79 year ago on this day the Atomic Bomb was first used in combat

Throughout the history of war and particularly the history of Imperialist war new schemes and weapons have been designed to better kill the proletarians and peasants who do battle on the behest of the bourgeois. In the First World War it was Gas, Flamethrowers, and Tanks which rolled onto the field of slaughter; these were all horrible weapons which only served to accelerate the imperialist slaughter. But it was in the second world war that the bourgeois developed the final weapon, a weapon which could wipe out all life on the planet, on this day 79 years ago the atom bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and shortly after Nagasaki. For the first time the world knew the horror of the blinding flash for the first time, the terror of radiation sickness for 40 years, school children looked out the classroom window every day wondering if this would be the day they had to duck and cover and today again children look in fear outside the classroom windows. It was only the Soviet Union of Stalin, Socialist Albania, and for a brief time the People's Democracies which took the correct course on the matter of the Atomic Bomb, to quote Comrade Stalin on the matter "Soviet Union is not only opposed to the employment of the atomic weapon, but that it also stands for its prohibition and for the termination of its production." Comrade Enver Hoxha later also correctly analyzed the situation "The imperialist superpowers (...) will remain imperialist and warmongering, and if not today, tomorrow they will plunge the world into a great nuclear war." Today we live in the tomorrow that Comrade Hoxha wrote of some 40 odd years ago. Nuclear production is again ramping up day after day we hear of the possibility of the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine or a widening of the war in the Middle East.

Billions upon billions today are funneled away from the schools and hospitals to build new weapons of war, computerized bombs, drones flown from miles away and most importantly in this regard nuclear weapons are once again on the production line. It is clear to anybody who takes a look around that the imperialists are preparing for the Third World War all that stands between the world and catastrophe is the proletariat and her allies only the hands of the workers can grind the war machine to a halt, only the hands of the workers can turn the war machine against the capitalist class and finally overthrow the bloodthirsty slaughters of the people, and finally only the hands of the workers can build upon the ashes of capitalism world socialism. finally then the war machine which has trembled across the earth for centuries can be dismantled as the world proletariat dictatorship unites all countries.
