She ends the song with tears in her eyes. She puts her guitar in its case and walks away. How could I have been so stupid. I don't belong with Astrid. I belong with Merida. I pull Astrid up on my phone. " Hello." She says. " Can you meet me at the park in a few minuets." I say. " Sure babe. See you in a bit. Love you." She says. I don't respond. I just hang up my phone. She shows up within five minuets. " What's up babe." She says. " I'm breaking up with you." I say. She stops dead in her tracks. " What." She says. " I'm sorry Astrid. I think it's just best we stay friends." I say. She glares at me. " It's because of her isn't it." She says. Astrid runs away with tears in her eyes. I pull Merida up on my phone. " Hello." She says. Wanna meet up." I say. " I'll see ya in five. Bye Hic." She says and then hangs up. About five minuets later she shows up. She's wearing a tight red tank top with some skinny jeans and a leather jacket. We sit down at the park bench she was sitting at earlier. " I broke up with Astrid." I say. " Because of me. I didn't want to get in the way of your relationship. I just sang that song to get out some emotions." She says looking away. I take her delicate hand and hold it in my own. " It's ok. I kinda have my eye on someone else." I say. " Really." She says throwing her arms around my neck. " Really." I say kissing her cheek. She throws her legs across my lap and kisses me gently on the lips. I smile through the kiss and pull her closer to me. " I love you hiccup." She says. " I love you to." I say kissing her once again.
