of the heroic times of Lenin and Stalin, of the Comintern.

The Comintern (SH) is filled with this revolutionary militant spirit as the only organisation in the whole world which consistently and unreservedly defends, continues and advances the revolutionary line and tradition of the glorious Marxist-Leninist world movement of Comrade Enver Hoxha.

It was we German Stalinist-Hoxhaists of comrade Ernst Aust who founded the Comintern (SH) on 31 December 2000 and issued the slogan:

Long live Enver Hoxha - the 5th classic of Marxism-Leninism !
