y/n POV

I open my eyes and let out a yawn, annoyed I smacked my alarm clock off my table, it slid across my floor still going off, I throw the cover off and roll out of bed grabbing my alarm clock as well. I shut the clock off and set it back down on the table and go directly to my kitchen to grab something to eat, I finished eating and went to my closet and grabbed a shirt that had my logo on it as well as a pair of black skinny jeans and my favorite bomber jacket, I made my way to the bathroom closing the door behind me, I set my stuff down and took a shower washing my hair so it doesn't look gross all day. I finish my shower and throw on my clothes and some light makeup, I brush my hair and braid a section of my hair on each side and pull my hair into a high ponytail, I finish in the shower and grab my combat boots from my room and my backpack that has my laptop, charging cords, battery pack, headphones, and a few other tech stuff, I put my phone in my jacket pocket and grab my vlog camera on the way out of my room. I put my stuff down on the kitchen table and placed my camera on the counter making sure I was in the frame I press start and begin the vlog. "Hey guys Y/N here, I hope everyone is having a geartastic(you don't just vlog you also do gaming videos and explore videos but mainly gaming and exploring) day and if you're not then sit and relax for a bit and watch my run around today for vidcon, speaking of vidcon don't forget I have a stand where you can buy my merch, ask me questions and stuff like that, and then I'm also having a meet and greet at 2 o'clock today, come by and say hi, I can't wait to meet some of you guys. I am going to make myself breakfast and get going so I will see you guys in a second" you press the button and stop recording, you set the camera down by your bag and go back to the kitchen making yourself one bacon and eggs.

Time skip

I finish eating and set the dishes in the sink deciding that I will do them when I get home, I grab my stuff and leave the house closing and locking the door behind me and placing my stuff in my car, I start my car and slowly leave my driveway heading towards a Starbucks for some coffee to keep me going throughout the day because I know by 2 I'm gonna be tired. I get my coffee and head to Vidcon, I find the parking for guests like me and park, I throw on my backpack and put my phone in my pocket and put my vidcon pass on making sure it wasn't behind my jacket then I lock my car make my way to the entrance. I walk in and I'm greeted by a couple of fans asking for a picture and for me to sign stuff, I finished with them and found my way to the front desk, a lady with medium-length brown hair and glasses greeted me with a smile "hi there I'm looking for where I'm supposed to go" I said showing her my pass, "you have to go over to the man by the doors over there and shw him your pass and then you go down the hallway and find the room labeled guest speakers and youtubers then you go in and get ready" she said smiling as she pointed to my man on my left side, I thanked her and made my way to the man I did as she said and howed him my pass, he nodded and opened the door for me, I smiled and alked through making my way down the hall and to the room she told me about, I found the room and entered hoping that no one was there but unfortunetly there were about four people inside, I walked to a corner of the room and set my stuff down but put my camera to the side so I could use it. I set my stuff up in the corner of the room and grabbed my vlog camera exiting the room into the hallway, I found a spot by the door and turned on my camera pressing the record button "hey guys I forgot to vlog after i ate breakfest and so now i'm already aat Vidcon, I just put my stuff down and grabbed my camera and left the room they have us in so I could vlog and so here I am,I'm probably gonna go check out some booths after I set up my booth however I have to find where my booth is so in that case I'm gonna turn off the camera and do a jump cut to when the booth is finished" I shut off my camera and head to the front desk to ask how I find my booth, "hi again I was just wondering if you could tell me how I find my booth or set it up by chance" I smile at the lady, she smiles back "for sure if you have a booth I have to give you a pass and I can tell you exactly where your booth is I just need your name" I give her my name and she hands me a pass as well as directions to where my booth is. I weave around the crowds of people and finally find my booth, I check underneath the table and find some boxes with my merch in them, excitedly I take the boxes and set them on the table. I also found some decorations such as ribbons and posters for me to use under the table. I finish setting up my booth giving it a slightly gothic look, I sit down in a chair they gave me and wait for people to come by and check out my booth. Bored I turn on my camera and start recording, "hey guys I just finished setting up my booth and I'm ready to meet some of you so stop by, I am just about in the middle of all the other booths just look for a gothic-styled booth and that's where I'll be, stop by and get some pictures with me to buy some merch and just talk, I can't wait to see you guys bye" I stop recording and went to grab my laptop when I realize I forgot it back in the room, I look around for someone to watch my booth but I don't see anybody, then I see one of the other people that I saw in the room earlier walk by. quickly I stop him "hey excuse me could I ask you a favor" he stops and looks at me "um sure I guess, hey wait didn't I see you in the room earlier" I nodded a yes and step over to let him get into the booth "I just need you to watch my booth for a couple of minutes while I get my computer is that ok with you" he smiles "yeah anything for a fellow YouTuber" I leave my booth and make my way to the doors weaving around the crowds of people again. I eventually get to the hallway, I get to the room and get my computer out of my bag and cord to connect my camera to my computer. I leave the room and make my way back to my booth, he sits in the chair behind the booth on his phone, he looks up and see me approaching the booth, "sorry that took me a while its hard to get around the crowds" i laugh a little, he laughs back "it's okay by the way my name is Colby"he extends his hand for me to shake, I happily shake his hand "my name is y/n, I was thinking maybe you can be my guide for Vidcon, it's my first con so I'm afraid of getting lost or something and you seem to know what you're doing, I mean if it's ok with you" I smile, he smiles back holding his phone in his hand "for sure, do you maybe wanna exchange phone numbers so we can text each other" I get my phone out and open my contacts and then we switch phones so we can get each others number, I give him my number and he gives me his and I give him a final thank you as I get back behind my booth, "if you want we can get lunch together you can meet my friend Sam too if you wan't" he stands outside my booth, "sure its almost 11 so what time works" i smile, he thinks for a moment before answering "how about 11:30, it should give you enough time to work your booth and get used to the con a bit, text me when your ready for lunch and i'll meet you here at your booth" we make the plans for lunch and I say goodbye to colby letting him continue on his way.

Colby's POV

 Sam and I were chilling in the tubers room talking about places to explore tonight when the door opens and a girl walks in, *she is really pretty* I think to myself, Sam notices me starring and pulls me from my thoughts "Colby, hello, stop staring at her its rude bro" I look at him Sighing "she's really pretty though" Sam looks down and sighs "dude it's still weird, but seriously where do you wanna explore tonight" I laugh a little "sorry shes just really pretty I couldn't help myself, but I don't know where we can explore, we haven't been this far from where we live so I don't know the area" I look at Sam, he nods "gotcha well we can figure it out at lunch I suppose" I nod an okay and go back to my phone.

Time Skip

I was wondering around the con trying to find Sam but I couldn't seem to find him so I just started looking at the different booths, I was walking by one of the booths when I hear someone  talking to me, she looked at me apologetically "hey excuse me could I ask you a favour" I stop and turn to look at her "um sure I guess" then it hit me it's the girl I saw earlier "hey wait didn't I see you in the room earlier" she nodded a yes and stepped over to let me enter her booth  "I just need you to watch my booth for a couple of minutes while I get my computer is that ok with you" she asks I smile " yeah anything for a fellow youtuber" she leaves her booth and weaves her way through the crowd out of sight, I sit and wait and play on my phone while I wait for her to come back, eventually I notice her approaching the booth and look up at her turning my phone off "sorry that took me a while its hard to get around the crowds" she laughs a little and I laugh back "it's okay by the way my name is Colby" i extend my hand for her to shake and she shakes it back smiling "my name is y/n, I was thinking maybe you can be my guide for Vidcon, it's my first con so I'm afraid of getting lost or something and you seem to know what you're doing, I mean if it's ok with you" i smile holding my phone "for sure, do you maybe wanna exchange phone numbers so we can text each other" she gets her phone out and makes a new contact for me and I do the same for her, we exchange phone numbers and I step out of her booth she thanks me for watching her booth but I didn't want to say goodbye just yet "if you want we can get lunch together you can meet my friend Sam too if you wan't" I say smiling "sure its almost 11 so what time works" she keeps smiling, I think for a moment  "how about 11:30, it should give you enough time to work your booth and get used to the con a bit, text me when your ready for lunch and i'll meet you here at your booth" she agrees with the time and we say goodbye and I leave to continue looking at the booths. I finally found Sam with Kat looking at a booth with squishmellows, we walked around before it was getting to the time for our panel so we headed to what is considered backstage, we passed y/n's booth and a different person was behind the table so I assumed t was her friend, we got backstage and y/n was their so I walked over and said hello, she smiled and we started talking about the panel but I was cut off by mine and sam's name being called, it was our turn on stage. We got onstage and our fans cheered super loud, there were couches so Sam and I sat next to each other, and then a couple more names were called, Katrina, Stas, and Shea, Kat sat next to Sam,  Then y/n's name was called, I was confused but I would ask about it later. The panel was about the ghost hunting we all do and how we decided on doing this content and we also answered fan questions.

y/n POV

It was time for the panel and my best friend Gray took over the booth for me. I made my way backstage and I was on my phone when Colby came up to me and we started talking and then his name was called, he went on stage and then my name was called, I sat at the end of the couch. The panel went by quickly and when I was backstage Colby appeared next to me and we started talking and he asked why I was on the panel, "wait that sounded mean I'm sorry" Colby said his hands folded in front of his mouth, I smiled and said it was okay, explaining how this month all I'm doing on my channel is exploring and ghost hunting, his eyes light up and he asked if I wanted to join him and Sam later tonight in exploring, "sure I know some spots" I say sending him a couple of places on google maps, Colby said he would be right back and eventually he did but with a friend, he introduced him as Sam and I said hello, we talked about doing the exploring and stuff and agreed to meet up at the place at about 8'Oclock. Time passed and the event got slower, Gray helped shut down the booth and close it so I could leave and get to the place. I took my camera and computer, and a couple of ghost-hunting equipment things, I left and drove to the area, I parked my car next to another car parked on the side of the road. I took my camera out and started recording, I did my into and explained what I'm doing, I put my backpack on and started walking to the building, I saw flashlights ahead and I heard Colby's voice and I decided to scare them, I turned my flashlight off and I started stomping as I walked, I knew they heard me because one of them shined their flashlight in my direction so I ducked and started crawling, I got super close as they continued walking so I started running at them, and of course, they started running too, I turned my flashlight on and ran faster grabbing Colby's shoulder scaring the absolute shit out of him, I crumbled down laughing my ass off, they stopped to catch there breath after they realised it was just me, "I'm so sorry" I said between laughs, they waited for me to stop laughing but I was cut short but something being thrown in our direction so we quickly rushed towards the building and going inside, "now that wasn't me I promise" I shine my flashlight outside. "i guess we are gonna have a good time" Sam said. I noticed a tall thing in the tree line watching us, however, it didn't seem malicious in any way so I continued my way and we stopped in the foyer, we all set our cameras down to record and I gave them a brief history lesson on the building, Colby listened intently and Sam nodded in thought. We explored the downstairs and while going upstairs I had a small vision kind of, I could see a lady and her hair was in a bun with braids and her dress was from the Edwardian era, she had a soft smile and she waved me over, and then I heard her speak, a soft voice "follow me", I went ahead of the boys and followed her to a bedroom, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and a small twin bed was placed against the far left wall, the bed frame was simple, made from metal and painted white, Colby entered the room and shuddered, "theirs a woman in here" I said which made Colby afraid for a moment, the woman spoke again "I slept here, please find anything of my remains in here, please set me free" and with that, she misted away, I turned to Colby and Sam. "There was a lady and she spoke to me, she asked us to find something of her remains in this room to help her be free, come on help me look" I looked around the bed and found nothing while Sam and Colby checked the other half of the room, after finding nothing I decided to tap into a deeper part of my mind and see if I could conjure a vision, hoping for that to show me something, "I might do something that will freak you out but don't be alarmed okay" I said to them, "I mean as long as you don't murder us then yeah we do" Sam said panning his camera over to me, I stood for a moment and closed my eyes, pulling my energy to my hands and I began touching everything, only when I touched a wall in the closet did I see something, the woman was hiding in the closet, and then a man came and killed her, the image changed and the man was making a hole in the wall and put her in it, and lastly he bricked it back up. I came back to my senses and all I could say was just "here", Colby came over and Sam followed behind with the camera, "wait did you just see into the past like have a vision" Colby said fascinated, I nodded, and felt around for a loose brick, finally after a minute of searching I found one and pulled it, the wall falling apart, and I saw the bones, I shuddered and finished breaking a hole in the wall, I pulled off my backpack and opened it, I grabbed my sage and a lighter, I lit the sage and I said a prayer hoping they could be helped, I heard the lady "thank you, I can finally be free, but beware, the man who did this is still here, I will protect you until you leave", nodding I told the boys what she said and they seemed both scared and relieved, we decided on finishing upstairs and then leaving. So we did just that, we headed outside and the air was different, it felt lighter and I knew the lady moved on and I was happy, I pulled my journal out and wrote about her in my notebook, I do that whenever I help someone move, as a way to remember them. I walked back to my car with the boys and we talked, they invited me on a trip to the UK and I agreed, "oh my god yes, I mean yeah sure" I was super excited but tried to act cool, we all laughed and said goodbye. I headed home and went straight to bed, the day drained me and vidcon was far from over yet.
