Y/N's POV
I was sitting at home with dad, and he was trying his best to make jokes.
"My son asked me if he could have a book mark, and I burst into tears. He still doesn't know my name is Brian!" He snapped his fingers, waiting for my response.

"Nope, still a dad joke. Try again."
He huffed and thought for a second.
"Okay. So my wife-"
"No. Anything that starts with 'my wife' is a dad joke. Never start with that."
He huffed again and plopped down on a chair.
"What's wrong with dad jokes?" He complained.

"Nothing. They're just not 'real' jokes if that's what you're trying to do." I laughed at his childish expression.
"Honey, let me teach you a little lesson about... 'dad jokes'." He grimaced at the strange phrase which made me laugh more.

"Basically-" He was cut off by the front door opening and slamming shut.
Jeremy walked in and froze when I glared at him.
"Where have you been?!" I crossed my arms over my chest and stamped my foot.

The look on his face was as confused as ever, and he stared at something behind me, nodding.
I looked behind me but there was nothing there.
"Hey! My eyes are right here bud. What were you doing, why did you leave?"
I asked him.

He grumbled. "Why is it a big deal?"
"Because we didn't know where you went and you left me and Michael there."
He sighed, rolling his eyes.
"Well, I'm fine. Thanks for the concern."

He said the last part much too sarcastic for my liking, and he stalked up to his room.
I turned around and looked at our dad, but he seemed to show no concern whatsoever.
"Dad, don't you think that was weird."
He looked up from his cup of coffee.
"Hm?"
I rolled my eyes, going to my room too.
"Nevermind."

When I walked down the upstairs hall though, I stopped by Jeremy's door.
I heard weird conversation. Could he be on the phone? No there was no other voices but his.
"Do I go ahead and wear the shirt? Yah... okay I'll wear it tomorrow."
I sighed and kept walking.
I'd speak with tomorrow. Now was too much, I was so tired.

And really disappointed about the Crystal Pepsi! I thought it sounded awesome!
Oh well.
I plopped onto my bed and rolled up my sleeve, my cheeks warming in presence of the tattoo.
Rich Goranski.
Just saying it was like a spoonful on honey on my tongue.
I had to talk with him too.
But that conversation was to go much better I hope.
