Your congratulations on my 75th birthday have moved me deeply and filled me with gratitude. Everything you have written is not only true, but also from the bottom of your heart.

I would like to return your thanks to me as thanks to you.

It is good to receive your grateful words. It fills me with joy and encourages me to continue to make my modest contribution to you and to the Comintern (SH).

In the 55 years of my struggle for the party, which now lie behind me, there have not only been congratulations. Most of the time I had the "honour" of having all kinds of dirt thrown at me by my enemies. My family was slandered and threatened. The slander has since fallen silent. Even the worst enemies no longer dare to deny fait accompli:

The Communist International is alive and will not perish!

No slanders can harm us !

Dear comrades !

Most comrades in the party know from me that I have actually avoided publishing personal greetings to me and have always discouraged our comrades from sending me congratulations. Of course I appreciate your affection and I don't want to hurt anyone.

I am not indifferent to you and I feel the same affection for you, but there are political reasons why we must all work together to remove the basis for any accusations of personality cults and prevent damage to the Comintern (SH).

In particular, we must not allow the neo-revisionist class enemies to use the weapon of the so-called "personality cult" against the Comintern (SH). The whole history of the world communist movement warns us of this caution. Above all is always the world proletariat and its liberation from world capitalism.

Why did I nevertheless agree to the publication of congratulations this time?

Quite simply because I have long since run out of time for accusations of personality cults. Anyone who tries to accuse young comrades like you of greeting an old comrade like me of "paying homage to the cult of personality" is making a mockery of himself in public.

The world proletariat will forget such people who slander the Comintern (SH) and its comrades and who throw mud at us.

The world proletariat will only remember those who serve the cause of the world proletarian revolution unceasingly and faithfully all their lives.

The Comintern (SH) has created the conditions and prerequisites for the organised struggle for the world socialist revolution and encouraged its members to revolutionary heroic deeds. Therefore, every member of the Comintern (SH) shares the honour of leading the world proletariat on the road of world communism under the banner of Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism-Hoxhaism.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to you for the fact that my contact with you leaves much to be desired. Yes, it hurts me more than you can imagine. There is so much to do for the headquarters (in a positive sense!) that there is hardly any time left for correspondence with you.

At the present time I must simply trust that you will continue to improve your independence in revolutionary work.

It is not difficult to become a member of the Comintern (SH) one day, but to remain loyal to the party for a lifetime, that is difficult!

As you can see, even at the age of 75 a communist cannot retire. There is no retirement for old communists. They all fight for the party until their last breath. Every young comrade should know that.

No matter where you stand in the revolutionary class struggle, you are always closely linked to the world proletariat and its Comintern (SH), you must work persistently and disciplined on yourselves so that we can all achieve our common goal - the victory of the world socialist revolution !
