Despite the size difference between the woven basket and his body, Jungkook still managed to hold it with both of his hands, and able to uphold the mass that it just too much to bear for a kid like him. Not like he has built up muscle or older and bigger body to make his work a lot easier anyway, a determination was all he needed to execute the work.

Jungkook has no other option but to help his mother doing the laundry. He had just squeezing every single freshly-washed fabric, and going outside to his mother so she could sundried the clothes.

"Thank you so much my son, you've done a great job." Said Mrs. Jeon with a sweet smile plastered on her face. Taking her time to stop what she was doing, then glanced to his son.

"Sure, Mother, can I play now?"

Jungkook was expectant for the response, while the lady with her evident wrinkles didn't answer right away. Her focus was all drained for draping the sheets over the laundry rope.

"Mother?" the boy queried, which finally made his mother turned her head on him. With one hand akimbo.

"Be back before sunset, and no sneaking out afterwards. You've done a lot, think I didn't notice?"

Jungkook puckered his lips then let out a meek smile while averting his eyes away from her mother's scrutinizing look.

"Very well, you can go, quick! Before I change my mind."

He hugged his mother and planted a peck on her glazed-with-sweat cheek.

Not wasting any more time, Jungkook dashed away from his house, down to the trail leading to the open field. Where he believed Yoongi had waited for him, just like their promise yesterday. Strangely, Yoongi didn't know how to play hide and seek.

And that was very peculiar for Jungkook, even inviting him to be suspicious about the older. Yet, recalling what his mother had taught him, everyone's had their own issues. We are all coming from a different background. So it's totally okay for someone to be different from us, know something that we didn't and vice versa. Most importantly, it's okay for someone to have a secret too, or share what they only want to show to the society.

In conclusion, do not pry in to others when they never give you any permission, or wanting to open up first.

"Yoongi―" Jungkook hopped off to the lower ground, "―hyung! Hey!"

Yoongi waved his hand towards the panting Jungkook.

"Sorry to make you wait a while," the boy held his knees while catching his breath.

Yoongi chuckled, "it's fine..."

"So, shall we start?"

Yoongi dusted off his murky dark blue pants as he stood up, "sure. What should I do?"

"Listen and memorize."

"Easy peasy."

Subsequently, they had their utmost blast playing hide and seek. Yoongi is also a fast learner, so it's a benefit for him. They had moved place to the village since there are many buildings and stands of the merchant, for hiding.

They played around until the sun was halfway tucked under the horizon and Jungkook's mother grumpily looking for his son. In any way, both boys had the best time that evening.
