Kamaya

I looked at him irritated he sure has a lot to say about what I do, I'm a grown woman and I can do whatever I want. "I don't know why you think you have a say so in my life," I said. He turned near me "All I said is I don't want you to go to the day party. You're pregnant and sick... did you forget?" he asked.

"I'm fine, I'm tired of being in this house anyway," I said. "And out of all places you want to go to is the club, walking around knowing damn well your ankles hurt," he said squeezing my legs.

"Get off me, I do what I want," I said brushing my hair.

All we were going to do was sit in a section anyways. I can't sit down and enjoy some music. I'm only 3 months its not like I'm 7 months struggling to breathe. "Okay Boss, do what you want," he said putting on his shirt. "Unless you're trying to hide me, what you don't want people to know you knocked up your bosses' daughter better yet, your partners baby momma" I questioned. He laughed "Unbelievable," he said. "Unbelievable what? I asked

"You say it like you're owned or something, why would you think some shit like that? He raised his brow.

"It be the niggas that claim they a real nigga, so tell me why you don't want me to do anything? I raised my brow.

"You need to watch what you say to me. I'm as real as they come" he gave me a serious look. "Nope, it already came out of my mouth" I crossed my arms. "Hm, maybe you just wanna show off for your ex? You sure you really wanna go with me or you're just trying to make another nigga mad since you wanna make assumptions" he challenged.

"Uh no, who does that? I questioned

"Bottom line is I just care about you and the baby; being there ain't gon serve you no justice," he said

"I think you're trying to hide me; just like I said?

"Maybe I care about your health, maybe I don't want you at every damn function," he said.

I laughed a little "That's not your call" I said. "Okay Kamaya, if you wanna come you can... wanna got to the warehouse too. Oh, I forgot Rudy had you exposed to that too. What's next you want to get shot up with the rest of us? Be my guest Bonnie" he said zipping up his jacket.

"Oh wow, you're quite hilarious don't try to use that on me all I asked is why? You never want me to go anywhere and I'm not about to deal with a controlling ass nigga" I said.

He chuckled "You want to have standards now? He asked. My eyes widened I couldn't believe he just said that to me as if I wasn't already insecure about getting pregnant so fast. I pushed him hard "Get out," I said. "Maya-

"Get the fuck out, why would you say some shit like that to me? I pushed him again. He grabbed my wrists pulling me towards him.

"Don't touch me, I aint Rudy" he raised his voice. I could see the anger form on his face. I never witnessed him loud he's very mellow so this was new but he still wasn't going to yell at me.

"I don't care who you are, get your hands off me" I yelled. He let go of my hands

"Don't touch me, girl, you lost your mind. Let me know when you calm down, upset that I care about your well being. You so fucked up you don't even know when a nigga genuinely cares about you, you're making up all this shit up in your head because you don't want to get hurt. I don't give a fuck what people got to say about us, your ass just doesn't know how to relax and sit the fuck down" he said.

"That simple" he added

"Pshh whatever" I rolled my eyes. "I'm just some broad you knocked up and you want to keep me away like a caged bird" I stood against the dresser. "I didn't knock you up, knocks up are mistakes... women that you don't want to be with" he said

"Don't sell me this dream Kasey" I rolled my eyes

"We made love because I love you and now we're having a baby from it," he said. My face softened realizing I may have overreacted once again. "You keep calling yourself some broad; you keep saying that shit and you're starting to believe it. Get yourself together; I don't have time for this" he walked out making me mad again he's the one that told me I don't have standards.

"You need to get yourself together saying I don't have standards. I can drop you if I want too" I said. He laughed "I'm the best thing that ever happened to you and that's a fact; lay down" he looked at me before going downstairs. I stood there in awe not knowing who was wrong. Kasey went downstairs running into Kiyan. "Hi, Mr. Kasey" she smiled hugging him. "Hey Ki, what's good? He asked her.

"Nothing about to ride my bike," she said. "Where's your helmet? He asked her. "Upstairs," she said. "Go get it," he said. "Okay," she ran upstairs. Kasey opened her garage to fix her tire that he promised. He bent down looking at the wheel of her G Wagon. He did a double take noticing that it was a tracker on her wheel. Kasey quickly called Ricky. Ricky answered "Yo" he answered

"You put a tracker on Maya's truck? He asked

'Yeah, why? Ricky asked

"You really trying to find Josie that bad" he chuckled. "Yeah, we got unfinished business. Please don't take that shit off, once I track where she stays I'll take it off" he said. Kasey shook his head "You're a crazy mothafuka, you know that" he said. "Right back at ya, I'll see you at the party," he said

"Alright Fasho" he hung up. Kasey felt a little bad about their little argument he didn't mean that standards line he just gets frustrated about her insecurities but he knows Rudy messed her up bad. He walked back upstairs "Maya" he called.

"Yes," she answered. "Come on," he said. "I'm not going," she said. He walked in to see her in her silk pajamas. He was turned on looking at her curvier body. "Why? I said its no problem"

'No, I'm cool have fun" she said getting in the bed. He watched her turn on the TV. "Come on stop making a scene; come on and show off that dress," he said trying to fix it. It was never a problem for her to go out he just doesn't understand why she just can't be still sometimes. Why she doesn't do things normal rich women do like have paint parties or sell Mary Kay.

"I don't wanna go anymore Kasey, leave me alone please" she begged. He leaned over to kiss her but she wouldn't budge. "So it's like that? He asked. "You finished it, so it's like that," she said

"I didn't mean what I said, I'm sorry," he said. She didn't say anything she just flipped the channels.

"Alright I'll see you later" he kissed her cheek before leaving.

Ricky

Ricky walked down the aisle looking for a bottle of Aleve. He wanted to make sure he felt alright before partying. He was looking forward to the party Meek Mill, Rick Ross and French Montana were going to be there. Word on the street is French Montana wants to shoot one of his videos at Lemonade so they'd probably talk business. He heard a familiar voice on the phone as he turned around he saw his ex-girlfriend, Janelle. He immediately felt uncomfortable not knowing what to say or do he desperately wanted to apologize again but he knows it doesn't take away for what he's done. 'Janelle' he called looking at her small frame she was still beautiful as she was when they were teenagers. She looked very uncomfortable

"Hi," she said stepping back some. "How are you? He asked. "I'm great, compared to how I used to be" she said

"Janelle I'm so sorry if I could go back in time I would," He said

"It doesn't matter at this point; I've learned-

"Is there anything I can do? He asked desperately for her forgiveness. She shook her head beginning to laugh

"Typical Ricky thinking he can buy forgiveness. I don't want anything from you... excuse me" she tried walking past him.

"Janelle come on I feel like shit; most men wouldn't even apologize-

"And that's your problem... you think to tell me how other niggas would usually act justifies it. So because some niggas don't apologize that means I have to accept your apology" she accepted. Ricky looked to the side.

"Ricky you are so full of yourself and I don't know why any woman deals with your shit... you're toxic and too entitled" she walked off.

"Janelle please, just hear me out" he begged. The things revolving Ricky was starting to get to him. She turned around crossing her arms

"Look I was young as hell, the pressure to get my degree, playing football, satisfying my dad without getting beaten and trying to be perfect for you was a lot-

"I didn't want you to be perfect Ricky, I just wanted you to realize how down I was for you. I wanted you to listen to me and not get so defensive when I expressed myself, I didn't want you being controlling and critiquing every little thing I did. I didn't want to fight and get hit if I said the wrong things" she said getting emotional

"I apologize; you didn't deserve it-

"I didn't, I still can't let my man in completely. Every guy that loves me I end up pushing them away because of what you did Ricky "she pointed at him

"What do you want me to do? He asked

"Be accountable and sit in it, let all the crazy shit you did to me and others marinate and then maybe people will forgive you. I don't know have a heart for a change" she said

"I fucked up... I sincerely apologize Janelle. If I could go back a million times I would, I think about it a lot "he said. Her eyes started to get teary

"I remember one night I was staying at your dorm and you were so mad at how this guy was looking at me. You blamed it on what I wore and you were about to hit me and I was so scared. I was pregnant and you told me I was lucky I was pregnant at the moment" she explained

Ricky couldn't even remember him doing that. "I was so stressed and scared of you; a baby couldn't coexist inside of me no matter how hard it tried too," she said. Ricky felt like pure shit. "It didn't deserve too, all I can say is I'm sorry and that's not who I am anymore. I'm trying to get out of the game and start over. I don't want bad blood between us and I want you to know that I'm accountable, I was wrong and you didn't deserve it" he admitted.

She nodded her head" Well, um I have to get to my car before my husband and kids come looking for me" she said turning around. Ricky watched her walk off before he went over to the self-checkout area.

Josie

I cheered Erica on as she dropped to the ground bringing it back up. "Ayeee" I yelled Nice for what was playing. I grabbed my cell phone going to Instagram recording us.

That's a real one in your reflection

Without a follow, without a mention

You really pipin' up on these niggas

You gotta, be nice for what, to these niggas?

We sang loudly we were having so much fun in our section. I refused to go out with Erica to the club the last time because I didn't want to run into Ricky but I've been here for almost two hours and not a sign of him. I felt relieved enjoying my mimosa we were going to party from 4-9. I looked over to see a fine guy try to get my attention he kept motioning for me to come over to him. I smirked at him before looking the other way. What I look like going over to a guy I don't know? He'll find his way to me.

"Where my ladies that like them drug dealers? The DJ asked. I was caught off guard but then my song came on, working at the strip club can put you on all of the good catchy songs.

I need a drug dealer, I need a drug dealer
He move kilos, and I'm a hood ho
And this pussy so fat, like a bankroll

I need a rich nigga, six figures, gotta have triggers" I swung my hair

"Oh sis, this your shit? Erica mocked me. I stopped dancing. I rolled my eyes "Chill, its just a song" I sucked my teeth. I felt a tap on the back of my leg. I swiftly turned around seeing that it was the guy that saw me in the section. "Wassup Baby" he said

"Hey," I said

"You look good, y'all tryna turn up with us. Your crew kind of small" he said. "No, I'm having fun with my girls" I said. He sucked his teeth smiling walking away. I looked up to see Raymond walking in with his crew. I started to panic if Raymond walks in you know it's going to be drama. For the past few months, I haven't had any problems and I pray I won't have any tonight. He glanced at me giving me a weird look before walking to the DJ. Moments later in walked Kasey, Dreux, Rudy, Rafiq, Ricky with fucking Rick Ross and French Montana. I was highly confused "Oh shit," Erica said. I saw Ricky walk in and he looked so good pulling on his beard. It was like everything went in slow motion. All the girls were giving him lusty looks trying to get his attention but he looked focused I watched them as they walked up to the section right beside us. I should've known that empty section was for them. I sat down hiding behind Celeste. I really wasn't for none of this. I saw a few women walk to their section and here we were looking dumb and out of place with just the 4 of us. "Erica I gotta go; I don't want drama tonight I really don't," I said. "Girl you been showing off now you wanna run. Ricky doesn't even see you" she said

"He will once Celeste moves," I said. "Yeah I can't sit straight forever," she said awkwardly. Erica walked down from the section. "Hey y'all wanna join? She asked a few girls to fill up our section so I wouldn't be so visible. I had the best friend ever the things she does for me was out of this world. 5 girls went up to our section we greeted them. "Help yourself," she said. Adrian got this section for us I wouldn't dare spend 800 dollars for a section once was good enough. Some of the girls sat down, I turned around smoothing my dress down. I met eyes with Kasey "Fuck" I awkwardly waved at him. He waved back then tapped on Dreux's shoulder. No! Dreux looked over once he saw me he waved. I waved back before hiding

Ricky

Ricky sat down talking to French he was talking about his vision for the video. It wasn't his club but he knows he dad wouldn't care. "Yeah, of course, we can work that out," he said grabbing a bottle of Henny. "Girlfriend is here," Dreux said. Ricky ignored them continuing to talk to Ricky. Ricky found out where Josie was staying and planned on talking to her but more shit kept popping up and the whole situation with his ex-had him fucked up he didn't have the energy to go over there and to check her for how she's been acting. He didn't appreciate it at all. He took the cigarette from his ear lightening it as usual. He looked up and they both made eye contact. Josie was uncomfortable which he knew, he looked away once Kasey called him.

Josie

Josie felt some kind of way being ignored by two men that had meaning in her life was starting to get to her she couldn't play this nonchalant act anymore it wasn't in her nature. "You gonna look like a sad puppy the rest of the night? She asked.

"No," I said getting up. It was kind of hard now seeing that the people I used to always be around are literally next to me. It was tension from everyone. Work by Rihanna started to play which was my song, the girls surrounded me were dancing having more fun than me my vibe was killed.

Ricky

Dreux grabbed a bottle taking it to the head he didn't even bother to ask Ricky about Josie he was over the both of them. He had his own shit to really worry about this time. Mia was still in the hospital and her mom made him take a break instead of getting some sleep he decided to party. Ricky nodded his head listening to the new heat Rick Ross dropped. "Yeah this goes crazy," he told him rolling his blunt. He stopped once he saw a message from an unknown number. He opened the message to see a picture. He opened it what looked like Ronnie and Josie in a parking lot looking acquainted. He slammed his phone down irritated now trying to relax his nerves. There wasn't anything he could do but to cut her off completely. Another argument wouldn't help and him knocking her upside her head would be wrong. 10 years back he for sure would've but he's not that guy anymore. He didn't want to be this evil guy he once was and deep down inside he felt bad for choking her. Josie showed him that she has no interest in making amends so he's dropping her for good.

"Kasey where is Maya wasn't she supposed to come? Dreux asked her. Kasey hunched over grabbing his drink. Rudy was curious but he was glad she didn't because it would've been weird

.

"We got into a little disagreement because I want her to chill sometimes," he said

"I'm glad you told her, she doesn't know how to relax," Dreux said. Ricky nodded agreeing. Rudy cleared his throat texting on his phone. "Man, I gotta make it up to Mia you ain't the only one that's in trouble," Dreux said. Kasey laughed "Right, shit is for the birds" he ran his hands through his head.

Later that Night

I smiled dancing a little to Tory Lanez Dance for me. "Girl you better go over there and dance on your man," Celeste said. "Uh no" she said. Josie was surprised she just knew Ricky was going to pull her to the side and lecture her about not showing up but he didn't. All of a sudden Erica started arguing with a guy.

"I told you, you're not coming in here stop harassing me" she shouted. I got up to see who the guy was shortly his boys
