(Bai He and Macaque bonding. Aren't they sweet?)

The little girl stared deeply at the candy land advertisement poster.

Bai He sighed in disappointment.

'What's the point? I'll never be able to get there... I don't really have that much money anyway..'

A shadowy figure tapped her on the shoulder. She flinches.

"You nearly scared me there to death Mr Macaque!" Bai He exclaimed, recovering from her fright.

"Sorry kid. Just can't help it!" The warrior chirped in amusement.

Bai He pouted at response to his statement.

"I saw that you were eyeing this thing," he holds out the poster she was staring at before.

"Yeah... And..?" She suspiciously looks at him.

"Do you want to go there? I can take you there~"

"REALLY?!" She shouted as she's pulling at his clothing, "YOU CAN?!"

Bai He's eyes shimmered with shining hope.

"Yup, but first you have to do something for me-"

"Pass," She blankly said right away.

"Oh I thought you want to go there?"

"Your probably going to make me do something that involves a certain monkey. I don't want to do it," Bai He retorted.

She glanced away, biting her bottom lip.

She really wants to go to candy land but not to go there to do a request that's clearly painted trouble.

Macaque ruffled her hair, "such a shame kid. I'll pick you up at the pig man's shop at 1pm tomorrow 'kay?"

"Ok.." Bai He mumbled.

Her mind quickly registered back into reality.

"Wait WHAT?!"

"Do you not want to go to candy land?" Macaque raised his eyebrow.

"I do! But didn't you have a catch?"

"Forget about it. I'll meet you tomorrow."

When tomorrow came, the pair went to candy land and had the best time of their lives.

After the day had finished, the two were full and sick.

Macaque never want to see candy again...

As for Bai He, she stopped eating sweets for 3 days before forgetting the feeling she once had that day.

Nevertheless, they had bonded over sweets.

Their connection with each other continues to strengthen. 

Even to this very day.
