Prompt- One where Liam gets a splinter in his foot but doesn't tell the boys because he is scared that they will wanna take it out but they see him limping so since he doesn't let them get it out Louis or Zayn holds him still and the other one takes the splinter out. Harry and Niall are not home.

Liam's pov

I knew going outside on the wooden decking with no shoes or socks on was a bad idea but I did it anyways and now I have a splinter in my foot but I am not going to tell Louis or Zayn because they'll pull it out and that will hurt more and now I am limping around the room. Louis looks at me suspiciously and says "Liam what's wrong why are you limping?" I reply back "I am not limping I don't know what you are talking about Louis." And I put my foot down and whine. Zayn says "Liam there is something wrong. You are in pain" I walk into the kitchen to get away from the interrogation.

Louis pov

I say to Zayn "We need to know what is wrong with Liam. When did he start limping?" Zayn replies "After he came in from outside" my eyes widen "I think Liam probably has a splinter because he went outside with nothing on his feet earlier" Zayn nods and say "Liam will never let us take out the splinter from his foot" I suddenly get an idea "If I hold him down so you can take the splinter out of his foot. You might have to sit on his other leg but the plan should work. Zayn grumbles "You get the easy job. You and me both know that Liam doesn't like his feet being touched." I smirk "It's my plan. I get to choose who does what. Besides why do you think I gave you that job. I don't want to be kicked" Zayn retorts sarcasticly "Yeah and I do" Liam comes into the living room and I say "Come sit with me Liam" he shakes his head and sits on the other sofa. I say "Payno do you have a splinter" his eyes widen and he shakes his head vigorously. I sigh and sit next to Liam and I gently pull him into my side and say comfortingly like I would with my little siblings "Liam please we want to help you. We don't want to see you in pain you are our little brother." Zayn nods and starts to come over to us and I continue in the same tone as before "Please just tell us buddy" he sighs and says "I am only seven months younger than Zayn" I smile at him and say in the same comforting tone "I know Lili. Now will you answer my question?" He nods and I say "Do you have a splinter" He nods and adds quickly "I don't want it taken out tough" and he hides the bottom of his feet.

I say to him after a couple of minutes "Li we need to take the splinter out" he starts crying a little and shakes his head I say in a comforting big brother tone "Li listen you need to have the splinter taken out. Ether by us or the doctor your choice" he shakes his head and says. "No it will hurt and I don't like my feet being touched" I hold Liam down and Zayn grabs Liam's foot and Liam starts sobbing and kicks out trying to get his foot free. Zayn sits on Liam's legs and Liam sobs more. I feel bad about how upset Liam is and say "It'll be over soon bud." I gently run my fingers through his hair. Zayn grabs the tweezers and go to put it near Liam's foot and Liam sobs more and accidentally kicks Zayn in the stomach. I say firmly "Liam stop kicking now." He stops kicking and just lays there sobbing his eyes out. I say comfortingly "Li calm down buddy it'll be over soon then we can watch toy story once you get the splinter out yeah Lili?" He nods and I pull Liam to my chest properly and Zayn manages to get the tweezers on the splinter and he starts to pull "Ow. Stop it h..h..hurts." Liam says whilst sobbing more. Zayn responds "Almost out bud" the splinter gets pulled out and Zayn gets off of Liam and Liam turns around sobbing into my chest. I rub his back and say "It's over now Lili your ok now buddy. Let's watch toy story yeah" I feel Liam nod against my chest and he says "Can I stay cuddled with you and Zaynie. And when Nini and Hazzy come home them" I nod and sit up slightly. "How about we go and get some blankets and pillows, then some popcorn and snacks then we can have a movie day yeah" Liam nods and we go upstairs and grab all of the pillows and blankets we can find then take them downstairs and we put them in the living room and me and Liam go into the kitchen to make some popcorn then I find some different sweets and crisps in the cupboard and we take them in and I sit down on the sofa next to Zayn and Liam sits curled up on my lap. I pull up some blankets and pillows to put over us and we start to watch toy story.

About half way through the first toy story Harry and Niall came home form food shopping and they join in on the cuddle after hearing what happened with Liam and the splinter. By the end of the third toy story Liam is asleep and we decide to watch the first four Harry Potter movies. By the end of the forth movie it is only me and Zayn awake so we decide to to watch the fifth Harry Potter movie and I must have fallen asleep at some point during the movie because I woke up the next morning with a sore neck.
