In order to replace the world domination of the Western imperialist world camp, Chinese imperialism together with the support of Russian imperialism forms a dominant axis in the Eastern camp of world imperialism.

World imperialism is and will remain the main enemy of the peoples in general and of the world proletariat in particular, regardless of whether the present relations of world domination continue to exist or whether they change sooner or later.

Liberation from world imperialism can only be achieved if the world proletariat directs its world socialist revolution against world imperialism as a whole and thus against the competing world camps of world imperialism.

Our task is to utilize the contradictions of world imperialism in general and in particular the contradictions between the Eastern and Western camps of world imperialism for the world socialist revolution.

Of course, this also means that we must utilize the contradictions in both the Western and Eastern camps of world imperialism in the interests of the world socialist revolution.

As far as the concrete implementation of our Leninist theory of "breaking the world imperialist chain at the weakest link" is concerned, Stalinism-Hoxhaism teaches that we must seize the weakest link in both the Western and Eastern camps in order to break the whole chain of world imperialism.

The weakest link in the chain of world imperialism is most likely to travel where the fiercest struggle for the spoils between the two world imperialist camps is being waged. Why ? We recall Lenin, who attributed the victory of the October Revolution, among other things, to the fact that during the First World War the imperialists wore down each other's forces and were so wedged together that they no longer had the strength to prevent the victory of the October Revolution.

And if we analyze the world situation today, it is very likely that the world socialist revolution can most likely begin where, firstly, the two superpowers are most wedged in the world, where they wear each other down the most and weaken each other the most and, secondly, where the world proletariat develops its strongest revolutionary force, where the Comintern (SH) can develop its greatest influence and where our sections are most firmly anchored among the masses.

US imperialism is the main link in the Western camp and Chinese imperialism is the main link in the Eastern camp. These are, so to speak, the two imperialist superpowers that today lead the two camps of world imperialism and thus jointly dominate the world at the present time.

They are forcing the whole world under their will, firstly by trying to bind their allies ever closer to them through pressure and blackmail, and secondly by trying to detach the weakest links of the opposing camp in order to incorporate them into their own. The imperialists want to strengthen their own camp by weakening the opposing camp and also by bringing the remaining "neutral" countries over to their side. The polarization of all states in the world is an expression of the intensifying conflicts between the two imperialist world camps. The further the polarization progresses, the more states are drawn into already existing imperialist wars and the further the Third World War progresses.

The war over Ukraine shows that the two superpowers have sent their respective "allies" in Europe and their Russian "allies" to the forefront of the war in the struggle for world domination in order to test the global balance of power and also to gain time to prepare for the decisive direct exchange of blows between the two superpowers themselves.

And what also plays a role in this is the courting and mutual poaching of those imperialist states that are trying to gain advantages for themselves from the contradictions between the two superpowers through "indecision". They hang their role in the world imperialist system of states to the wind.

By its very nature, imperialism strives to conquer world domination, or at least each link in the imperialist world system tries to expand its current position (of course, this is only at the expense of the other imperialists).

The world imperialist chain is therefore anything but homogeneous and stable in the face of the world capitalist crisis. The world imperialist chain is in an insoluble contradiction and cannot be consolidated even by imperialist wars. It will fall apart, though not by itself, but through the world socialist revolution. The world imperialist order cannot be saved, it can only be smashed by revolution.

The decisive force in the world is the proletariat. The world history of class society will be decided in the class struggle between the exploiting and oppressing classes and the exploited and oppressed classes. And under the world domination of today's imperialism, the class struggle between the world bourgeoisie and the world proletariat will be decided. Today's world situation is therefore supposedly not determined by the struggle between the two imperialist world camps, nor by world imperialism as a whole, but ultimately by the class struggle between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat.

The decision as to whether US imperialism can maintain its dominant position in the world or whether Chinese social-imperialism will become the world's dominant power does not depend solely on the outcome of the Third World War, but first and foremost on the will and resistance of the peoples in general and the revolutionary power of the world proletariat in particular.

The world proletariat will unite the peoples against the entire world order of imperialism in order to smash both imperialist world camps. Only the world proletariat has it in its hands whether the world can be prevented from being reduced to rubble or not.

So one thing is already certain:

The world socialist revolution, world socialism and world communism will sooner or later emerge victorious.
