(Cappy's pov)

Cappy Jade, as told before, is 18, a slender, beautiful woman with emerald-green eyes and tan skin. She is currently putting on make up, enough to make her look good but not too much to give Rodney the impression she's trying too hard. Her long sleeve shirt was covered with a snake like design, the colors were tan, brown, and black. She is wearing black skinny jeans which outlined her legs. They looked as if they were made of spandex. At the bottom, her black 3 inch high heels glistened from the shining she gave them. Giving her an extra 3 inches to her 5'7 frame. Her dark hair was curled, which now fell to her shoulders. Her finishing touch was her red lipstick. She looked at her reflection in the mirror.

(Cappy Pov)
Wow, I don't look half bad. It's only 6:30 but knowing Loretta, she'll want to leave early. My door opened to reveal a red head who appeared to have swollen lips, speaking of the devil. "So who is it this time, Loretta? The jock, or the hot drama nerd?" Loretta rolled her eyes and said sarcastically, "Very funny Cappy."

Loretta Geargrinder, God where do I begin with her? I could go on and on about her, but I'll sum it up in a few sentences. Despite being young, 18 as the matter of fact, she's known every where in our city, county and possibly state all because of a commercial she did when she was 15 in our city. In my opinion the main lead did better but the Internet disagreed. I'm still surprised she didn't accept a modeling career that was offered to her, but she decided to stay and get an degree in design marketing. Being an average height 5'6, attractive red head and queen bee, what else could a guy want?

"Well well, Cappy, I'm impress, you actually look good and you didn't ask for my help." "I don't want to over do it, that's why I didn't ask, besides I thought you were going to be busy dressing yourself." Loretta went to her closet, looking at dresses. "Ah there it is." She then entered the bathroom, "So Cappy, what made this Roderick guy so different from others that you made a date with him?" Although I didn't need to, I kept checking my self in the mirror, thinking that I messed up my make up. "First off, his name's Rodney. Second, first impressions mean everything, and he certainly made one on me. And third of all, it's not a date, we just meant. This is just a formal meeting." "Does a formal meeting include 3 inch high heels and tight black skinny jeans?"

Loretta came out of the bathroom, she straightened her red dress, it was strapless and showed a lot of her chest area. It stopped mid thigh, she wore black high heels. Her hair was down, not bothering to comb it. "Ok Loretta I'm gonna say something that you're probably not gonna like but it needs to be said." I closed my eyes, took in a deep breath, and re-opened them. "You look like a prostitute." God in any way you say it, it sounds awful. I expected her to get angry, but she smirked at me. "Well this may angry you, but I was kind of going for that. I want the attention of a few guys tonight. I saw this very hot guy with blue hair. Now before you get angry it wasn't Roderick, my guy had a beard. His other friends were just as hot. Especially the dyed red head boy." My mouth and eyes were wide opened, I couldn't believe this woman. "Ok you're ready and I am too, so let's go. I don't want to keep them waiting." She pulled me away from the mirror, "You're fine Cappy, now let's go have some fun.

Are parties usually this loud? Oh what this is a college party, what was I thinking. It's only 7:10 and more than 30 people have entered this sorority house, and none of them was Rodney. What if he doesn't come? What if something else came up? What if he's meeting someone else? Alright now I'm just going crazy. I need to calm down. He said he'll come, so he will. All I need to do is relax and be patient. I felt a soft touch on my shoulder, I turned around fast expecting Rodney. But to my disappointment, it wasn't him. I gasped slightly as I saw who it was. It was someone I knew from a long time ago.

Oh my, the last time I saw him, I was taller than him. Now he's 5'9! He didn't have a beard that's for sure. My lips formed into a big grin. He smiled, I forgot that charming smile of his. Diseal Grotle, he and I go back since middle school. I found him sitting alone in the cafeteria in the sixth grade. When I came up to him and sat down with him, I found that he was mute. But that made me want to help him. I learned sign language so we could talk. It turns out that he's a great guy, we would play video games or just talk. We were both sad that he was going to move to another town after eighth grade graduation, but we still would talk. The last time we spoke together was three months ago, he didn't know if he got accepted yet, but it's obvious now that he did. Apparently there was another guy next to him, and I recognized him as well.

I remembered Diseal mentioning him but the other man and I hardly talk. I was just glad Diseal had another person watching his back. Lug Morris, now this guy is intimidating believe me. He's like a bear, they both are tall (he's 6'2 to be exact), they both are tough and they're so soft. Literally, it may not seem like it but Lug is a soft guy.

"Diseal says it great to see you again Cappy. And I also missed you too. Hey what are you looking at? Are you looking for someone?" Lug said, "Diseal I'm glad to see you as well, and I am actually. If you see a guy with bright baby blue hair, point me in his direction. We are supposed to meet up here but I haven't seen him yet." Lug pointed straight ahead and I followed his direction. "I think he's your boy, by the door. Hey Diseal look at that, it's Rodney." I saw Rodney and my heart rate became faster. He wore a blue button up shirt with a red tie. His dashing bright baby blue hair was comb. His black pants were ironed, his shoes were polished. Rodney saw me and came to where I am, I could feel my face getting warm on sight. I'm so glad it's dark, if not he would see my red face. "Rodney, for a second I thought you were lost." He chuckled, "No, there were just a lot of people in my way. Would you like something to drink?" "Yes but I prefer if we go outside, I can't hear myself think." Rodney gestured to the door, "Lead the way."

I couldn't help but laugh, his story was too funny. "You're kidding me, that's not true." "If you don't belive me, just go to my high school. They'll tell you about my unforgettable senior prank." I kept laughing on, I felt such at ease with him. I haven't felt like this in a long time. After we left the sorority house, we took a walk, eventually we ended up in front of the library. We just sat on the bench, talking about our lives. I found out he's from small town called Rivet Town, he's 18 and we both have high expectations of ourselves. I told him I was from here, Robot City, I'm also 18 and I look forward to this new year at RCU. "So Cappy, what-" a loud bang was heard, we stood up and saw that it was coming from the sorority house. "I can't stand those guys, they have no thought for others." I wasn't ashamed of what I said, it was the truth. "I know what you mean." A grin formed to his lips, with his eyes glowing mischievously. He turned to me, "I think it's time to teach them some manners, would you like to help me Cappy?" I couldn't help but flirt back, "I got something in mind, but it may not be as fun as yours. What do you need for your plan?" "A flashlight, one screw driver, and a partner in crime." My eyes beamed brightly, "I know where to get the other two items. Follow me."

I led Rodney to the nearest security post, at the post, there was a box containing many items including a flashlight and a screw driver. As ninjas, we quietly and swiftly snuck behind the sorority house. He went to the electrical box, opening it to discover many buttons and controls. At the bottom right of the box, there was another small box, "Screwdriver please." I handed it to him, he began to unscrew it. Once he opened it, he turned on the flashlight. "You know, you still have yet to tell me what you are doing." "My father taught me the basic controls of an electrical power box." His hand hovered over an certain control, it was red and bigger than the rest. "Once I push this button, the electricity should turn off. No power will come into the house for at least thirty minutes." Rodney moved his head towards me, "Shall I?" I shook my head yes and he pushed the button. Nonthing happened, the electricity was still on and they were still partying like animals. Rodney now stood up, "Huh. Nonthing happened, maybe I"- the hearing of people groaning and screaming interrupted him. The power was officially off, it was completely dark, the only power we saw was two houses down. I started to laugh, "Oh my gosh, you actually did it! Oh I would just love to see the look on their faces!"

Ironically we did, and I no longer wanted to see the look on their faces. One of the "aphla leaders" caught sight of us, the look on his face made me squirm internally. He was so angry, unfortunately his buddies were also with him, having the exact same look on their face. Before I had the chance to tell Rodney to run, he grabbed my hand and pulled me with him. The group of guys ran toward us. We passed anything that got in our way. Trash cans, people, at one point there was a car, I jumped over it and Rodney slid across it. We had no idea where we were going, but we still were ahead of them. They were now far behind us, we were now near a dark secluded part of the campus, it happened to be near the library. I pulled the two of us into a narrow, dark gap between two buildings. We hid til the group of guys had passed us. Once they were out of our sight, we started to laugh. I let out an yawn, Rodney looked at his watch. "Oh wow it's 10:30 already, the time went by really fast. Do you want me to walk you back to your dorm?" My first immediate thought was no, look as much as you would like to, you can't. Tomorrow you gotta get up early, see where your classes are at, plus who's gonna help Loretta with her hangover tomorrow? Damn you Loretta Geargrinder for your drinking problems! "Sure."

My dorm wasn't too far from his, Rodney's was on the other side of the building where the boys stayed at. My room number was 120, his was 150. We stopped in front of my door, "I had a great time Rodney." "As I did too, when can I see you again Cappy?" I let out an disappointed sign, "Tomorrow morning I'm gonna be a little busy." I saw a bulletin board and grabbed the paper from it and a pen from a nearby desk. I scribbled down my number, "But here's my number, hopefully we can meet up or just talk. We could prank those party jerks again. Or maybe we could go out for a drive." He looked down at the paper with the number I gave him, looking surprised. "With you?" "That was the idea." A slight blush came to his face and he sheepishly gave me a smile. "I'll call you." He turned to leave, but he didn't. He instead came forward and hovered over me. He leaned over me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I couldn't help but blush. His lips' are so soft and inviting. I had to resist the urge to pull him closer, wrap my arms around him and force his lips onto mine. I blushed even more at that thought. Rodney pulled away, "I'll see you later Cappy." Rodney walked outside and was now out of my sight. I opened the door to my room and went straight to my dresser. Once after I put on my pink pajama shorts and white tank top, I fell on to my bed. I looked at the ceiling, Rodney Copperbottom, I had the time of my life. No I never felt this way before, yes I swear it's the truth, and I owe it all to you. I pulled the covers closer to me, set the alarm clock and closed my eyes. I was asleep in seconds, the whole night, my smile never left my face.
