Dear comrades,

My heartiest revolutionary greetings on May 1st, 2024.

Comrades, regarding the situation in Albania, after the overthrow of the dictatorship of the proletariat and socialism in Albania, the Albanian people and proletariat have not found peace and will not find peace as long as the system of globalist capitalist imperialism rules us, and the local bourgeoisie, under tutelage of American and European imperialism makes the law and order in Albania.

We all know very well what has happened since the chief traitor and chief revisionist Ramiz Alia sold out Socialist Albania even before 1990, when the bourgeois counter-revolution officially threw its tentacles in Albania and enslaved the Albanian proletariat and the Albanian people.

But today I want to address how bitter American and European imperialism has become since the bourgeois "left" social democratic party, the so-called Socialist Party of Albania, has taken power since 2013. This party is in its third term and now is almost certainly entering the fourth term. This party, and its leader and the Prime Minister of Albania, have been receiving direct orders from Washington since 2013. It's been years, more than 10 years since our country and people have been trapped in a pure neo-colony where the US Embassy in Albania talks as if it were the governor general over our so-called "sovereign" country. Dear Albanians, this "left", supported by American imperialism, has been carrying out a pseudo-reform in the justice system for years, under the tutelage of the US and EU imperialist powers. This pseudo-reform in the justice system is a pseudo-reform that American imperialism has built to punish those politicians and people who do not do as the interest of American imperialism wants. It has not done, nor will it do justice. This is simply to throw dust in the eyes of the people and the Albanian working class.

Look at what has happened since 2013 in Albania. Albanians can no longer even protest for their rights, except when the neo-bourgeois fascist right-wing party, the Democratic Party, gathers them.

Albanian youth has immigrated and is immigrating more in these years than in the 1990s and early 2000s.

But our leftist government boasts that it is "developing" tourism, economy and infrastructure. None of these "investments" or "achievements" of the government are for the sake or well being of the Albanian people and proletariat, but for the enrichment of the ruling bourgeoisie and "foreign investors" (international bourgeoisie) to come to Albania and devour and steal more our country and people. Prices are increasing daily, the Albanian people are getting poorer each passing day.

And at the end of the day, Comrade Enver Hoxha and Socialist Albania are to blame (according to the capitalist/imperialist propaganda).

Dear Comrades, and dear Albanians wherever you live, it was not Comrade Enver who is to blame if there were problems in the socialist system, and many innocent people were punished in vain by the traitors and revisionists (within the PLA) who today are in power, both in the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party.

Comrade Enver Hoxha's Socialist Albania, like the Soviet Union of Lenin and Stalin, liberated the common folks, the working class and the many peoples and nations from the clutches of capitalism, imperialism, tsarism, feudalism, landlordism and transformed our socialist countries immensely in just less than several decades.

But even though the Bolshevik Revolution in the Soviet Union was betrayed by the Khrushchevite revisionists and Socialist Albania by the revisionist and chief traitors Ramiz Alia and Nexhmije Hoxha, we should not despair.

We must not only look at the achievements of the dictatorship of the proletariat, in the Soviet Union under Comrade Lenin and Comrade Stalin, and in the Socialist Albania of Comrade Enver, but now, more than ever, we must be inspired by the achievements of socialism, and the 5 classics of Marxism-Leninism , Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha, and that our theory is not an outdated garment as these modern capitalists and imperialists call us, but more valid and applicable than ever before. Now more than ever we must be inspired by our glorious past, and join forces not only against the external enemy that is the American and European imperialism and the local Albanian bourgeoisie but also against the secret enemies, the pseudo-communists who exist in the various factions. of the so-called "Communist" Parties in Albania, who are nothing less than dead bodies of Bolshevism at least said, but in most cases they are pure neo-revisionists who use the name of Comrade Enver to advance their social fascist theory of bourgeois nationalism under the cloak of Ethnic Albania (to "unify" Albania with Kosova and all Albanian speaking territories), (but) to divide the Albanian people in Albania and Kosova. Just as in Russia the anti-communist ideology of national-Bolshevism has developed, the "communist" neo-revisionists in Albania and Kosovo are proactively using Comrade Enver's name for their national-chauvinist agendas, which suits well the interests Russian imperialism and Serbian chauvinism at the same time so they can claim: "See, Enverists are separatists and want to create chaos in the Balkans", while they themselves have their hands covered in blood in Kosovo, in the former Yugoslavia, and right now Russian and American imperialism are getting their hands dirty in Ukraine. Recently, American imperialism tells the (puppet) government in Kosovo after it "liberated" it from the Serbian occupation in 1999 how it should act, even the rulers of Kosovo and Serbia have been negotiating for years under American and European tutelage for "peace".

This is not going to bring peace either to us or to the proletariat and the peoples in other Balkan countries, simply American and Russian imperialism, they want to set fire to the oil they have thrown in the Balkans and burn the Albanian people and the Balkans forever in bloody wars where the victors are the imperialists.

On this May 1st, 2024, from the Albanian Section of the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaist) we call on the Albanian people and the Albanian working class to understand who is our inner enemy and the enemy of all the peoples and the proletariat in the world, the bourgeoisie and imperialism.
