I've been trying my best to win this bet. Yes. My brother and I made a bet. Na kung sino man ang mananalo sa aming dalawa get a chance to have something from the both of us. And I want his Chloe. His fucking big bike. Tsk. Such a pussy. Who the fuck in a normal state of their mind to name thier bike like that?

Even though I know the truth that Sai will not be taking it seriously, I know that I don't have a chance to take him down even for a little. That's life though. But I'm really trying my best to beat his ass.

"What now?" Mae said impatiently. Tsk. This girl is really annoying. Can't she just sit and watch without bubbling nonsense words? "Oh God! Just finish already I'm getting hungry." She added sarcastically. I just know now that she's rolling her eyes and raising her brow.

I raised my right hand giving a sign to my twin to give me a second or two as I put my left hand on my knee by bending forward my upper body as I pant heavily. God…. I'm tired and feeling exhausted already. When I can feel my breathing become even I straightened up my body then face Mae behind me.

"Why don't you take my place if you……"

"Fine with me." Mae said whole-heartedly and made her way inside the ring. A devilish grin form on my lips then I made eye contact with my brother which he immediately understood what I'm going to say because he just nodded at me.

I cleared the lump of excitement on my throat if that's even possible   as my grin became wider that Mae didn't notice at all.

"Well…. As I was saying. You can take my place while ...."

"Zian take mine." My twin brother finished my words for me shrugging his shoulder as if that's the normal thing to do.

"Wha____ What?!"  Zian said bewildered.

"What? Afraid that some woman beat your ass out?" The confidence of Mae voice reflects on her eyes as she flip her fingers in a sassy way. This woman can be a devil sometimes. One of her personality that I like the most.

I didn't know how long I'd been staring at her when my twin nudged me on my side and whispered something in my ear. "You're becoming too obvious." Shock was understatement on my face. My eyes widen and I drop my jaw on the floor. What the hell is he talking about? I open and close my mouth to complain but before I compose a word on my head someone interrupted me. And that someone was no other than Hanz.

"Alex says library."  Hanz stated. 

I hear Zian take a deep sigh as if telling that he's grateful that Hanz came crashing at the right time at the right moment that saved his life for a lifetime when the truth was he's just relieved because he doesn't want to fight with Mae. Mae was the first who dragged her ass off away from us and Zian tailing her behind. Now it's only the three of us. Sai was about to make his way out on the ring when I grabbed his wrist to make him stop.

"What did you mean by that?" I asked flatly. His brow knitted and giving me the 'are-you-stupid' look. I raised my brow at him as I let go of his wrist. He ran a fingers on his messy hair a few times. I waited for him to answer me. But Hanz was the one who answered my question. 

"Sometimes you just need to accept the fact that you're too oblivious to your own feelings because even a blind person can tell that…" Then he paused shuffling his feet uncomfortably. He looks debating if he's going to say the next word. He puffed a breath by his mouth as he scratched the back of his neck.  "....you like her. You just don't want to admit it." He finished. Motioning his hand in front of him. 

Confusion all over my face. I know. I know. I'm making the situation complicated. Can you blame me? Shit. I don't look at her that way.

"What the fuck is wrong with you? Where did you even get that idea? I don't fucking like her…. I… I… Fuck!" I groan. Shit. Shit. Shit. "You know what? Just… Just… fuck it." Why can't I get my shit together?

I know. I know. I'm making myself a fool by mumbling and stuttering at the same time. Shit. They see it in the wrong way. Oh my God. I needed to tell this to Mae.

Then what? You're just giving them reason to….

Fuck it. I'm not. I immediately shut my brain from having those thoughts. When the words of Hanz finally registered on my brain I burst into laughter. Shaking my head and leaving the two behind me dumbfounded. 

I take a quick shower to wash the sweat from my body. I preferred to wear a navy blue cargo short and a plain white polo T-shirt. Spraying the perfume that Alex gave me last month on my naked torso before grabbing the clothes on my bed. Wearing my socks and stepping in on my blue PRL Hanford Canvas trainer shoes and I'm pretty good to go down at the library. Making my way downstairs I brush my hair with my fingers then make it messy again. Who cares how my hair looks anyway.

When I step inside the library all eyes on me. Well, I didn't expect that.

"What?" I asked dumbfounded.

Everyone seems to stop their conversations and no one wants to break the silence which only lasted for a minute or two? I don't know because I'm not really counting it. Until someone clears their throat behind me. I made a look over my shoulder and the blank expression of Alex greeted me that made me raise my brow in astonishment.

"Are you going to move or I'll be the one to do that for you?" The coldness on her voice made my body shiver in no time. And before I knew it she had already passed me.

Akala ko ba Library? That's the first question running in my brain. Kase ang nakikita ko ngaun ibang iba sa kung anong inaasahan ko.

There's this big U table and twenty swivel chairs around it. Like the one in a conference room from a company. I don't get it. Maliban sa tatlong bookshelves from the both corner of the room wala ng ibang bookshelves. Hindi ba dapat pag Library maraming libro?

"The same as I thought." Shit. Nasabi ko ba yun ng malakas?

Some unfamiliar voice said on my side that was when I realized that were not the only one in the room. Beside me. Zian. My twin. Hanz who's hugging a two laptop over his chest. Patricia and her brother. Drew and Red. Jhaysen and Alex. There were four people with us which I didn't know who they are. 

The silence in the room became awkward. I roam my eyes to everyone who seems to notice the situation where we are. But what made me raise my brow in confusion was the look from one of them. She's giving a death glare to Drew. She also seems annoyed while the guy beside her seems bored. Until Patricia breaks the silence.

She cleared her throat before speaking. "Looks like this is really important if you are calling for all of us. But which I don't understand was why the fuck they are here?" Moving her hands in the air then pointing her fingers on the four.

"Do you know them?" I couldn't stop asking. But she didn't answer me she just glared at me. Because the truth was I also want to know why they are here, considering the fact that I didn't know them and I'm beginning to feel irritated on one of them. He has this smug grin on his face. And I want to erase that with my fist. I don't like him. He's giving me bad vibes, you know. Tsk.

Alex didn't answer her. She pressed a button on her side. The painting in the middle of the wall start moving inside then theres a fucking flat screen TV who replaced the painting in its place. Fuck. Great. Just great. Now I'm really lost. 

Okay?

So?

What now?

"Simple." Alex started. Then press again a button. The bookshelves on the left corner move but I didn't bother to take a look at kung ano man ang nasa loob nun. Alex motioned us to sit which I gladly did without bothering who will come to sit beside me.

"Where's Mae?" I confusely asked.

"Missing her already?" My twin teased me while wiggling his brow. Tsk. What an idiot.

"Am I late?"

"Fina-fucking-lly!" I whispered under my breath when Mae came inside with a smoothie and a clubhouse sandwich in her hand while making her way beside me. "Want some?" She asked, handing her smoothie in front of me but I shook my head no as a response to her. She shrugged her shoulders then take a sit beside me being oblivious on how the fucking annoying guy infront of us checking her out. Nasabi ko na ba na gusto ko siyang itapon sa Antarctic Ocean para maging yelo ng hindi na makabalik dito. Too fucking annoying. Ang tanong nagiging yelo ba yun? My conscience asked. The fuck I care. My brain retorted. Tsk.

I lean closer to Mae then whispered in her ear that she gladly leaned closer over me. "12:00 o'clock. I want to kill him. Too fucking annoying." Dahan dahan niyang inangat ang ulo niya while biting the straw on the glass of her smoothie.

"Oh my God!" She whispered while her eyes widened. "" Are you fucking kidding me? Oh my fucking… Kevin?" She said cheerfully then made her way to the fucking annoying creature.

Shit. She whole-heartedly threw herself on him. The fuck was that?

" Took you long enough to notice me? " The annoying creature said it while smiling. "Ohh God. Kevin. Ikaw nga. How are you? What the fuck are you doing here? Sinong kasama mo? Kailan ka pa nandito? Akala ko ba nasa Cali ka?" Sunod sunod na tanong niya. He just laughed and hugged Mae on her waist.

They all gasped. While I balled my fist in anger and annoyance.

But what caught my attention was the guy beside him with wide eyes and open mouth he looked lost?

He's the guy on my side a while ago, right?

"Kevin?" He said, but Kevin just hummed on him without taking his eyes off at Mae who's still on his arm. "You do realize that you just laughed for more than a minute right?" He asked unsure.

Kevin scratches the back of his neck then tilted his head on his side. He knitted his brow as if thinking for something then sighed heavily. "Am I?" He whispered or should I say asked his own self. The guy on his side nodded yes his head as an answer. But then again Kevin just shrugged his shoulders.

What's wrong with him? 

"As much as I'm enjoying this view in front of me. Maybe you should take your seat Mae? Before someone here will go ...." Before Hanz finished his words I nudged him on his side to make him stop.

He raised his brow then smirked at me but I just shrugged my shoulders on him as I rested my back on my swival chair.

"Sorry!" Mae said sheepishly then whispered something on the fucking annoying creature in front of him. The fuck was that? Ilang beses mo na bang naitanong yan? My conscience asked but I snapped it out to get rid of it.

"Hanz?" Alex called Hanz then nodded her head.

Everytime we have a conversation like this, if not my twin brother Sai, Hanz will do the talking. Because they are always the one doing the report. The two are like an encyclopedia. They seem to know everything. Hanz and Sai do the hacking. While Mae and Zian clean the mess. But their weapons were made by Patricia and I. Patricia can also do the hacking but she loves to stick her ass on creating a weapon, defusing a bomb, she's the one who makes the silicone mask of Alex.

I, on the other hand, are the master of making tricks. Paano ko ba ipapaliwanag ng mabuti? Ah basta yun na yun.

At kung tatanungin niyo naman si Alex? Compared to the six of us Alex can do everything. Yung tipong ang kaya naming gawin mas ginagawa niya ng maayos. Siya ang nagpaplano. Siya ang ulo kumbaga at kami ang galamay niya.

Sniper." Hanz started while the flat screen TV in front of us started showing her pictures. The woman who's giving a death glare to Drew nodded her head in response. 

Why is woman so difficult to read?

Her hair is black, long and wavy but in the picture her hair was brown and short. Her eyes are gray but in the picture her eyes were black. She has a thin pointed nose which perfectly feat on her face and a small lips which makes her cute.

Assassin and hacker." Hanz motion to the guy beside me a while ago. He wave his hand then say "Hi!"

Spell awkward?

His messy hair is brown but in the picture they are blue. His eyes are green but in the picture they are also blue. His nose was small and his pink lips seemed to form a smile every time. He's cuter in person than the picture. He's like a nerd but cute.

Hhmm… He has this hair style that makes him like a jerk. How should I describe it? His black spiky hair was really messed up by brushing it by his fingers every now and then that exactly the same in the picture. His eyes were winter gray, exactly like in the picture. He has earings on his right ear. He also has a pointed nose and round lips that make him Hot…. 

Okay. Okay. This is just too much Seed. The other part of me said.

"And last but not the least. Meet Kevin Lou Ferriera Valdez.

Bomb expert" Hanz stated. Now I know why I hated him without any reason. 

Wait___did he just say Ferriera?

"Ferriera?" I asked Hanz while giving the annoying creature in front of me a disapproving look.

"Do you have a problem with that?"

"Tsk."

"Do I need to carry on?" Hanz asked Alex. Alex shakes her head no so Hanz made his way beside me.

Alex pushed her chair to roll over in the middle then she faced the TV Screen. She reached out her hand in front of Hanz and Hanz hand over the remote to her. Katamaran nga naman niyang tumayo ohh.

Mga babae nga naman talaga hindi maintindihan palaging may period. 

"I hear that." Alex glared at me. Ohh.. Did I say that out loud? "Yes. One more word and I will kick your ass out." I raised my two hands in defeat then sealed the invisible zipper on my mouth to shut it. Tsk.

Nice one Seed.

"Gaya nga ng sabi ni Hanz kanina." nag tagalog siya? Oh c'mon this is not good.

Alex cleared her throat and spun around her chair. "Guys this is  Sharmain. Ethan. Clyde and Kevin along with Drew. Red and Jhaysen are part of Marthiani Mafia…." 

"They are what?!" Patricia asked. Or should I say yelled as she slam her palm on top of the table.

"I don't need to repeat myself Patricia." 

"Don't give me that look Alex."

"What look?"

"That fucking look of…" And before Patricia can finish her words Alex threw a knife in her way. The knife gracefully landed on the table in front of her.

"Shit!"

"Fuck!"

"ALEX!"

Where the fuck did that came from? 

Yan lang naman ang maririnig mo sa bawat isa sa amin pagkatapos ihagis ni Alex ang kutsilyo kay Patricia. 

Wrong move Patricia.

Shock where understatement in the face of Patricia because even I myself can't believe that Alex will do that move.

Patricia landed on her chair in no time with her body shaking and her breath uneven. It seems that Patricia will be going to cry but Sai rush on her side to calm her down.

"Ellie!" JD called her.

"You could've killed her Alex." Sai said in a harsh tone. He's trying to calm Patricia down. In what way? I don't fucking care.

"That's the only way to shut her mouth." Alex said innocently while shrugging her shoulders. "Besides she's still breathing."

"Alex!" Kevin called her in a stern voice while pinching the bridge of his nose.

"I'm not going to say sorry" Alex plainly said then made her way in front of Patricia. She bent over her body then kissed Patricia on the cheeks as she pulled the knife from the table then handed it to JD.

Alam niyo na kung bakit ang hirap intindihin ang mga babae? Mood swing pre. Ang hirap nilang basahin.
