Days passed Arbaaz started to recovered but still he can’t walk by himself he need someone for support and Ayan is here then when fear.He take care of him like elder brothers even though he was their baby but he can’t see them in pain he show his cute strictness toward him which caused he recovered too early and now everything is going perfect but Arbaaz he started to show his tantrums too like Ayan,He is mature but still he is on bed from passed few days and always eat medicines without any problem but now it’s enough he don’t want to be treated like patient anymore.

“Please Big B I don’t want to eat this anymore please”Arhaan,
Armaan looks at him with disbelief while Ayan and Rihaan sit beside him while hugging each other like babies.

“Bub it’s important na only 4 days left then no need to bear this all,And you know na how much this important after all you are a Doctor”Arhaan said softly and caressed his cheeks but Arbaaz looked away angrily.

“Doctor my foot,I don’t want and that’s final”Arhaan and Arman on the edge of losing their control,while Arbaaz who still remains his attitude.

“Arbaaz,I will give you 5 seconds after countdown you didn’t take this,then no one is going to be worse than me”Arhaan said angrily and Arbaaz started to whine,Ayan cups his face cutely.

“Dadu you are big boy right and brave too,this is just a small tablet,please don’t be stubborn it’s good for your health,I want to see you fit and fine please”They look at him with an amused face.

“Ahh fine but only for your cute face”Arbaaz said and gulped down medicines and they all smiled at him,Arbaaz made faces and hugged Ayan who giggled and patted his head.

“Good boy”Ayan praised him. They all chuckled and Arbaaz looked at them with puppy faces.

“Big B can I go outside,I want to go please”He whined like babies,Arhaan smiled and looked at Arman who thought for sometime and then nodded with a smile,Arbaaz became happy and high five with Rihaan.

“But be careful,don’t be brats”Arhaan and Arman warned them they nodded innocently and they smiled.

After some hours the trio left the house,they parked their car near Beach which is Arbaaz fav place,They took Arbaaz near beach.

“Thank you so much you both are the best”He hugged Rihaan and Ayan who hugged him too.

“Bhai you deserve more than this,this is nothing in front what you did for us”Rihaan said and pull Arbaaz’s cheeks who slap his hand and pinch on Ayan’s nose who glare at them and then get a idea,he started to splash water on them,they all started to play in water,After 3 hours they return to home,Arhaan and Arman look at them and become shocked.

“Oh God,what the hell is this?Did we not warn you not to be brat?”Arman burst on the trio gulp.

“First go and change before you catch a cold,and you who made you doctor you idiot”Arhaan questioned Arbaaz who showed him teeth.

“You”He said and walked toward his room,Ayan and Rihaan ran from there before Arman and Arhaan scolded them more..

Ayan was struggling with his clothes then he smile at Arhaan who enter his room and come near him.Arhaan started to help him in clothes and then carry him to washroom and give him shower then he make him sat on the bed and dry his hairs,Ayan shivered and smiled,Arhaan’s eyes fell on his chest,he caresses his cut and Look at Ayan.

“Is it still painful?”He asked in a hurtful voice,Ayan grabbed his hand and gave a soft kiss.

“No,I am fully fine,Baba now you don’t have to worry,I am a big boy”Arhaan rolls his eyes and pulls both his cheeks.

“Yeah,Yeah I know a big boy who even can’t change his clothes”Ayan made big pout and turned other side,Arhaan pull him on the lap and hug him tightly,Ayan started to whimper dramatically but Arhaan didn’t let him breathe.

“You are my love,life,my sunshine,I am nothing without you my bub,I can’t imagine a single breath without you”Ayan cups his face with soft hands and wipes his tears.

“Baba,Don’t cry please otherwise I also started to cry”He said with glossy eyes,Arhaan smiled at his pure baby and placed a kiss on his head.

“It’s too late,let’s sleep tomorrow you have school”Ayan started to whine but Arhaan made him lay on the bed and covered him with a blanket but they flinched when they heard Arman’s voice who entered the room in anger.

“What happened, Arman?”

“Ayan comes here right now”Ayan flinches and comes near Arman who grabs his arm and makes him turn and slap him on his butt,Ayan yelps and Arhaan looks at Arman in anger.

“Ahh Baba..”

“Arman have you lost your mind?''Arhaan shouted but he stopped when Arbaaz entered the room while holding Rihaan’s ear who was yelping.

“Ahh Bhai,Please I am sorry”

“What is happening here?”Arhaan asked in frustration and pulled Ayan in a hug who rubbed his butt cutely.

“When I told you,you are not allowed to eat any spicy food or any snacks then how dare you to eat this all”Arbaaz shouted at him and show empty boxes of Pizza,Arhaan’s eyes widened,he back off from the hug and glare at Ayan who gulp.

“And you,You know this is all not good for him but still you help him”Arman shouted at Rihaan who looked down in guilt.

“When did he do this?”Arhaan asked them and both became scared.Arman shook head in disbelief and glared at Ayan.

“Yesterday night”

“Big B it’s not my fault you know na how much he manipulates,He wants to eat this and I can’t do anything and help him please forgive me”Rihaan begged Arhaan who looked angry like hell.

“Go to the corner and face the wall,right now”He shouted at them both running toward the corner and stood there silently,Arhaan looked at Arman.

“Bring my cane”Their eyes widened.

“I said bring my cane,can’t you hear”Arman flinched and ran from there and came back with cane,Arhaan went near them and hit the cane on Rihaan’s butt who flinched and went to look back but stopped by Arhaan.

“Don’t turn,When you know that this is not allowed to him then how can you be so careless,and you have you forget it about rules”He hit Ayan’s butt too not hard,Ayan flinched and yelped.

“Owii Baba Sorry I won’t do this again”He said and was going to rub his butt but stop and look at Arhaan with doe eyes who again hit his butt.

“Don’t give me this look,you brat”He scolded him and hit Rihaan’s butt who rubbed his butt badly but again got a hit.

“Don’t you know..''Arhaan scolds him and Rihaan immediately raises his hands and curses under breath,Arbaaz and Arman enjoying the drama.

“Baba..stop it,you are hurting my butt,I am sure it’s turned red”

“And how we sit,show some mercy on us”Rihaan made faces too,Arhaan tried to hold his smile and hit their butts two times both yelp and curse loudly.

“No cursing”Arman shouted at them and both glare back at Arman who gulp.🤭

“Why you both are so careless hmm,what if something happened,you know this is going to be worst for you”Ayan look down in guilt same with Rihaan both held ears and made puppy face.

“Showrry”Arhaan chuckled and hugged them and started to rub their backs.They winced and snuggled into a hug.

“Next time don’t do any stupidity I am clear?”Both nodded and the trio smiled at them.

Arhaan carried Ayan to bed and made him lay,the brothers lay beside him too and placed kisses on his cheeks one by one,Ayan giggled.

“Baba”

“Hmm”

“I want to be Mafia just like you”They choke in the air and then laugh Ayan made pout.

“Don’t laugh,I am serious”They clear their throat.

“But Bun I want you to be Doctor”Arbaaz said cutely and Ayan made faces.

“Eww I will die bu…”He stopped when they all shouted at him angrily.

“Ayan!!How many times have we told you not to say”Ayan gulp and hide his face on Arhaan’s neck.

“Sorry,But I don’t want to be Doctor,I want to be a Mafia”He said cutèly.

“But you don’t have to be Mafia,when you are…”Rihaan said and looked at his brothers.

“When what??”Ayan asked with pout,they attacked him with a hug and squeezed him like a teddy bear.

“When you are Mafia’s heartbeat”They shouted and Ayan rolled his eyes.

“I'm not your girlfriend”They looked at him in shock and started to tickle him.

“We don’t care, you can’t change this,”Ayan laughed.

“Haha ok fine,I accept this hah”

“So what are you?”Arbaaz asked and stopped tickling. Ayan breathed with teary eyes.

“Mafia’s heartbeat”He hugged them tightly.
