Eilir's little legs ran as fast as they could. His wings laid limp on his back as he tried to sprint as fast as he could. His wings were drenched in cold water, leaving him unable to fly. Wasabi was tucked away in his tiny fuzzy hands, even his fuzzy body was shivering from the cold. Little scales were left behind him, leaving a trail for his captors to see. The usual black dead stare in his eyes, was replaced with a wide-eyed horrified look.

His heart pounded in his chest as his breathing became more and more rapid with each step. He wasn't used to running! He was a bug! He should be flying! Hell! He can't even walk up stairs let alone a hallway! Kota was somewhere away from Eilir. The two had been seperated to keep Kota from aiding in Eilir's escape. Leaving poor Eilir without any help at his disposal.

An open door in front of him fueled him with hope. He could nearly smile if he knew how to properly. Gasping for oxygen, he sprints as full force towards the doorway. His fear was beginning to melt away as he almost cried from relief. He could feel the weight lifting from his shoulders as he sprinited even faster.

One foot flew past the door frame, and then another. His hands carefully hold Wasabi securely to his chest. Eilir is about to take off down the stairs and into the woods before suddenly, all hope was lost.

A terrified squeak leaves his lips as a pair of large arms grab him. Eilir feels his heart jump from his chest as his breathing hitches. His body is being dragged backwards. No matter how much he tries to resist. They were just too strong. The boy collapses on the ground in defeat. Allowing himself to be dragged away shamefully. Wasabi still tucked away in his hands, just watching with defeat as the two were dragged back into the hot flames of hell.

"See! That didn't take too long!" Mina's voice came out a little too positive for Eilir's liking as she stood up and admired her work. But she was wrong. It took her nearly 9 hours. 9 hours of pure torture. At least, thats what Eilir would describe it as. It has come to Mina's attention that Eilir's locs weren't doing the best.

Butterfly locs do not take that long to freshen up, or at least they shouldn't. But you see, Eilir is a difficult child. Unlike before when he'd just sit there and allow Mina and Koda work on his hair. Eilir has learned not to trust Mina when she says "it won't take long." Even if it was just a detox, he still didn't believe her. Every minute seemed like it was an eternity.

And worst of all. He wasn't given snacks. At all. The entire time. He is offered one meal. But nothing else. If he is allowed to snack, he'll fly away and won't come back. His greediness of hoarding food makes it so no one can be around him when he snacks.

But he doubted Mina's abilities.

One water hose was all it took to keep him from flying away. Sure she had to figure out how to hook it up to the kitchen sink so it'll come out of UA's water bill. And sure she used her acid to melt the one outside the building since it wouldn't be long enough unless it was connected inside. And sure she used those "cause your dad never taught you" videos from tiktok. But she figured it out.... eventually...

And how did she get rid of Kota you might ask?

She told Midoriya the boy wanted to watch the new All Might movie with him. Poor Midoriya was so excited, he couldn't even see the tears or vein popping out of Kota's head as he dragged him away with his quirk. Poor Kota.

And with Iida's help, catching Eilir was a breeze as she got all the necassary materials ready. All she had to do was sit there with the hose on stand-by. While maybe chugging energy drinks to keep herself awake throughout the whole process.

But the real MVP here, Denki for recording the whole thing while Sero forgot about using his tape to help.

Eilir laid flat on his face as he used his arms to drag him away from the bathroom. His scalp felt sore. His wings were limp. His ego, completely shattered. He didn't even shut his eyes. They remained open the entire time he dragged himself across the gross highschool dorm hallway. Wasabi let out a small croak, as if to reassure the poor child while she sat on his back. Mina made sure to give Wasabi a good talking to about sitting in Eilir's hair for awhile.

The picture of Mina eating frog legs at the buffet was enough to make Wasabi understand.

Hungry. Tired. Drenched. Starved. Abused. Bullied. Sore. Humiliated. Robbed of all worldly joy. Taken advantage of. Ruined of ever feeling the soft wonder of a sunday morning. Antennas flattened and squished under his head. Eyes full of dust and dirty. And most of all, betrayed.

A high-pitched whine sound left Eilir's mouth as he dragged himself across the floor. Usually only a sound a moth would use when feel threatened. Not that anyone besides Hound Dog could hear it. Poor dude was running in circles trying to get it to stop.

Wasabi's small hand gently patted Eilir's shoulder as the small child dragged himself into the elevator.

Too exhausted to even press the button, Eilir just laid on the ground. The elevator kept opening and shutting on his waist. But he didn't care.

He just laid there.

Screaming in his little moth octave.

But at least his hair was cleaned and neatly done.

A defeated sigh can be heard from behind him before suddenly he was picked up and thrown over someone's shoulders like a sack of potatoes. Eilir just laid limp over the person's shoulders as they pressed the correct button on the elevator.

The entire elevator ride was silent. Eilir just laid there, eyes wide open, mouth open while seemingly screaming silently, Wasabi just wanting to sleep and Eilir's wings laying there making a mess with his scales.

Not even bothering to speak, Bakugou just throws the child into his room and walks away while grumbling about the mess everyone made.

Eilir still has the same blank, dead looking stare but he has become more emotional. He just isn't good at expressing it
