After what felt like forever we were finally at the beach and walking to the water. We found a spot and put down a towel for me and tommy.  And we sat huddled next to one another and I couldn't help but notice tommy was dressed nicely not like usual and had what smelt like Wilbur's cologne on.

A- wow look at that sunset all the colors

T- Why would I look at that when can look at you

A- ok wow that was cheesy

I felt my face heat up and my heart start to race.

T- I mean it though

I looked up at tommy to see him staring back at me.

A- I could say the same to you

I looked back at the sunset and moved even closer to tommy. I no longer heard everyone talking behind us but didn't mind because they were quite loud but I did wonder where they went. 

T- Allie 

A- yeah

T- I..I do you wanna go on a walk?

A- Sure

So we got up and tommy took my hand and we walked down the beach together. We got to a bench and sat down I rested my head on tommy's shoulder.

T- Allie

A- yes toms

I looked up at him and saw he looked very nervous.

A- Why do you look so nervous toms?

I reached up to cup his face and he immediately went red.

T- I..I I like you Allie a lot and I know that you probably don't feel the same way but Wilbur and everyone thought I should tell you and so I am and I'm sorry if I made this awkward

A- toms toms stop. 

He looked down at me longingly and I muttered out the words I've wanted to tell him since the day I met him.

A- I like you too toms

T- Wait REALLy

A- yes really 

T- Omg I can't believe 

I cut him off taking his his face in my hands and kissing him on the cheek.

We got up walking back towards the group and sitting down.

N- soooo

T- what?

W- what happened idiot

Tommy looked at me and I nodded.

T- Well Allie and I we both like each other a lot

A- but were gonna take things slow

G- Ayyy the child got a girl

T- Oh shut up gogy

The sun had set and I was getting cold so I moved into tommy's lap hoping he would bring me some warmth. He wrapped his arms around me and set his head on top of mine. 

W- Watch your hands kid

Tommy immediately pulled his arms off me and basically threw me out of his lap.

A- OW wtf tommy

W- jeez i was kidding tommy you didn't have to throw her

T- oh uh sorry 

Tommy pulled me back and rested himself just as before trying to keep me as warm as he possibly could. I heard everyone talking and sometimes felt the vibration in tommy's chest as he added in on the conversation but wasn't paying much attention. When everyone was done talking tommy picked me up and carried me to the car as I was almost passed out on his shoulder. He climbed into the backseat but I stayed where I was holding onto him never wanting to let go.

I heard the car door open and felt tommy pick me up and carry me into the house. 

T- Where do you wanna sleep al

A- In my room pwease

T- ok love

He carried me up the stairs and softly set me in my bed. I got up and grabbed shorts off my bed then tommy's sweatshirt that I never gave back and went into the bathroom to change leaving tommy to change as well. When I took all my makeup off and changed I walked back out into my room seeing tommy sitting on my bed in sweatpants and another of his sweatshirts. 

T- You look so cute in my clothes

A- awww your so cute

I walked over to tommy and wrapped my arms around his neck kissing his forehead. 

T- It's really late love we should get to bed

A- aww toms did you just call me love

T- Well you call me toms so why not

A- You've got a point toms

I climbed into bed as did tommy and snuggled up next to him making sure I was as close to him as possible so I wouldn't lose him, and I went to sleep. 

(Tommy POV) 

I couldn't believe that Allie actually liked me and to be holding her right now knowing it made me feel the safest I've felt in a long time.

I never want to let this girl go.
