You woke up the next morning to Ellis yelling something unintelligible. You groaned, shuffling closer to the ratted cushions, head hitting someone's shoulder. You quickly jerked yourself up, hoping that whoever it was still happened to be asleep.

Luckily, Charlie was a heavy sleeper.

You groaned again, quieter now that you saw Ranboo's sleeping form stretched over the couch. You smiled at Charlie, who was subconsciously petting Buns in his sleep. The small feline seemed ever so slightly uncomfortable, but also seemed to love all the attention he was getting.

Again, Ellis yelled. It was impossible for you to make out what she said -- if she said anything at all -- so you decided to go look for her. You walked up and down the aisles, specifically the fishing section. (She used to sit there everyday, just staring. You presumed she was thinking about her father.) You didn't find her anywhere.

Suddenly, Toby's voice joined the yelling. "ELLIS!" He seemed to be nearby, but you couldn't tell which way his voice was coming from. Tommy ran toward you, fear flashing in his eyes.

"Y/N, where is Toby?" He asked, quieter than you would have expected from him. You shrugged and raised a brow.

"Where's Ellis?" You asked, seeing that he did the same. You decided that it was time to get up to find them. You glanced behind where Tommy had come from with a curious expression. He followed your eyes and shook his head.

"I checked that way. They weren't there." He coughed and rubbed his neck, looking behind you as well. You eyed him skeptically, but took his word. You spun on your heel and jogged toward the plant section, the delicious scent immediately overwhelmed you. It was surprising that these plants were still alive, in all honesty you had.

"Woah, I never knew that Wal-Marts had this sort of section!" He gaped in awe at the surrounding room, staring at all of the lilies and daisies... daffodils and roses... it was gorgeous, you had to admit.

"Yup! Really pretty, isn't it?" You responded quietly, closing your eyes to keep this moment forever.

"Hey, Y/N?" Tommy asked quietly. You hummed in response. "Are you single?-"

"WHAT?-"

"NOT FOR ME!" He immediately shouted, shaking his hands vigorously. "YOU'RE OLD, AND I'M NOT-"

"WOW, TOMMY-"

"NOT IN THAT WAY! I MEANT-" He cleared his throat, rolling his eyes. "I said you're old because I'm not hitting on you." You nodded slowly, understanding flooding through you. "And- I asked if you were single because... I think Charlie likes you, Y/N."

You blinked a couple of times in confusion and slight disbelief. "Of course he likes me, Tommy, we're friends!" You grin, tilting your head slightly to the right. He deadpanned and sighed.

"Y/N, I think Charlie has a crush on you." He stated, blunt as ever. For a moment, you could have confused him with Ranboo.

You didn't respond, instead you stared at the high ceilings. Tommy shuffled behind you, probably uncomfortable at your lack of response. You chuckled quietly and locked eyes with him. "Tommy, that's a really interesting concept, yanno?"

He gave a confused look, blinking furiously at you. "What do you mean?"

You smiled and looked away, spotting Toby and Ellis across the room talking intently to each other. There was a particular light in their eyes that just made you smile. "Personally, I don't fall in love too quickly," you admitted.

Tommy let out a sad huff of air at your response. "Okay..." He sighed, about to turn away from you.

"But, Charlie is kinda cute." Instantly, you were greeted with Tommy shouting something at you, but you ignored him, questioning yourself for why you had even opened your mouth.
