The October Revolution has always been, is and will be an important date in the history of not only the Russian, but also the world world labor movement. It was on October 25 (November 7, new style) that the bourgeois Provisional Government was deposed and power in the capital of the Russian Republic passed to the Bolsheviks led by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin. The October Revolution is truly an event of historical significance, especially for the proletariat and communists. It showed that the socialist revolution and the creation of a socialist state is not a stupid and utopian fiction, but a real and unattainable dream of the proletariat.
During tsarist Russia, the workers had a great hatred for their oppressors, for all the propaganda and teachings of the tsarist regime and for the autocracy itself. The Russian proletariat has always fought against autocracy and no inventions of reaction, nationalists and chauvinists can deny this fact. The revolution of 1905-1907, despite its suppression, by no means extinguished the revolutionary struggle. More and more, the workers and peasant masses rose up to fight the autocracy and its servants, and the cells of the RSDLP (b) were created. The imperialist war and the entry of the Russian Empire into it was a fatal mistake of the tsarist government and the last straw for the proletariat. By the beginning of 1917, the servants of Nicholas 2 could no longer tell nonsense "about the imminent victory of Russia", hiding behind stories about "fraternal help to the Slavs". Russia suffered huge losses and lost on all fronts. In large cities like Moscow or Petrograd there was a food disaster. And without hesitation, the people and the soldiers, who could not tolerate all this, began to strike. As a result, Nicholas 2 abdicated the throne. These events are commonly called the "February Revolution", but new enemies arose before the proletariat - the former tsarist ministers united in a Provisional Government that made no effort to raise the standard of living of the proletariat and meet its needs. Alexander Kerensky, the head of the Provisional Government, was an English spy and no more than a careerist looking for profit for himself. The new offensive of the Russian army failed again. In April 1917, V. I. Ulyanov (Lenin) returned from emigration together with his colleagues. The reaction, both from the world and from the Provisional Government, dubbed him a "German spy", which is more than a stupid fiction and the common people did not even think to believe in it. In order to escape from the persecution of the troops of the Provisional Government, Vladimir Ilyich hid for some time in Razliv, where he also wrote "The State and the Revolution". Now, at the place of his stay and residence in Razliv, not far from the city of Sestroretsk, a museum has been installed. However, the Provisional Government was already becoming more and more hated by the people and waiting, rather than acting, would be a major mistake for the Bolsheviks. As a result, a plan for an armed uprising began to be prepared. It was during the preparation that Grigory Zinoviev and Lev Kamenev showed their treacherous nature by refusing to revolt. On the eve of the revolution, Alexander Kerensky fled (according to some versions in the costume of a nurse, according to others - a sailor) from the Winter Palace. However, the uprising was unstoppable. At 10 a.m. on October 25, the Military Revolutionary Committee issued a proclamation "To the citizens of Russia!". "State power," it was reported, "has passed into the hands of the Petrograd Soviet of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies, the Military Revolutionary Committee, which is at the head of the Petrograd proletariat and the garrison. At 9 p.m. 40 minutes there was a shot of the cruiser "Aurora", which served as the beginning of the uprising. The famous storming of the Winter Palace began. At 2 a.m., the remaining members of the Provisional Government were arrested. On October 25, at 22:40, the 2nd All-Russian Congress of Soviets was opened, at which V. Lenin uttered the famous phrase:
"The workers' and Peasants' revolution, the necessity of which the Bolsheviks were always talking about, has been accomplished!".
The audience greeted this news with loud applause. It was the first victory of the revolution, the victory of the ideas of Marxism - the overthrow of the bourgeoisie, the overthrow of which the proletarians and peasants have always dreamed of. Naturally, the reaction from the former tsarist subjects, as well as the bourgeois states, was immediate. They declared war on the first socialist Republic, but the entire revolutionary proletariat and peasantry stood up for the revolution, for the defense of socialism.
The government of the RSFSR was formed and the first decrees of the Soviet government were adopted - the "Decree on Peace", the "Decree on Land".
The October Revolution is an important and turning point in history. Under its influence, the Communists and the proletariat fought with the bourgeois governments of their countries, with the Nazi dictatorship, with reaction, chauvinism, and then, under the leadership of the Albanian Party of Labor and with the revisionists, who wanted to slander the revolution. COMMUNISTS AND THE PROLETARIAT MUST NEVER FORGET ABOUT THE OCTOBER REVOLUTION, ITS EXPERIENCE, HEROES AND LESSONS!
The majority of proletarians and communists stood up to defend the gains of October. We may no longer remember the names of many, but we will never forget about their exploits, about their ideas, about their work! And the October Revolution, the ideas of Marxism-Leninism, Stalinism and Hoxhaism, the heroes who fought against capitalism on different fronts and at different times are NOT FORGOTTEN!! Communists and the proletariat should not forget about the lessons of revolutions and apply its experience to fight social fascism for the implementation of the world revolution!
HAPPY OCTOBER REVOLUTION DAY, DEAR FRIENDS AND COMRADES!
DEATH TO ANY MANIFESTATIONS OF CAPITALISM!
LONG LIVE THE WORLD REVOLUTION!
LONG LIVE THE COMINTERN (SH)!!
