After Adachi and DogDay met up with the other Smiling Critters at the Picnic Area, Bobby Bearhug was the first one to introduce himself to Adachi as well as the other as they seemed to enjoy Adachi's company, well everyone except KickinChicken as he suddenly refused to admit to like Adachi, but he seems to be hiding that kind of feeling inside of him like he sees Adachi as a friend or a little brother.

KickinChicken likes the idea of being the cool big brother to Adachi than the others, but Adachi has to prove himself to the yellow chicken to be friends with him.

DogDay: Everyone, this is Adachi! He's our new friend here and we figured we could hang out with him today to get to know us better.

Bobby Bearhug: I think that's a great idea, DogDay.

Bubba Bubbaphant: I suppose I can take a break from my studies to home-school Adachi for a bit.

PickyPiggy: And I can take him to lunch at Applebee's with my only special coupon that expires tonight, and then we can bake a cake together after lunch.

KickinChicken: Excuse me, I hate to be a bother, but I got better things to do than to babysit someone younger than me.

Hoppy: Well, if you won't participate in taking care of Adachi, then I will just take your time with him.

KickinChicken: Fine. See if I care.

DogDay: Kickin! You have to participate, or Adachi won't get to know you better.

KickinChicken: So, what? I don't see why I should be friends with a kid like Adachi.

Adachi (mind): Goddamn brat...he needs to be put in his place...

Bubba: Because he needs friends to watch over him and the other kids are always giving him a hard time ever since he arrived at Playcare. I figured he would have a hard time at the Schoolhouse and I'm sure Miss Delight won't mind me being Adachi's home-school teacher.

KickinChicken: Whatever. Let's get this over with so I go back to what I do best.

DogDay: Fine. Alright, Critter Crew. Let's give Adachi-san a jolly good time.

Everyone, but Adachi and KickinChicken: Yeah!

Adachi: This should be interesting. I hope CatNap is okay (Not that I care)

So Adachi gets to spend the whole day in the Dream Realm with the Smiling Critters while CatNap is doing his daily job as the mailman (Which is surprising that CatNap got a job as a mailman in the Smiling Critters Universe if it were true or not.), starting off the day with Bubba Bubbaphant as he is just finishing up with his research summary on his laptop as he appeared to be working on his summary all night due to the bags under his eyes and the many cans of energy drinks on his desk to keep him from going to sleep.

Bubba: Alright, Adachi. I'd be happy to be your home-school teacher. Just gotta summarize all my research on the last page, annnnd-

But then, just as he is about to save his file on the laptop, the battery on the laptop runs out of juice and Bubba begins to freak out that he lost all of that hard work for nothing.

Bubba: No! Nonononono!!! That took me all night to finish (slamming his head on the laptop) AUGH!!!

Then Adachi came in to check on Bubba to see him all upset that he lost all of his work for nothing.

Adachi: Bubba? You okay?

Bubba: (Sighs) Yeah...I'm good, buddy. I'm just upset that I lost everything I worked on my laptop, and I've spent all night to finish it.

Adachi: Well, I think it's best to save your work from time to time instead of staying up all night just to finish your research. You need to sleep often, and you can die from a lack of sleep if you keep staying up until you finish your project. I'm sure whoever asked you to work on your summary will give you an extra day to work on it again. Just please, don't push yourself too hard, okay?

That made Bubba smile happy to hear Adachi giving him some very useful advice as he learned something from him and will learn from his mistake from now on to avoid dealing with the same problem from his laptop.

Bubba: You know what? You're right there, kiddo. I'll try to save my work from time to time from now on to avoid having to write my research once again. Thanks for the advice.

Adachi: You're welcome, Bubba.

So, Bubba decided to take a break from his research to teach Adachi a few school subjects such as math, science, history, and English as Adachi's home-school teacher Bubba was amazed and impressed with how Adachi was able to solve his problems so easily despite being his first day of home-school. Bubba is proud to be Adachi's home-school teacher as Adachi got to know more about Bubba until it was time to hang out with KickinChicken and Hoppy Hopscotch, despite KickinChicken not wanting to hang out with Adachi before Hoppy decided to play basketball with Adachi to shoot some hoops.

Hoppy: Alright, Adachi. I'm gonna teach you how to shoot some hoops with this basketball. Are you ready?

Adachi: hell Yeah!

Hoppy: Alright, let me show you how to shoot some hoops to that basketball hoop.

Then Hoppy started teaching Adachi how to shoot a few hoops to the basketball hoop while KickinChicken was just sitting by a tree and drinking a soda, watching the two of them having fun together until he saw Adachi managed to shoot his first hoop on his first try, which got KickinChicken's interest on Adachi as he watches Adachi shoot a few more hoops before the boy started doing a few trick shots that went through the basketball hoop that made KickinChicken spit out his soda he was drinking from.

KickinChicken: (Thinking) Whoa! I didn't know that Adachi is a pro at basketball, even though this is his first time doing it! I take back everything I said about Adachi! This kid is a natural! You know, I like the kid, even though I was a little too harsh on him. I wonder if he has siblings on his own. If he doesn't, I bet he would love having a cool big brother like me around.

Then KickinChicken decided to go play with Adachi as Hoppy saw Kickin walking up to them and she immediately went in front of Adachi to protect him from whatever he was about to throw at Adachi.

Hoppy: Back off, KickinChicken!

KickinChicken: What's your deal, Hoppy? I just to join in on the fun with the kid that's all.

Hoppy: Oh sure. You're just saying that, so you can be mean to Adachi-san! I won't let that happen!

KickinChicken: I'm not gonna bully Adachi for no reason, Hoppy! I just saw how Adachi managed to become a pro at basketball, and I wanted to spend time with him even though I felt like a jerk to him the first time I met him! At least let me shoot some hoops with the kid and we can move on!

Hoppy: Ugh! Fine, but if you're playing, he's on my team since I'm his big sister! He's on the blue team!

KickinChicken: No! I called dibs on Adachi! He's on the red team!

Hoppy: No way! He's with me on the blue team!

KickinChicken: In your dream, long-eared cottontail! Adachi's with me on the red team!

Hoppy: No way, beaked-face feather brains! Adachi's on the blue team!

KickinChicken: Red!

Hoppy: Blue!

KickinChicken: Red!

Hoppy: Blue!

KickinChicken: RED!

Hoppy: BLUE!

Then the two of them started fighting each other the two glaring daggers at each other to fight over Adachi to let him choose to be on the red team or the blue team until Adachi decided to break them up.

Adachi: THAT'S ENOUGH YOU TWO YOUR PISSING ME OFF!

Adachi yelled at them a blurry Magatsu Izanagi appeared when he yelled.

Hoppy and KickinChicken looked at Adachi surprised for a moment before they both decided to have a contest to see who had the highest score points in Basketball to watch over Adachi.

KickinChicken: You know what? How about this? The first one with the highest score points gets to hang out with Adachi until the next Critters watches over him!

Hoppy: You're on, bird boy! I'm gonna show you who's the better athlete here!

KickinChicken: Bring it on, Carrot head!

Adachi facepalms

Adachi: God I hate brats.

Timeskip - 30 Minutes Later

After a long battle of shooting hoops to get the highest score, Hoppy was declared the winner of the battle and KickinChicken was all out of breath after he tried his best to beat Hoppy Hopscotch in a game of basketball.

Adachi: Wow. he lost? what a Lo-ser, but at least he tried his best.

KickinChicken: (Heavy breathing) Best 2 out of---three. (Wheezes)

Hoppy: Nope. Sorry, Kickin. I won fair and square! I'm just too fast for you and you're just too slow!

KickinChicken: (Groans)

Adachi: God what a sore loser.

Adachi muttered to himself before speaking to KickinChicken.

Adachi: Don't be sad, Kickin. At least you did your best and I forgive you for being mean to me. I'm sure we can play again another day together.

KickinChicken: (Chuckles tiredly) Rock on, kiddo. (Passes out)

Hoppy: Don't worry, buddy. He'll be ok. I got a game we can both play together.

Adachi: OK then. Let's go.

So then, Hoppy took Adachi somewhere to play a fun game with her that is her kind of style.

Hoppy: Alright, little buddy. We're gonna play a game called "The Floor is Lava.

Adachi: The Floor is Lava? How do you play that game?

Hoppy: Simple. All you gotta do is make a teensy-weensy little jump! (Points to where she meant by "Teensy-weensy little jump")

Adachi: (Scared) Uh... that looks pretty far to make a teensy-weensy little jump.

Hoppy: Don't worry, little one. Big sis will show you how to make that jump. Watch!

She then did an EXCEEDINGLY long jump over to the other side of the cliff, Adachi was both shocked and surprised to see Hoppy make that long jump and he could even make that jump like Hoppy just did.

Hoppy: Easy peasy, right?

Adachi: Uh...sure...

Hoppy: Your turn, Adachi! Show me what you've got!

Then Adachi looked down at the very bottom of the cliff, which made him feel terrified of making that jump that would make him fall to his death or in this case, wake up from his dreams like falling to his death was his biggest nightmare.

Hoppy: No! Don't look down at your feet, Adachi! You're never gonna make it here if you don't make that jump!

Adachi: Uh...ok...

Then Adachi took a deep breath and made the biggest jump he could do, but unfortunately for him, he only made it halfway as he is now falling to his death, much to Hoppy who went from a serious expression to a shocked expression as she made a terrible mistake of making Adachi jump to her because he can't make big long jumps like she did since she is a rabbit after all.

Hoppy: ADACHI!!!

Adachi:

Then just as Adachi was falling to his death, he was soon saved by getting his waist wrapped around by a long purple cat tail CatNap quickly pulled him up and hugged and nuzzled him affectionately to calm him down from falling to his death, causing Adachi to hug CatNap in a death-like grip before starting to cry over his shoulder with CatNap shushing him quietly and rubbing his back slowly until Adachi finally calms down realizing what he was doing he quickly pushed Catnap away disgusted.

Adachi: Get away from me you piece of shit!

Adachi didn't say that but he thought of that when he pushed Catnap away.

Then Hoppy came over to them with tears in her eyes as a way of showing her how sorry she is right now about forcing Adachi to make that jump

Hoppy: Ohmygoshohmygoshogmygosh! I'm so sorry for making you make that jump, Adachi! I got too carried away! Please forgive me! (Crying)

Despite Adachi never feeling so angry with Hoppy a little bad as she was trying to have some fun with Adachi despite him being human and not a rabbit like her. So, Adachi hugged her and did his best to calm her down, and she immediately hugged her back and cried over his shoulder as Hoppy stayed like this until she finally calmed down with CatNap joining in on the hug as well.

Hoppy: Thanks...I need that.

Adachi: It's no big deal, Hoppy. I forgive you even if I nearly died from falling to my death. I just can't jump like you can.

Adachi(mind): PIECE OF SHIT TOY I'M GOING TO MANGLE YOU FOR TRYING TO KILL ME.

Hoppy: I see. Well, what if I carry you with me so we can jump together?

Adachi: OK that sounds like a good idea, but I think we need something to keep me from falling again.

Hoppy: I think I got something that might help.

Timeskip - A Few Minutes Later

Adachi: You got to be (Fucking) kidding me right now?

Hoppy: Oh, don't be such a sourpuss, Adachi. This will help out for both of us.

After a few minutes, Adachi was strapped onto Hoppy with a baby wrap carrier and Adachi felt embarrassed and pissed for being strapped onto Hoppy's chest to keep him from falling to his death again. Adachi figured CatNap would help him out of this situation, but he's just sitting there licking his paw acting like a normal house cat and pretending like this is normal for them.

Adachi(mind): Damn cat!

Hoppy: Look I know this is embarrassing to you, but trust me, this will be fun for the both of us. Are you ready?

Adachi: Yes.

Hoppy: Alright....here we GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Then Hoppy started jumping from place to place at amazing speed, causing Adachi to not only have fun, but feel scared of going this fast while being strapped to Hoppy's chest as it felt like going on a roller coaster, but without the roller coaster part. This went on for half an hour before Adachi was at CraftyCorn's tower as he was being forced to play dress up with CraftyCorn and Bobby Bearhug, making him feel more embarrassed and pissed right now as he is now wearing a princess dress while CraftyCorn is applying the makeup.

Bobby and Crafty are both happy and excited to play with Adachi together and they can't help to see how Adachi looks so cute in a dress and wearing makeup, despite Adachi feeling pissed and embarrassed right now.

Bobby: Awww, look at him!

Crafty: Truly my best work yet! But it's still missing something...

Adachi: What could be missing that would make me more ridiculous than before? Also, why is CatNap here with us and wearing makeup, lipstick, and a pearl necklace? I bet he hates it more than me.

Bobby: Aw, come on, Adachi. There's no reason to act all embarrassed. It's not like you're on Live TV with millions of people watching. Oh! I know what's missing. (Pulls out a homemade flower pin) How about this homemade flower pin? It'd look so good on Adachi-san. Wouldn't it, CatNap?

CatNap: NO.

Adachi: (Turns to CatNap in confusion) Did you just talk?

CatNap slowly turned to Adachi and just licked his paw as his only answer.

Adachi: Nevermind.

Then CraftyCorn placed the flower pin on Adachi's head, CatNap decided to help out his little brother with a little cat sabotage.

Crafty: There, perfect!

CatNap then grabbed the flower pin from Adachi's head and threw it to the other side of the room.

Bobby: Aww, CatNap!

Then CatNap removed all the clothes and jewelry from Adachi that he was forced to dress up in and licked his paw a few times before rubbing all of the makeup on Adachi's face, making him feel all normal and wearing his regular clothes again before CatNap started hugging Adachi, purring, nuzzling, and licking his face, making Adachi giggle from CatNap's brotherly affection.

Bobby: CatNap! You're ruining our work!

Crafty: (Giggles)

Bobby: (Thinking) (Groans) I can't believe that CatNap ruined our work and got rid of everything on Adachi. (Sighs) Well, at least Adachi is happy that he's out of the dress and it is cute that CatNap is being a great brother to Adachi. At least, we're all having fun even though CatNap had to ruin it.

Then without warning, CatNap just licked Bobby's cheek as if it were a kiss on the cheek, which grossed Bobby out to how slobbery it was.

Bobby: EW! CatNap! (Disgusted)

Adachi/Crafty: (Giggles)

Bobby: (Sighs) Now I know how Adachi felt when he was embarrassed.

After spending time with Bobby and Crafty, Adachi went to have some lunch with PickyPiggy, where she shared some of her food from Applebee's with her special coupon after they ate, they went over to Picky's house to bake a cake and Adachi went her cooking partner as it wasn't too hard for Adachi to bake a cake with PickyPiggy while CatNap is sitting on the counter licking his paw before Adachi and PickyPiggy placed the giant cake to the counter.

Adachi: Wow! This cake looks delicious!

PickyPiggy: I know right? This has gotta be the best cake we've ever made! Do you like it too, CatNap?

Adachi: Yeah, do you like it, CatNap?

Then CatNap looked to his side to see a cucumber and he immediately freaked out as he began bouncing off the walls at rapid speed after he saw the cucumber, resulting in destroying the cake that Adachi and PickyPiggy worked so hard on together as their bodies were covered in cake batter and icing.

Adachi was not Amused by this situation.

Adachi: Of fucking course ugh damn cats.

PickyPiggy: (Crying) Whhhhhyyy....

Adachi: (Licks some of the cake off of him) Mmmm....this cake is delicious... oh uh I mean...sorry for what happened to the cake, Piggy, but we can always make another cake.

PickyPiggy felt better that there's always another time to make another cake, but she had to make sure not to leave any cucumbers that would freak CatNap out as he was still bouncing off the walls Picky immediately hugged Adachi despite the two of them completely covered with cake as we cut over back to DogDay's house.

Location: DogDay's House

After spending the entire day with the other Smiling Critters, Adachi had a lot of fun with them, even if they went through a few bumps in the road, in the end, Adachi had a great time meeting and hanging out with the other Smiling Critters as Adachi is about to get another bath from DogDay after getting covered in cake.

DogDay: OK my little puppy! Bathtiiiiime~
