Elros has long silky loose curly/wavy white hair that trails 2ft behind him paired with heterochromatic crystal purple and red eyes [his left eye is crystal purple while his right is red with central heterochromia in crystal grey on top of his normal heterochromia], white eyelashes, white eyebrows, VERY pale skin, sharp canines, naturally pointed ears, sharp finger nails, and soft features.

He wears this with black shorts, white thigh-highs, dark purple snow boots, a black silky wool scarf, soft/cozy dark purple ear muffs, a slightly lighter purple beanie with all his hair expertly tucked underneath, a labradorite chunk pendent, and has several ammolite and black sapphire studs on his lobes/two upper helixes/auricle/forward helix/tragus/anti-tragus/inner conch [the gold is silver the cross-like things are crescents and the cape is a dark purple]. 

This is his formal wear [with the underskirt being longer in the back that in the from], he also wears an intricate choker, a crown, and does his hair up in a traditional style.

Eplaryia Xobraeca's flag is black with a purple dragon that has "intricate" feathered wings in the center with a white Wrenter Plumeria in its maw and a white sword with blue detailing held in it's front claws angled downwards under its stomach and a seemingly sparking purple star above the dragon's dead as well as on each side and underneath.

Despite being a rather isolated guy, he was rather close with Native America and thus was close with Alfred and Matthew but when England came over and Matthew fell more into their grasp communication fell out and then memories of Elros slowly fell from Matthew's mind.

Elros has a younger sister who's the personification of Rasery Island; EX's main island, and "came to be" around 200 BCE.

Elros helped Alfred when he was fighting in his wars the best he could given his isolation status; and in turn America formally recognizes EX as a country and has strict and secretive treaties with them.

Elros; being that fact that he's EX, can in fact grow wings and fly.

Breleth has ocular albinism.

Harkashan and Xathi are twins and both look about 16 with waist length black hair with wisps of white in their bangs and golden eyes as well as pointed ears. They both wears watered down version of Elros' formal wear but dark red.

Harkashan is non-binary and pansexual while Xathi is Agender, doesn't care for gendered terms, and Demisexual/Demiromantic.
