Veronica POV
"That was nice." I sighed resting my head on Archie's shoulder and stroking his palm I looked up at him, his gaze, his smile, his everything. He pulled me into another one of his passionate kisses. "Oh Reggie." I moaned. Oh shit. Archie pulled away and I wriggled out of his grip. "Reggie?! Seriously Veronica?" He said getting up and throwing his clothes on, "It was just a stupid mistake!" I said. "Yeah..it was stupid." He sighed buttoning up his shirt. "Archie don't go!" I said throwing on a shirt and running after him the lobby, "Why don't you call Reggie to keep you entertained?" Archie scoffed slamming the door after him. I sighed heavily rubbing my temples. What is wrong with you Veronica Cecilia Luna Lodge? I sighed and flopped back on my bed with a wave of guilt washing over me. I could smell Archie's soft cologne stuck on my pillow sheets. I felt tears sting my eyes but I fiercely wiped them away. Is my relationship with Archie over?

Cheryl POV
"TT can you check on the twins?" I yelled from the bottom of the stairs. "Antoinette isn't in the building you silly girl." Nana rose said, "Where is she then and you know she's not allowed to leave you and the twins alone." I folded my arms. It was difficult to look after Nana Rose and the twins at the same time and Toni is right I do need help. Now that JJ is at peace the chapel isn't out of bounds anymore. I should maybe call that Darius boy and give him another shot. "I'm back!" Toni said. "Where have you been?" I asked her. "To get the diapers for the twins." Toni replied heading into the kitchen and putting the groceries in the fridge, "TT could you maybe call Darius and ask him to help out, now that school is starting I'm worried about the twins and Nana but if I stay home it will affect my attendance." I explained. "Yeah, it's ok babe I understand." Toni smiled clasping my hand I squeezed it back smiling back at her. This is the happiest I think I've ever been.

Betty POV
I headed into Archie's office to start working on the case now that we've done some digging. I opened my notepad taking notes on some of the suspects background information and motives and all that fun stuff. Once I've got a whiff of a mystery I don't rest until it's solved so it took me a while to notice Archie was just staring into space but he doesn't usually do that unless something is wrong. I put my pen down sighing and reading back at my notes, I gave a quick glance at Archie noticing he's been sitting there for the past 10 minutes, "What's wrong?" I sighed closing my notepad. He quickly turned his head, "Nothing why?" He said but he was lying. I knew he was lying because he speaks really fast as if he wants to get it over and done with, "Archie I've known you for a decade and a bit I think I know when something is up with you." I said. "It's about Ronnie." He sighed. "I'm listening?" I folded my arms. "Well when we were..you know she said the wrong name." Archie blushed a little. "Who did she say?" I asked. "Reggie." He mumbled. "Oh Archie." I spluttered. "It's not funny!" He snapped, "No it just reminds me of when Ross said Rachel's name on the altar instead of Emily when he was getting married." I laughed, "When who said who's name on what when what?" Archie asked cluelessly. "Have you never seen friends?" I gasped, he shook his head. "Oh Archie you disappoint me." I said my head in my hands, "Don't blame me!" He laughed. At least he cheered up a bit. "Are you free tonight?" I asked him having an idea. "Yeah." He smiled. "Sleepover at mine?" I asked him. He nodded. "Great!" I exclaimed getting back to work. I haven't had a sleepover with Archie in years. I hope I make this one count. "Archie I just remembered I have to take Jellybean to buy some school supplies so I'll see you at 8?" I asked him. "See you at 8." He smiled. I ran home forgetting I live with 5 people. I needed to get all of them out the house. I started off with the hardest. FP. "Mr Jones. Are you working late tonight?" I asked him. "Yeah I told you I'm working on Jughead's case." He said pouring himself some whiskey,
"Oh ok overnight?" I said. He shrugged, "Depends what we find." He answered looking over at Charles. "Why you asking?" He continued narrowing his eyes, "Oh it's just I have this big assignment due on the first day back and I want to make sure everyone is out the way because I don't want to make a mess of things." I lied but he seemed to buy it as he said: "Sure I'll keep out your hair." I smiled gratefully. One down 4 to go! "Jellybean are you gonna be home tonight?" I ran up the stairs, "Of course I am." She said, "Isn't your mom visiting today?" I asked her, "No that's tomorrow." She replied heading up to my room, "Oh." I sighed disappointed. "Elizabeth!" Mom came down the stairs with a basket of laundry, "What?" I sighed, "I have a book club tonight and I probably won't be home until tomorrow can you look after Jellybean?" She asked, my eyes shimmered as I had a plan, "Mom I have this assignment due on the first day back and it's really big and it's going to take sometime so how am I supposed to look after JB?" I said, "She can help us work on the case," Charles intruded coming out of Polly's room, "I don't think that's a good idea." FP called from the bottom of the stairs, "Oh but dad!" Jellybean sighed, "Come on FP I'll take good care of her." Charles said. "Where is she going to sleep hm?" FP questioned still yelling from downstairs. "I have a couch in the office remember and I'll get her a blanket, she'll survive!" Charles said. "JB put some overnight clothes in your backpack we are leaving now ." FP sighed coming up the stairs. "Yes!" She exclaimed. "Betty are you sure you are going to be fine here on your own?" Mom asked. I nodded. "Great well I'm off now don't want to be late." Mom kissed my cheek. "We are off too!" FP ruffled my hair and JB hugged me a little too tightly, Charles just smiled at me and finally everyone was out the house. Now just need to wait until 8!

Archie POV
I covered the murder board as I was off. "Mad Dog are you sure you'll be alright with the kids?" I asked coming into the boxing ring. "And where are you going?" Eddie asked me, "None of your business." I smiled at the thought of where I was going. "He has some sleep over with blondie." Henry announced, I blushed a fierce colour of red, "Archie and Betty sitting in a tree k-." Veronica walked in at that exact moment, I didn't even want to look at her at the moment. I went back into the office her quick paced heels chasing after me, "You have some guts showing your face here." I said not even having to turn around. "Listen I'm sorry but I wanted to let you know that..I didn't cheat on you." She said. "You didn't cheat on me? So why would you say Reggie's name?" I asked, she shrugged, "Ever since Reggie and I called it quits I haven't even touched him." She said. She wasn't lying but it still didn't make it ok. "Do you have feelings for him?" I folded my arms to look at her, "No I...I don't know!" She stammered. "Well until you figure it out we are done." I said walking out, "Do you have feelings for Betty?" She asked, I stopped dead in my tracks. "No I don't even have a relationship history with her." I turned to look at her. "But you did kiss her." Veronica folded her arms. "She kissed me!" I said
"But you didn't pull away and you kissed back."
"You weren't there. You don't know how it happened and besides we were broken up so it doesn't matter!" I snapped. It did matter. It mattered for the longest time. I scoffed at her before leaving. This sleepover better lift my spirits.
