Casper has knee length iridescent black hair and pearlescent Tyrian purple eyes. He also has sharp canine, almost no pupils, ever pearlescent purple cracks covering his body, sharp talon-like nails, elongated ears, and unique face make-up.

This is what he wears when out at his night job along with a veil that covers his entire face.

When out as a merchant he wears a loose white shirt, loose hakama pants, black fingerless gloves, knee-high dark purple heeled boots, and a thin dark silver choker with a bright red feather attached as the back.

Casper has been described as "an ethereal person" as well as being both handsome and beautiful.

Casper's make up isn't make up in the same way the purple fractures are apart of him; it's how his quirk physically manifests on his body.

Casper's quirk is Omnikinesis; he can essentially manipulate anything.

-The reason why it's so OP is because he's from the dawn of quirks; he's about five years older than AFO but his mother also got one he called Time Skip that sent him to the future because the time at which they came from was NOT at all kind to those who were different so while technically being 100+ years old or something he's only physically experienced about 25 years.

Casper's cover quirk is Contactukinesis; or Oath Manipulation in simple terms. Every time he makes a deal he makes a floating piece of paper appear that once signed makes everything on that paper like the "law of the universe" that has to be obeyed and can not be go against until the contract is fulfilled. In the same sense when a verbal oath is made it acts in a similar way except there's no physical representation.

-To get him to make a contract or a vow of his own volition is an immense show of trust.

Despite being inordinately powerful and genetically quirkless he does have drawbacks when it comes to certain powers but in general it's his physical appearance. Because of his pupil situation he's incredibly sensitive to light so when he's out during the day he's wearing custom sunglasses that block as much light from getting into his eyes as possible.

He has a "tattoo" of bright blue flames on his right hand/fore-arm and red wings on his upper back.

-His own is a scroll with purple crackles across the paper with ancient Hanzi for daybreak and crown on the bottom right corner in elegant Chinese script.

Casper is Chinese/Indian on his mother's side and Japanese/Greek on his father's side.

People are just as afraid of Casper as they are AFO and the League of Villains, if not more so. Despite being described as "ethereal" he is also incredibly creepy; "hauntingly beautiful" some have referred to him as, and unsettling and INCREDIBLY terrifying the few times he's lost his cool.

Casper's favorite drink is hot coco made with milk that has either been steeped in Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Musk root, Indian Long Pepper, and Marsh Mallow OR Dang Shen, Bai Shao, Angelica root, Astragalus, Sweetfern, and Wild Indigo.

Casper loves candied fruit as well as pancakes, tempura, taiyaki, warabi mochi, anmitsu, sesame balls, tangyuan, soup dumplings, sliced lotus root in sweet sauce, samosa, tandoori chicken, chickpea curry, jalebi, milopita, gemista and tsoureki.

Casper is naturally a very quiet and very calm person; very rarely does he talk louder than a slightly elevated whisper, and very rarely does he ever get truly angry.

Casper also tends to be apathetic about a lot of stuff.

Casper's body temperature sits about 60*.

Casper can find things via echo-location; he's had time to test things out since he doesn't wear the sunglasses at night and light in general no matter the time bother him.

Despite his power, it is not at all hard to take him down; you'd either need to have so many things going off at once that it clouds his senses OR blind him with light in conjecture with raising his already low body temperature and flood his senses with cinnamon/mint.

While he does like butterflies and moths; he hates things that fly at him, he hates pretty much all bugs [besides butterflies, mothers, and the pink orchid mantis] and hates ALL spiders no matter what.

Casper HATES the HPSC; it's mostly a distrust of any "real" government or authority figure, he finds them sleazy and a little fake but after meeting some HSPC agents his theories are reaffirmed and hate solidified.

After spending enough time with Dabi his resting body temperature went from 40* to 60*, he's impervious to all heat of fire, and he can sort of control Dabi's fire.

Casper has a pet greater racket-tailed drongo named Kalo and a Savannah Cat named Alocasia.

Casper know 48 language [not all are spoken languages or even "alive" {still spoken in a common enough capacity}]. It is half way to do with his quirk and him having to much time on his hands enough with his nightly activities.

Casper gardens; he in incredibly PROTECTIVE over his garden, people have gone missing after messing with his garden without a good reason, only four people have gotten away with doing so; Dabi, Hawks, Toga, and Kurogiri.

Casper also love sewing, embroidery, woodcarving, jigsaw puzzles, ice skating, painting, sculpture making, pottery, violin, guitar, flute, and piano as well as collecting seed packets, post cards, crystals, and intricate bottles and glasses [in reference to drink glasses].

-He took up woodcarving, sculpture making, and pottery as a way to remember his mother and embroidery, painting, and flute to remember his father. He has photographs of them both as well as control of all of their assets that were handed over to him from the decedents of his mother's trusted friend.

A lot of stuff has changed in his body with his quirk; the most noticeable changes are the fractures, his face, his pupils, his ears, his nails, and his general feeling of unease he gives off.

The title of the Dragon Merchant came across when he was a bit younger and dressed and looked more akined to a dragon; also in the same line with how he was perceived to act. His mother was the Cursed Queen Merchant and his father was the Ocean Merchant.

The Contract Demon of the Underground and The Contract Demon were both given in the same light; he is a demon when it comes to his contracts.

The Silver Orchid was because silver colored orchids would appear in front select individuals after "meeting" him; no one is sure if it's a show of favor or a show of scorn. The real reason they appear is because he likes giving gifts to those he likes; he shows his favor with his special silver orchids.

-After Eri was saved and she was ok-ed for going out; with Aizawa of course, they ran into each other a couple of times in the park when she was out of his view and every time she wandered back to Aizawa she had silver orchids woven into her hair. The only other person on the right side of the law that is showered in this way is Hawks, Izuku, Aizawa, Nezu, Mirko, Todoroki, Shinsou, Rei, and Fuyumi.

--It was later confirmed by a curious little one why he gave out the silver orchids and he let them know that those who were given silver orchids that were an actual silver color had some form of favor with him and those with orchid closer to black were not welcomed in his presence. After this came out the black orchid because the "mark of death".

The name Casper chose for himself was Entity.

Soulmate Marks are what their soulmate's quirk is; for example Casper's is the wings and flame on his back and arm.
