Darkness: A raging ancient weapon. They say not even grass remains after it passes.

Kazuma: Let's go to the guild.

Aqua: Why!?

Kazuma: I can't let it destroy our home that easily.

[Y/N]: Hm...

Darkness: You're not gonna say anything?

[Y/N]: I'm not talking to him.

We were all at the guild as Kazuma keeps trying to talk to me but end up getting threatened. I stood beside Darkness and crossed my arms as I listen to what Luna has to say.

Luna: You are all this town's hope. We ask for your help.

Someone got beside her and explained what was happening as I look at the crystal ball that was showing the mobile fort destroyer. It was then shown that a burd was killed while flying in the air.

[Y/N]: Poor birb.

Darkness: birb?

Female Adventurer: Um, wasn't the Destroyer made by the ancient magical kingdom? Didn't the people who made it prepare a counter-meassure?

Luna: They were the first to die when it went out of control.

I then scoffed and looked at the faces of every adventurer as I leaned on a wall.

[Y/N]: This is great. Something wants to destroy this town and it's going to kill us. This is truly amazing. Darkness, you think we could defeat this thing?

Darkness: I believe that's impossible.

[Y/N]: What makes you say that?

Darkness: It's The Destroyer. It's impossible to defeat.

[Y/N]: Hm. Aqua, you think you can take down the barrier?

Aqua: I won't know if I don't try.

Luna: You can take down the Destroyer's barrier!?

[Y/N]: Well, it's a maybe.

Luna: Still. Could you do that? Now, if only there was a spell that could damage it.

Random Adventurer: There is someone. Someone with firepower. And a few loose screws.

Random Adventurer 2: That's right there is one.

Random Adventurer 3: With a few loose screws.

We all then look at Megumin as she stands there looking at us.

Megumin: Hey! If you're talking about me, stop calling me by that name. If not, I'll prove to you right here how crazy I can be. Plus, I'm not the only one who could use an explosion spell.

Darkness: The explosion spell is the town's strongest weapon. How about it?

Megumin: Even with my explosion spell, I don't think I can kill it with one hit.

Everyone looks down as I was utterly shocked that they forgot I use explosion spell.

Wiz: Excuse me, sorry I'm late. I own Wiz's Magic Tool Shop. I'm a registered adventurer as well, so I came to help.

Random Adventurer: It's the Owner.

Random Adventurer 2: It's the poor owner.

Random adventurer 3: We can win for sure!

Kazuma: Why is she this famous? *looks at [Y/N]* Any idea?

Luna: Everyone, we will now begin our emergency quest.

Everyone starts building a baracade as I walk around while I help with the supplies. I looked around and see Darkness standing still with Kazuma.

Kazuma: Darkness, I know you're sturdy and all, but put your good-for-nothing hobby and come here-

Darkness: Based on my daily conduct, it's natural that you think that way. But do you think I'm a woman who is that loyal to my desires?

Kazuma: Yes, of course I do.

Darkness: ° ▪︎ ° I have to protect the people of this town. The townspeople may not care, but at least I feel that way.

Kazuma: Do you have some reason?

Darkness: My real name is Dustiness Ford Lalatina.

[Y/N]: I already know that.

Kazuma: [Y/N]!

[Y/N]: I don't wanna hear it. What were you saying, Darkness?

Darkness: I'm daughter of the Dustiness family who controls this area.

Kazuma: You're a rich girl!?

Darkness: Don't tell anyone.

[Y/N]: I won't but if you say a word Kazuma, Be sure to say hi to the goddess you'll be seeing.

Darkness: I'm a knight. It's my obligation to protect the residents' lives. Am I too headstrong and stubborn?

Kazuma: The demands of a ceertain archpriest are irritating that makes me want to slap her-

Kazuma: but i don't hate your demands right now.

Darkness: Oh, I see.

[Y/N] and Kazuma: Lalatina.

Darkness: Don't call me by that name!

Luna: Adventurers, the Desteoyer is almost visible. Take your positions.

The Destroyer was then seen destroying the land around it walking slowly as it was incredibly huge.

[Y/N]: Alright, I'm gonna go meet up with Wiz and Megumin. See you, Darkness.

Darkness: A-Alright.

I ran to my position next to Wiz as Aqua was with Megumin. I held Wiz's shoulder as she smiled at me.

[Y/N]: We can do this, right Wiz?

Wiz: Yes! We can do this! If we fail, let's all return to dust together.

Aqua: Stop joking around! What are you guys talking about over there!?

[Y/N]: Uh, we're doing good! How are you guys!?

Megumin: It's all good. I am strong. I am strong.

Wiz: Is she gonna okay?

[Y/N]: .......... She'll be fine.

The Destroyer was then soon in sight as I told Aqua to break the barrier. She started the spell and started screaming as the barrier eventually breaks.

[Y/N]: Alright! Let's do this!

Wiz: Let's fire at it simultaneously. Megumin?

Kazuma: Hey! Isn't your love for explosion spells genuine? Losing to Wiz is a disgrace. Is your explosion spell a weak spell that can't even destroy that?

Megumin: What did you say?

[Y/N]: Huh?

Megumin: You said something worse than making fun of my name. I'll show you the true explosion spell.

[Y/N]: Alright! Megumin! Good job, Kazuma! *gives him thumbs up*

Kazuma: *smiles and gives thumbs up*

[Y], W, M: Blackness blacker than black and darker than darkness. I beseech thee, combine my crimson. Awaken now. Law will fall into infallibility and appear as intangible distortions. Explosion!

Rays of orange then shoot over to the Destroyer as it falls and starts moving towards Darkness. Darkness stood still as it stops moving right infront of her.

[Y/N]: Hah! You did it, Megumin! You did great too, Wiz!

Wiz: You were the best out of all of us! *hugs [Y/N]*

[Y/N]: Aww, shucks. *hugs back*

Everyone: We did it!

Aqua: Why don't we celebrate now? How much is the reward?

[Y/N] and Kazuma: You nutbrain! Why do you have to be so typical!

The Destroyer's eyes then started to glow red as Kazuma and I scolded Aqua. The Destroyer activated a self destruct as all of us panicked. Everyone started running as Kazuma picked Megumin up.

[Y/N]: Darkness! let's evacuate.

Darkness: I will never withdraw. A knight should never escape before the townspeople. And to think I'm exposing myself to a bomb strong enough to blow up this town...

[Y/N] and Kazuma: What?

Darkness: What is this feeling of excitement I've never experienced before? Will I be able to endure it? No matter how strong I am, I won't escape being harmed. *heavy breathing* I won't wait any longer! [Y/N]!

[Y/N]: Ah, yes?

Darkness: I'm going to attack!

She then picks up her sword and runs to the side of the destroyer as I hear Adventurers talking about Darkness. They start talking about the town but mainly the succubus as they start to follow Darkness. They start attacking and climbing the Destroyer as I help Kazuma set Megumin down.

Wiz: [Y/N]. Kazuma. If we can find the control device, We may stop it's destruction.

Kazuma: Darkness jumled in there without thinking that far.

We see the Adventurers runni garound while putting explosive and Destroying the Destroyer.

Aqua: We can probably leave it up to them. Let's go and try again tomorrow

[Y/N]: Kazuma.

Kazuma: Got her. Come, useless goddess.

Aqua: I don't want to!

We ran inside as the Adventurers found something and I helped Aqua settle down. We got to the Adventurer that found something as we look at it.

Adventurer: Look at that.

A deceased man was seen as we got near it. I grabbed It's head and threw it up and down while looking around.

Wiz: Is that a crew member?

Aqua: He's already dead. He doesn't have any attachment to this world to become an Undead.

Kazuma: He must have had some attachments! This definitely looks like he died sad and alone..

[Y/N]: Hmm. Here, catch. *throws head to Kazuma*

Kazuma: Whuah! No!

Aqua: What's this?

[Y/N]: a book.

Aqua: The country's VIPs are being unreasonable. They told me to make a mobile fort with our small budget, and I can't.

Kazuma: Is it his diary?

We start reading it as it ended with this guy calling himself an idiot as Kazuma and I were left confused and Wiz was left shocked.

Aqua: the end.

Kazuma: Stop joking!

Kazuma: Dust and the others escaped, but what should we do?

Wiz: The coronatite is out of control.

[Y/N]: Can't you do something? The goddess usually is the one to seak the evil power.

Aqua: What a self-centered imagination. Wiz, can't you do something about this?

Wiz: We can teleport-

Aqua: That's it!

Wiz: I need more magic energy... Um, Kazuma-san? Can I....

Kazuma: What.... is it?

Wiz then holds Kazuma's face as he was confused. I looked at them beside Aqua which it really looked like they were about to kiss.

Wiz: Can I suck it?

Kazuma: My Pleasure.

[Y/N]: What the fuck!?

Kazuma: *in thoughts* I won't ask what she's going to suck. I'm not that obvious type who'd get flustered or play dumb.

[Y/N] in Kazuma's head: What if she's talking about what you're thinking about?

Kazuma in his head: Then it'll be thrilling.

[Y/N] in Kazuma's head: I'll jusr watch.

Wiz: Thank you so much.

Kazuma: Likewise.

Wiz: Then...

They started to get closer as I grew jealous and turned around. I eventually look back at them since I heard Kazuma screaming.

Wiz: I'm sorry! Drain Touch!

[Y/N]: Huh? Wiz! He's withering!

Wiz: *gasp*

He then drops to the floor as I held in my laugh.

Kazuma: *in thoughts* What a let down.

Wiz: Now I can use the teleport spell.

Kazuma: is that so?

Wiz: But there's a restriction on choosing the destination.

Kazuma: Oh no, the rock is turning red to white.

Wiz: With random teleport, I can send it right now.

[Y/N]: That's it.

Wiz: There's the risk of it flying towards a largely populated area.

[Y/N]: Wiz, it'll be okay. The world is big. I'll take full responsibility.

Wiz: Alright. [Y/N]. Let's do this.

I then hugged her as Kazuma grabbed Aqua. 

Wiz: Teleport!

The Destroyer was then acticatdd as the coronatite was no longer there. We walked out of the Destroyer with a pouting Aqua as I did hug her. We walked out and see Darkness standing.

[Y/N]: Oh there you are. So this is where you are.

Darkness: Its not over. My strong sense of smell which can smell enemies, still detects the aroma of danger. It's not over yet.

Kazuma: What?

[Y/N]: You got a funny nose.

The Destroyer started shaking as it glows red. Everyone jumped off the Destroyer as I Flame Ported us down.

Kazuma: But we romved the coronatite!

Wiz: The heat trapped inside must be blowing out. If left alone, the town will be burned.

Kazuma: Why did we even remove the coronatite!?

[Y/N]: How about another Explosion? Wiz do you have enough magic?

Wiz: I'm all out.

[Y/N]: Well, I'm too tired ro conjure up one so there's only one last bet. Oi, Megumin!

Megumin: What!?

[Y/N]: Get over here!

Megumin: Well, get me!

[Y/N]: Fine! Alright! I'm coming.

I stood infront of the Destroyer with Aqua and Megumin as i held Aqua's hand.

Adventurer: You omly get one chance. I'll bet on your brilliance.

Aqua: [Y/N], darling. Please don't absorb too much.

[Y/N]: I won't. I'll jusr absorb as much magic an explosion needs.

Wiz: Drain touch is effective in the area where it's close to the heart.

Megumin: I can cast an explosion spell twice-  AHHH! What are you doing all of a sudden!? I almost had a heart attack! What is it? Sexual Harassment? You're sexually harassing me.

[Y/N]: That's not it, you prick. I'm thinking about efficiency.

Aqua: *tries to run*

[Y/N]: Not you too! Be glad my hands aren't down the front.

I held both Aqua's and Megumin's neck as I transfered the magic to Megumin.

[Y/N]: I compromised.

Megumin: Ah, I feel it. This may become the strongest explosion spell I've ever done.

Aqua: Hey, Megumin. Isn't it enough? I think a good amount has been absored aleeady.

Megumin: Just a little more. This is gonna be great.

[Y/N]: *in thoughts* What's going on? They won't burst will they?

Megumin starts chanting her spell as I let go of their necks. I got beside Aqua and got her to move back. The explosion came as it strikes down the Destroyer. It was massive.

After defeating the Destroyer, everything has been going great. It started off with living in a horse barn with my bestfriend and a goddess. Then an archwizard came along and could only do explosion magic. Then a female cursader that is a total masochist. I also talk things out with Kazuma. I could say that we finished our tutorial.

[Y/N]: What an awful tutorial.

Aqua: [Y/N]! Come! There are knights at the guild!

[Y/N]: Could it be our reward?

We stood infront of the lady with knights as Luna looks at me with concern. I looked at the lady with confusion.

Lady: Adventurer, [Y/N][L/N]. You are charged with treason. Come with me.

[Y/N]: Huh?

Lady: The coronatite that was teleported under your orders blew up Lord Alderp's mansion.

Darkness: That's not good.

Kazuma: Definitely, not good.

Aqua: What? We don't get a reward?

Megumin: My next adventure is calling me.

[Y/N]: Hey! Where do tou think you're going!? *in thoughts* that's right, nothing ever goes as expected here. It's a good for nothing world.

Aqua: [Y/N]! You're a criminal! It's not even about defeating the Devil King anymore!

[Y/N]: *in thought* Dear God, if I'm being sent to anither world. Please be a wonderful world. Where I can be successful!
