Brimstone's voice rang loudly into Sova's earpiece, the Valorant agent was currently on the field, in a mission, perched up on a high building with his heavy sniper tucked firmly in his arms, the weight of the weapon mostly resting against his shoulder. ''Sova, recon the area. We need to know what's going on down there. And have you spotted the new recruit yet?'' Brimstone's gruff voice rang through, just slightly breaking Sova's concentration on scoping the area.

He set down the sniper, the belt attached to it sliding back in place around his shoulder as the large weapon fell to his side, hanging there as he reached back to grab his bow resting on his opposing shoulder. ''I'm on it, but no sign of the new recruit yet, Brimstone.'' Sova said through his own comms, hearing the slight crackle of static in his ear as he spoke to brimstone. He let his bow fully set out, the high tech weapon that had been made customed for his needs and liking taking it's full form as he reached into his quiver to grab a recon dart.

The arrow's shaft rested in the rounded area of the bow, it's nock firmly latched onto the tense bow string. His eyes scanned over the area below, quickly making a plan on how he wanted his recon dart to land, where he wanted to scan. Two of his gloved fingers curled around the bowstring, above and under the nock, steady and unmoving as he pulled back the bow string. He took a deep breath, raising the bow to take aim at a nearby building, quickly calculating the necessary force and angle needed to make his arrow bounce and land correctly.

He exhaled- and the slight whistling noise of an arrow splitting the air could be heard as the bowstring snapped forward, releasing the projectile. He let his bow fold back up- returning it on his shoulder as he watched the recon dart bounce off the first building. It ricocheted, hitting a second, further off building as it continued it's path and finally planted into a final building, much closer to the enemy's side of the battle field below. The first scan wave went through, showing the positions of multiple enemies on the field. The second scan showed where they were moving, the direction in which they were heading.

''Good shot Sova.'' Brimstone spoke through the comms once more, the enemy position now revealed to their allies and allowing them to re-adjust their team's movement and how they would launch their own attack. Sova slowly raised the heavy sniper once more, the operator resting heavily onto his shoulder once again as he listened to the new orders coming through. He lifted the scope, head tilted and nearly rested onto the cold metal of the gun as he went back to keeping watch, waiting for his opportunity to take a clear shot.

He waited, taking in a slow breath as his finger itched on the trigger, waiting for his moment. Up on this sky scrapper, he could barely hear what was actually going on down there, on the streets of the slowly breaking city- The havoc was tearing this place apart, all because of radiant. It turns out, just under this area of the city, there was a potent radianite site that had been discovered not long ago. But of course- Who said radianite said enemies- as anyone who dealt with the materials was going to do what they could to get their hands on it for their own gain. The silence was once more interrupted by Brimstone's gruff voice, once more pulling Sova out of his total focus. ''Still no sights on the newbie? Should be a woman wearing a sporty outfit, platform converse and a white, cropped hoodie.''

''Haven't seen anyone that wasn't on our own team or an enemy- has she not contacted you back before the mission?'' Sova asked the protocol leader back as he kept the sniper scoped up, spotting enemy activity down below starting to form, waiting for a clear shot to be given to him. His real eye stayed locked into the operator's scope, watching as a few shadows moved near a corner. ''She did but the conversation was cut short- she had trouble on her end and so we haven't set a precise meetup location.'' Brimstone replied with a slightly frustrated sigh on his end, coming through clearly on his comms.

''How convenient...'' Sova said as an equally frustrated sigh escaped his lips, his focus returning for the moment as he finally saw an enemy turn the corner he was scoped onto. He took another deep breath, tensing up as he adjusted the scope slightly, carful with even the slightest movement. He exhaled, pulling the trigger to his heavy sniper and a loud bang rang through the air. He took just a second to control the knockback- his right leg, which was set a bit further back to absorb the shock, tensed and buckled slightly from the hard shock, but not reacting much more as he had trained long enough with this gun to not be too phased by it. ''One down, north east, near mid.'' Sova said through the comms, getting back into position rapidly.

''Good shot, Sova. One hell of a deadly aim, as always.'' Brimstone praised the blonde Russian man through the comms once more, to which Sova only let out a small hum as he was too focused back on the same spot, his scope up and ready in case a second enemy pushed through the corner too. He was certain he had seen more than one shadow, his focus solely onto that spot to take down any enemy who dared to peek it. He was holding the operator tightly onto his shoulder once more, it's weight slowly starting to make itself known from how long he had been scoping up there, from the shots taken.

He was locked in, deafening the world around him as his sights were only on that corner, once more seeing a shadow peeking the corner once more, just as he hoped. He took a small step forward, no on the very ledge of the building he was standing on. His left foot, the front leg, was only inches off the ledge as he steadied himself once more. The night breeze could be felt a bit more up in these heights, a bit colder than down there, on the streets, where combats were starting to unfold. He didn't mind though, he was used to the cold. He was a Russian- and he had spent some years into the motherland's tundra.

Finally, the shadow moving behind the corner finally started to peek, seeing the tip of a gun peeking past the wall through his sniper scope. He inhaled once more, preparing to take a second shot, his sights clear as his aim stayed calm and steady. He waited patiently, watching carefully with a nearly predatorial stare through his sniper scope, itching to take another shot. Finally, the enemy slowly started to peek through the corner, starting to see the enemy's forearms, and he knew his clear shot was going to come within the next few seconds.

He exhaled, and just as he was going to pull the trigger, just as the enemy was about to walk directly into the scope's little red dot- he couldn't get the chance to shoot. No, the hit he felt on his dominant shoulder wasn't from the gun's knockback- but rather from an enemy boot, placing a solid kick on shoulder, making his sniper shot slopy as he nearly dropped his gun. But holding onto the heavy, over powered and overpriced gun was the least of his problems at this exact moment. No- the icy cold wind flowing around his body as he faced the ground multiple stories below, none of his limbs able to catch him. He was stuck needing to accept the fact that he, Sova, the hunter and one of the best trained agents, was going to meet his fate by crashing into the ground violently all due to his inattention to his surroundings.

He took a deep breath, the icy cold air of the night filling his lungs as he watched his fate approached a rapid pace. He finally shut his eyes, panic filling his senses along with a sense of helplessness- knowing he couldn't do anything no matter what. He would rather not face his certain death visually, knowing it was a matter of seconds before he would violently hit the ground and die from the shock and his injuries. He knew he could be resurrected by sage later on at worst, but it didn't make this any better.

But what he didn't expect was the harsh percussion... on his side? He was facing the ground, so the sudden hit on his side knocked the air out of him, also confusing him quite a bit. His eyes shot open- a second realization taking over. He wasn't dead- no he was very much alive and not splattered on the pavement for all to see. He was still shocked, barely feeling anything from the adrenaline of the fall. He barely noticed someone had wrapped an arm an leg around him, holding him tightly against them as he... Swung?! across the air.

''What-!?... How!?!'' He yelled out more in adrenaline and panic than anything else. He was trying to register just what was going on- his head snapping upwards to look at who it was holding him as they somehow didn't crash to the ground. His second surprise came as his face quite literally squished into someone's breasts when he tried to look up- The movement he made with the momentum of the current swing mid air and the person holding him's movement- all that combined made it look like he was semi-motor boating this person's chest. The last thing he wanted was for the person saving his life to think he was an absolute pervert.

You held the tall and heavy Russian man tightly as you made use of your radiant abilities- Your vine, spawned from your right arm and used nearly the same as a third limb, curled onto surfaces of nearby buildings, allowing you to swing around, looking like this world's knock off spiderman. You were using the momentum of every swing, the altitude and your own core strength to guide where you wanted to swing. For the few moments you maneuvered in the air, you quickly spotted a clear rooftop where you could drop off the Russian sniper for him to catch his breath and reposition. With a good tug of your arm, a decent swing of your legs, you used the current momentum of your swing to gain altitude to land on the rooftop.

And gracefully, you landed and absorbed the shock of the landing with ease, a movement you have done hundreds of times before, your head snapping around to quickly scan the rooftop and insure it was indeed clear. ''Seems aight.'' You said as you stood straight, barely noticing you were still latching onto Sova- who was grateful you were still holding onto him as he was shaky from the events that had unfolded within seconds. But he did straighten up a bit, embarrassed by where his head had been resting this whole time. His face was flushed as he slowly stood his total height, his head no longer in this woman's breasts.

''You good there? Need a second?'' Your attention turned to Sova as he stood his full height, an arm firmly around the man to hold him stable as you could feel the slight tremble on his part. ''You probably are high on adrenaline- take the time you need.'' You continued, your arm still firm around him as you retracted your vine- slithering back onto your right arm and resting there as a tattoo. The Russian man, Sova, took a deep breath as he took a second to stabilizing himself and get over the initial shock, his face still red as he still slightly shook.

''Thank you-'' He muttered out, now finally taking a good look at his savior- actually taking in their full appearance and not just their boobs. He took note of her outfit- the sporty black and grey sport outfit, the cropped white hoodie and the platform converse shoes. He looked back up and took note of her facial features, her hair was up in a ponytail, eyes wide as a small smile graced her lips. She looked so energetic, so full of life as she seemed to almost tease him with her words. This woman was the new recruit, the woman Brimstone had been waiting on a response from this whole mission. ''That was... Incredibly good timing to show up-'' He continued- an arm still around her to ground himself.

''What can I say, I saw a damsel in distress, I just had to step in- or rather swing in-'' You said to him with a growing grin, now directly teasing the tall, broad Russian agent on his fall. Your arm loosened a bit around him, but still resting around his waist to make sur he was stable. ''I am no damsel-" Sova started off, the pink tint on his cheek deepening slightly. ''Sweetheart with how you clung to me- you were most definitely a damsel in distress.'' You retorted with a small giggle, pinching his side slightly to continue with your teasing gesture.

''Sova, what's going on?? Cypher reported seeing you fall then somehow to were swooped away-'' Brimstone's voice cut through Sova's comms, his gruff voice tinged with concern and panic, practically yelling in Sova's ear. ''Brimstone, I'm okay... And found the recruit.'' Sova replied in a steady voice, his tone less shaky than earlier now that his adrenaline rush was starting to wear off. This time you butt into the conversation, pulling down Sova so his earpiece was closer to you, speaking up so Brimstone could hear you. ''Don't worry cap', the damsel in distress is alright! Also I lost my earpiece, sorry!'' You said with a cheeky grin and a chuckle, effectively flustering Sova once more from the sudden yank and closeness on your end.

''Good- we were almost done on our part, stay where you are, both of you, we'll arrange to pick you up.'' Brimstone's voice cut through in the earpiece once more, to which Sova let out a small ''okay'' and nodded. You finally released the poor man from your grip, giving him a small pat on the shoulder as you finally let him breathe in peace without invading his personal space. Sova stood his full height, back straightened as he readjusted the strap to the operator sniper, still loosely hanging onto his shoulder. The weight of the gun was becoming uncomfortable, starting to consider putt6ing it down for a moment. You looked over his way, watching how he fidgeted the strap and seemed to look around- deciding to take the initiative to take the gun from him.

You grabbed the sniper's strap firmly, yanking it off him before sliding the gun over your own shoulder, letting its weigh rest onto your body without any complaints. ''You don't have to do that- it can stay on the ground, too.'' Sova said as he watched you yank the gun away, blinking in slight surprise at how you simply reacted without asking, taking his own weapon seemingly without a care that he may have not wanted that. ''Isn't this thing hella expensive? it ain't going on the floor, c'mon. that's dumb'' You simply responded with a shrug, unbothered by the extra weight. You stretched slightly, looking over his way and this time, you were the one to take in his appearance.

He was definitely tall, standing probably near 6 foot something, he had broad shoulders and a strong build. He had an intimidating air with his glowing bionic eye, the X scar over it and his rough looks adding to the intimidating factor. But his more polite tone, his slightly flushed cheeks and his consideration contrasted any intimidating factors he had at that moment. ''Plus, can't let the princess carry all the heavy gear-'' You teased him once again, your grin widening as you spoke, enjoying teasing him.

''I am no princess-'' He retorted, a small frown forming as he crossed his arms over his chest, looking down at you in slight annoyance and slight embarrassment. ''I am a hunter and one of the best agents in the protocol.'' He continued, his expression still serious and annoyed. ''Whatever you say, princess.'' You giggled out once again, seemingly not ready to stop throwing the quip his way.

''It's Sova, not 'princess'.'' Sova responded in a more firm tone, his frown deepening slightly as he straightened his position, a brow cocked. ''Well, Sova-'' You started to respond, your mischievous grin slowly morphing into a smirk as you continued to speak. ''For such an important and estimated agent... You sure seemed conformable with your face in my boobs earlier. Definitely not the best way to introduce yourself to the newbie-'' You said with a wide smirk, knowing the retort would land.

''That was- no-'' He started, his composure cracking slightly as his furrowed brows rose, the pink hue returning to his cheeks as suddenly his stance went to something a bit more defensive. ''It was an accident-! You caught me off guard and-...'' He was blubbering out words, trying to plead his case, realizing that his first impression could indeed be a bit compromising. Words were sputtered, trying to string together a proper sentence before you busted out laughing at his embarrassment.

''You are adorable-'' You finally said through your laughter at his embarrassment. ''And you-... You are a pain.'' He mumble out, followed up with a few Russian words you were unable to understand. ''My name is (Y-N), princess, not 'pain'. '' You giggled out once more, enjoying teasing the blonde man. He finally let out an exasperated sigh, looking like he had simply accepted defeat- you seemed ready to quip back no matter what. ''Chin up, princess, you look cuter when you aren't frowning-'' You continued, enjoying the blush forming on his cheeks once more.

Sova had a feeling he was going to end up being a victim to your teasing much more than he would imagine- You were definitely going to be an interesting addition to the team.
