Lieutenant Louis "Waterloo" Foch

Louis Foch is a former member of the Commandement des Opérations Spéciales (COS), French Special Forces. After years of service in the GIGN, joined the 13th Parachute Dragoon Regiment to follow the footsteps of his father, Oscar Foch a former French operative of that unit. After the Inner Circle bombed Paris, Keegan recruited him to the G.H.O.S.T. and Louis was given the codename: Waterloo.
