I was released from the hospital a few days after the incident. Since then I couldn't sleep. I was restless but looked so damn tired. I walked into Soda and Pony's room to see him asleep with Jenna. Sam was out right now and I was too scared to tell Darry. Pony was just on the couch. I was gonna tell him next.

"Jenna, Soda" I whispered and he opened his eyes.

"What Win?" he asked and I started crying.

He got up and hugged me.

"Aw what is it Winter?" he asked trying his best to comfort me.

"I have to leave again Soda" I whispered and he pulled away.

"W-what"

"I have to leave. Don't tell Darry though. Not until I'm fully gone"

"Winter, why?!" he asked and hugged me tightly.

"Pepsi-cola, I really have to go" I whispered and he shook his head.

"We lost mom and dad and we aren't about to lose you too!" he basically yelled.

"Soda! Shhh" I whisper yelled and he shook his head.

"Why? Did we not make you happy?! God damn it! I'm such an idiot! I should've been there for you! You're my fucking sister! God, I'm an idiot!" he started yelling at himself and I couldn't take it.

"Soda! I'm pregnant!" I said loudly and looked out. Good. No one was up.

"What?"

"I'm pregnant Soda"

"Dally's?"

"Yes. He hates kids plus I got a target on my back. I need to leave for a while. I'm going to LA. Don't tell anyone. Please. Tell Pony I love him. Don't tell Dallas either"

"Who can know?"

"Only you, Sam, and Jenna"

"Why?"

"Please Soda. I'm begging you" I pleaded and he nodded.

"Fine Winter. I'll miss you" he said sadly kissing my head.

"I'll see you later little brother" I smiled lightly and walked out and into my room packing my bags.

I was about to leave when I saw Darry standing by my door...shit.

"Where do you think you're going?" he asked and I shook my head and hugged him.

"I have to go Dar-bear"

"Why? Why are you leaving us again? We just got you back" he said blocking my way and I shook my head.

"You don't understand"

"Tell me then so I can understand. I'm supposed to take care of you. You're my little sister and I messed up once and I'm not about to do that again"

"I'm pregnant Darrel...I have to leave. I have a target on my back. Plus Dallas doesn't like kids. He's gonna leave anyway" I shrugged and he took a deep breath. It scared me.

"Darry?"

He was silent.

"Are you mad?"

"No" was all he said and I looked down.

"Where will you be going?"

"LA probably"

He nodded slowly.

"Be careful. I'll tell Pony, Soda, and Dallas when they wake up" he said and I panicked.

"No! No no no no no no no!" I panicked crying and he hugged me.

"Shhh Win. I won't tell them okay" he said quickly and I nodded wiping my tears.

"Soda knows and he's gonna tell Jenna and Sam but please don't tell anyone. I'll maybe send a letter but Dallas shall never know. Okay?"

He nodded kissing my head.

"Be safe Win" he said and I nodded.

He let me go and I walked away out of the house and to my car. I took off leaving them. Leaving Tulsa, leaving my family, my friends, leaving Dallas...

Well damn...this didn't make me any happier...now I wanna cry. Also, that quote is so true. Welp Stay Gold!
