Liam's pov

Ever since I was a child I have always had these fainting episodes. I know I have Vasovagal Syncope. I got diagnosed with Vasovagal syncope when I was 10. The boys does know because I told them because during the up all night tour Harry cut his hand open and I fainted at the sight of the blood. We are now half way through our where we are tour. I feel like something bad is going to happen today.

Louis and Zayn are messing around as usual. I say to them "Be careful boys. We need both of you in one piece" Louis says "Li we are just having fun. Lighten up a bit" just as he says that Zayn falls over. I run over to him and say "Zayn are you alright. Zayn looks up at me and I see his chin is bleeding. I feel really lighthearted. I take a few steps back "Li are you alright. You look pale" I look around but my vision is tunnelled and blurred. I feel myself falling as my eyes close.

Niall's pov

I quickly rush over to Liam and I catch his head and gently lower it to the ground. I look at Zayn and see the blood. I say "That is why he fainted then" Harry says "Why?" I say "Zayn has cut his chin open. Blood is one of his triggers of his Vasovagal syncope" Zayn says "Oh come on it isn't that bad" Harry comes over and says "Zayn that is bad. We need to get you to a hospital." Zayn nods and Harry and Louis helps him up Harry says says to me "I will get him to a hospital you two good to to stay here with Liam?" Both me and Louis nods. Louis quickly cleans up the blood on the floor.

I hear Liam groaning slightly. I say "Li keep coming round buddy. That's it bud" he slowly opens his eyes he says "Wh..what happened?" I say "You fainted buddy." He says "Why?" I say "You saw one of your triggers for your Vasovagal Syncope. Zayn cut his chin open and you fainted. How are you feeling buddy?" Liam says "I'm exhausted and I feel light headed. I don't think I am ready to stand up yet." I say to him "Take as long as you need" Liam nods and we wait for five minutes before Liam says "I think I'm ready to stand up now" I nod and slowly help Liam to his feet. He grips onto my arm and I say "Are you alright Liam?" Liam says "Yeah I'm just a little light headed" I nod and say "Lets get you to the dressing room so you can rest before the show tonight" Liam nods and I slowly lead Liam to the dressing room.

Once we are in the dressing room I help Liam to lay down on the sofa and I say to Liam "Get some sleep buddy. We will be here when you wake up bud I promise" Liam nods and falls asleep quickly.

After the concert no one's pov

Liam felt much better after his nap and they had one of the best shows of the tour. You would never of guessed that Liam fainted before the concert unless someone told you.
