Liam's pov

We have just finished our up all night tour and today I feel really sick. I feel really nauseous. I know Zayn isn't here but I need him. Zayn went home for a few weeks because he was missing his family. I go downstairs and sit on the arm chair and I curl myself up in a ball. I say "When's Zayn coming home?" Harry says "Next week Liam. You know that" I nod and I feel a strong cramp go through my stomach. I whimper and rap an arm around my stomach. I feel someone watching me. I look up and see Niall looking at me suspiciously. "Are you alright Liam?" I shake my head and say "My stomach hurts. I want Zayn"

Niall's pov

Oh no Liam is sick. He is normally attached to Zayn when he is sick. I go over to him and crouch down next to him "Li what feels bad buddy?" He says "My head and stomach. I want Zayn" I say to him "I'll try and call him yeah." He nods and I grab my phone and I try to ring Zayn. It rings a few times before it goes through to the answer phone. I say to Liam "I'll try later bud" I notice a tear slip down his face. I gently rub his back and say "Hey he is probably busy with his family" he nods and says "M gonna be sick" and he gags my eyes widen and I say "Someone go and get a bin or something" Louis says "Here Niall" he hands me the bin and I put it under Liam's chin just in time for him to throw up. I gently rub his back

Once he is done he says "I want Zayn" and he starts sobbing. I gently pull him into a hug and I rub his back. Harry says "I'll try Zayn again." I nod and Harry leaves the room.

Harry's pov

I click on Zayn's name and I press the call button. I put my phone up to my ear and it rings. After a couple of rings I hear Zayn's voice . "Hi Harry. I was just about to call Niall back. I had to babysit my sister" I say "Hi Zayn. It's fine. Um Liam's sick" Zayn says sounding panicked "Is he alright?" I say "He has just thrown up. He is with Niall at the moment he keeps on calling for you though" Zayn says "Do you need me to come home early?" I say "Don't cut your visit short. We have got him." Zayn says "Alright. Could I speak to him?" I say "Of course. One second." I go back into the livingroom and I put my phone on speaker. I say "You are on speaker Zayn" Zayn says "Hey Li I hear you are not feeling well" Liam says "Zaynie. I don't feel well" Zayn says "Oh buddy. What hurts?" Liam says "My tummy and head. I been sick" Zayn says "Oh bud. I can't come home yet buddy. I need to babysit my sister. I promise as soon as I can I will be home yeah until then the boys will take good care of you" Liam says "Yeah" Zayn says "I need to go now my mum is calling me for lunch" the call ends and Liam starts sobbing and Niall gently rubs his back. Soon his sobs has turned to sniffles and the occasional whimper. I hand Niall the ear thermometer and say "We should probably check his temperature" Niall nods and puts the thermometer in Liam's ear

Niall's pov

I put the thermometer in Liam's ear and I press the button. Once it beeps I take the thermometer out of Liam's ear and say "Someone get a cold cloth his fever is 39.5" Louis runs out of the room. A couple of seconds later Louis is back with a cloth and he hands it to me. I put the cloth on Liam's head and he whimpers at the cold. I say "Go to sleep buddy. Hopefully you will feel better when you wake up." He nods and closes his eyes and soon his soft snoring is heard.

A week later no one's pov

It took Liam 5 days to recover from the stomach bug. Niall tells Zayn all about how he was and Zayn promised that he would always try and be there with Liam when he is sick.
