I was half asleep. I could hear someone trying to wake me, but I didn't want to wake. I was too tired, yet whoever it was continued to whisper things to me. "Hey y/n the house is on fire!" he whispered-shouted. My eyes shot open, my heart racing. I looked over to see Killua to my side, "Good! You are finally up."

I sat up, and slapped his arm, not too hard though, " Killua! What the hell was that for?" Killua groaned, "I can't sleep, so I came to see you." "Why can't you sleep?" I asked, rubbing my eyes, wishing to get back to sleep. "'Cuz Gon keeps kicking me in his sleep! It's so annoying!" he complained. I raised an eyebrow, "so what do you want me to do?"

Killua's face flushed, "do you mind if... i uhhh, sleep here tonight?" he asked, nervously. I gave him a look, "sure, but like.. Why?" He groaned again, "I told you! Gon is being annoying in his sleep!" I had this feeling he was lying, but just shook my head, "whatever, you can stay."

He smiled and got in next to me. "Thanks y/n." I yawned, nodding, "yeah yeah." I rested my head back on my pillow, facing him, and he did the same. "So how come you can't sleep?" I asked, hoping I didn't trigger a bad memory or something. He sighed, resting his eyes, " I ate too many chocolate robots and Gon is impossible to share a bed with."

"Mhm," I replied, closing my eyes from being tired. I yawned, rolling on my side. I could feel the blanket shift, knowing Killua had moved. "How can you sleep?" he asked, "You can't sleep until I fall asleep!" He argued. I groaned, "Stop being so mean Kil!" I turned back around, my eyes meeting his blue gaze.

"I'm not mean! You are mean for going to sleep when I'm not tired!" He replied, "and if you go to sleep right now, I won't talk to you again!" I sighed, closing my eyes again, "whatever," I turned back around. "Uh-" He froze, "How can you be so mean to me! That was so cold!" I snickered, enjoying how frustrated he was. "Baka." He grumbled.

I sighed, turning back around to see him, "okay, if you can't sleep we can talk until you fall asleep." I offered. He smiled, "Thanks y/n!" I giggled, seeing him so happy just brought a smile to my face.

"So, now I need to know the truth." I said. He gave me a curious look, "huh?" "Why are you in here? I can tell you are lying." His face slightly flushed, "Oh, well.." I gave him a look, showing him that I was waiting for my answer. "Fine," he sighed, " I was up all night thmpin ambonph few..." he mumbled.

I raised an eyebrow, "Come again?" He groaned, slamming the back of his head on his pillow, "I was up all night thinking about you! There I said it!" He confessed. I smiled, chuckling, "you are too cute Kil." His face flushed again, "Shut up baka! I'm not cute!" I rolled my eyes with a snicker, "what ever. I found it cute."

He sighed, then gave me a thin smile. "Say it." demanded. "Wha-what?" He questioned. "Say you love me! I know you do." He groaned. "Killua, being in a secret relationship is hard enough pretending we are just friends in front of everybody, but you wont even tell me you love me when we are alone?" He sighed, then caressed my cheek with his hand, "okay fine."

"Y/n, I love you." My face started to flush into a bright pink, "I love you and can't imagine my life without you." I shut my eyes, tight, "killu.." Tears started to form at the edges of my eyes. He gasped, "Sorry, did I do something? Say something? What's wrong, why are you crying?" he questioned.

I shook my head, "n..no, it's just," I took a breath, "i love you too." I opened my eyes again, meeting his bright blue gaze. I smiled.

I then yawed, "Killua, I'm tired." He then yawned, right after me, "yeah, me too. Do you wanna- wait... ne..nevermind." I raised my eyebrow, "what? What is it, you can tell me."

"Do you phannpha mubbdle." I giggled at his blushing face. "Say it right Kil, I can't understand what you are saying." He sighed again, "Do you wanna cuddle." I chuckled, enjoying how cute he was. "Well, do you wanna or not?"

I nodded, rubbing my eyes, "yea." I then scooted closer to him, resting my head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around me, holding me into his tight embrace. I smiled, enjoying his scent. "Dude, y/n you're so cold what the hell!" I chuckled, " sorry, my room is one of the coldest ones." he sighed, placing the blanket around shoulders, "There, I will warm you up." I started to blush at the smile he was giving me. I buried my face into his chest, preventing him from seeing. He chuckled, "aww did I make you flustered?" he ran his fingers through my hair. "Shu..shut up."

He chuckled again, resting his chin on the top of my head. The knob of my door started to fidget, making me jump a bit. Killua whispered: "It's Kurapika! Sh! Be still." I didn't reply or move, neither did he. "Y/n? Are you up? I thought I heard something." Kurapika asked. I didn't answer or move. After a minute or so, he gave up, "sorry, sleep well." He whispered, closing the door, softly behind him as he left.

Once we could tell he was far away enough, Killua sighed of relief, "That was close, we gotta be quieter." I nodded slightly, "yeah."

"Hey uh, I was wondering if you wanted to go out tomorrow?" "like a date?" I questioned, "I thought we were trying to keep our relationship a secret." He nodded, "yea, I didn't mean a date exactly. Gon and I were going to take Alluka out around town tomorrow, I was wondering if you wanted to come with us, Alluka really likes you." I smiled, "she is cute, you are a great brother to her."

Killua smiled, "Thanks, so what do you say?" he asked. I smiled with a nod, "sure! I would love that." He gave me a thin smile in return, "Great!"

"We should get some sleep or we are gonna be tired tomorrow." I pointed out. He chuckled, "We are gonna be tired either way, Alluka is gonna drag us to all of her favorite places and I also promised her ice cream so Gon might get a bit of a sugar rush." I giggled, "true, what kind of flavor are you gonna get?" I asked. "Chocolate or vanilla, I'm pretty basic," he chuckled, "what about you?"

I shrugged, "I think I may get ic/f." He smiled, "that sounds good, I may try it." "you should, it's good." He smiled again, "okay."

He then yawned, " y/n im tired," he whined. His embrace became looser, and he went into full cat mode. I softly chuckled, calmly ruffling his beautiful white hair, "okay then, lets sleep." he then tiredly kissed my forehead, "good night y/n." I smiled, closing my eyes, "good night Killu."

"Y/n..."

"Yes Kil?"

"I love you.."
